Pros: Unlike other tools, the MFS provides Leaders with feedback in real time rather than having to wait weeks for results. The key to the tool is the required Feedback Meetings between the Leader and their team. This meeting allows for the development of action plans helping the Leader further development his/her skill sets while building a stronger communication with their team.

Overall: The Management Feedback System is a unique way to provide instantaneous two way dialogue between a Leader and his/her staff.

Pros: This is the software has been designed to improve or leadership and usefulness . It let us know the feedback of our clients/customers and the given feedback allows us to develop and reconstruct our management in a best way. It helps us for achieving our organizing goals in a better way.

Cons: It is unbelievable that it has no cons.for the time i am using this software it has made better way to enhance my organisation and management and other services ,I hope Management Feedback System team will bring more great features for its user. And will make them happy.

Pros: Special way to get feedback. It gives you a unique way to provide dialogue between employees and bosses. I want to suggest this software to every CEO and other people who runs business.

Cons: I hope more features and functions available in future which make us happy and confident in our professional field.
