The API integrations work smoothly, and the customer support team is consistently responsive and helpful. Overall, the platform is very easy to get started with! Cons After using the platform for an extended period, I had to reconfigure or completely rebuild several integrations because some of them were no longer supported. This resulted in extra maintenance work and a bit of frustration while keeping the dashboards up to date. Would recommend to others. Pros Geckoboard is incredibly easy to use(I have no coding experience and there are native APIs for both HS and Aircall) giving us live data. The team are incredibly responsive and have worked with us considerably to tailor it to our needs and quickly build accurate data reports which have helped reduce the teams missed call rate by 10% since going live. Cons It would be nice to see a couple of extra integrations added on over time (Front, CloudTalk) and be able to produce % a little easier. Minor things though. Great product and great support are not free but they are valuable in motivtaing and managing our business performance. Pros Geckoboard is a very powerful business management tool. We have a few board that keep the team on point and quite a few more that I as a business owner make frequent use of on my mobile phone. So easy to have the information you need whenever you need it. The Geckoboard system has been really intuitive to use and the support has been first class whenever we get stuck. Cons I guess we are an advanced user and sometimes we struggle to get the exact metrics we want from the prebuilt widgets but this is more that offset by the ease of use and how quickly you can create dashboards with minimal technical knowledge. Would love to be able to do stacked bar charts. I'm sure that will come soon as they are continually improving the product. Cons Honestly, I was very pleased with the provided service. The team was quick to offer any assistance they could. My only complaint is that they were unable to execute my request, although they tried to. They also are very responsive and are always working to improve the platform. We have 5 TV all in a line in my office with different Geckoboard dashboards on them. Pros I like how easily it allows for data to be permanently displayed on a TV. The visuals are clean and stay updated with the data feeding into it. Cons I wish there more visualization options like pie charts or thermometer goal graphs. I also wish you could fit more data on one dashboard without it getting cut off. It provides good feedback on what is being displayed and offers a good amount of control over the page and its options so users are able to get to the data they need quickly. Cons If it was setup by someone else it can be a bit of a pain to straighten out the configuration of others who may not have labeled things very clearly.
