Pros

  • Talentpool is an excellent ATS. Have worked with other applications in the past but Talentpool has more features and is easy to learn and use.

  • Good support by talentpool team, nice demo given , friendly and simple to use features.

  • Support team is also very helpful when we need help they are always ready to help.

  • When I compare , the experience which my other peers have in other organization , I am glad with a hussle free services and support of Talentpool team for my job.

Cons

  • Not Easy to understand Error Messages. Repetition of adding candidate details whenever candidate is moved or rejected.

  • Buggs happened some times which is very annoying.

  • Its very difficult to search resume on talentpool. Most of the times I couldn't able to find my own uploaded resumes.

  • I am using Talentpool since last 1.6 years. I am helpless without Talentpool (TP) now.

"Recruitment & ATS"

Overall: Good support by talentpool team, nice demo given , friendly and simple to use features.

Pros: Friendly features , Good tracking system

Cons: There is nothing which I don't like about talentpool

"Overall feedback of Talent pool"

Overall: Overall experience is good as a ATS.

Pros: Maya portal that anyone can use in Organization.

Cons: Talentpool should have send offer letter option not as in attachment but as template upload and send

Alternatives Considered: MYTAT and EmpXtrack
Reasons for Choosing Talentpool: overall features were good, its was more user friendly.

Overall: Overall experience is above average. Need to have more specific reports diagrams.

"Personal Review of TALENTPOOL ATS"

Overall: Overall, Our experience is quite satisfactory with Talentpool as our core objective was to manage a database of employees and create a robust pipeline, where TalentPool is serving us the best we were looking for.I would suggest this Platform to Mid-level organizations at their initial stages.

Pros: The functionality it offers with a pocket-friendly budget is what is like about this platform.Report generation is another great feature in the Talent pool that makes a recruiter's work easier to strategize the process.Another unique offering that this platform is unique is in providing the number of access or users in the organizations, whereas other ATS platform charge on per user basis Talentpool allows access for unlimited users.

Cons: Uploading bulk data is critical in the platform as It gets frozen very often.As compared to other ATS the UI/UX experience requires more innovation.

Alternatives Considered: Zoho Recruit and Lever
Reasons for Choosing Talentpool: It was budget friendly and it had no restrictions on user addition.

"Personal Review of Talentpool"

Overall: Moreover I am quite like using this. Few things need to be added like the scheduling of interview process should be more proper. Excepting different file format should be add. End to end process of recruitment is quite easy unless it comes to scheduling of interview.

Pros: Easily uploading of resume, mostly in bulk is done easily. While initialing the steps of process is quite easy. The portal is easy to learn and does not require immense training to adapt.

Cons: Scheduling of interview is kind of difficult. Sometimes the portal does not auto update the field data in the resume uploading process. Sometimes while uploading different types of file format, it does not able to recognize the format and the uploading is not enabled.

"A total ATS solution"

Pros: Interface is good and handy. Less downtime and quick response from the site.

Cons: Nothing in particular, but if customising reports were a little more convenient it would have been a cherry on the cake.

"Talentpool - The ATS"

Overall: Talentpool is an excellent ATS. Have worked with other applications in the past but Talentpool has more features and is easy to learn and use.

Pros: It indicates what the next step is and who is supposed to take it up.

"Great tool"

Pros: The TAT from the support team is quick. We were able to implement changes and modify it based on our comfort and accessibility

"Happy User"
