I tried simulating that in N-S based algorithms. But, if the model is too big (real scale) N-S based simulations become almost impossible to complete. Not feasible. But PF allows to conduct that simulation in 1:1 scale vehicle. Pros Much faster aeroacoustics simulations. I used Navier-Stokes based software before. PowerFlow is a different way of simulating aeroacoustics. Cons Cost is too much. But considering capability of solving big aeroacoustics models in much shorter time, it is a good solution. Pros This product enables us to take our paper information and easily transform it in to on line documents that can be searched and found easily. Cons There is a fair amount of manual manipulation to take information from our system and place it in to the Powerflow system.
