Pros

I like that can be free, simple and straightforward. This makes it easier for everyone to be able to use.

Cons

There are occasions where bugs do pop up, and they can be hard to mitigate thus making it difficult to continue the task at hand.

Pros

It provides notification for employees and it has scheduling that's easy to access

Cons

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't do anything else on other than scheduling - I already have QB for accounting.

Overall I liked the ability to click/out myself, but I ran into snags if I forgot to check in or out at any point.

Pros

I liked its ease of use once logged in. It stayed logged in on my phone so I didn’t have to log in every time I opened it up to clock in/out.

Cons

I didn’t like that I had to ask my boss to change my time card if I forgot to check in/out at any point. It made for a hassle for those few times it did occur. And if I didn’t notice before the end of the pay period, it could be a bigger issue.

It was good for it's use. Our staff found it easy to use.

Pros

Ease of use, good way for team members to clock in and out showing us they were onsight as they were supposed to be.

Cons

It was tedious to see where a team member was assigned to go unless I looked at each one's assignment.

Pros

Integrating time cards/house with payroll. best customer service for anyone who provide scheduling and payroll.

Cons

Don't know..i dont fully understand all the different plans.

It is inclusive of so many business aspects in one place. Very convenient for busy business owners and management staff.

Cons

Maybe it would be great if can interact better with job posting advertisements, without it being extra cost for the user.

Overall would absolutely recommend, even if you just utilize the scheduling aspect. As an established business I had pretty much everything except the scheduling portion covered. (I was using paper schedules - oh the headaches!)

Pros

Ease of use for both me, scheduling and staff utilizing. Even the ones that are not "tech savvy". The lack of headaches with staff wanting to switch shifts is taken out of my responsibility pile and placed firmly in the app. My absolute favorite new tool of the year!

Cons

As I do not utilize anything other than the scheduling aspect and that portion is a free service, there is nothing to b1tch about. :)

is very easy to use. Homebase keeps track of requested days off, breaks, and overtime. Able to keep track of applications. Homebase has made my life much easier.

From onboarding to daily use very easy and undemanding if you are a busy business owner.

Pros

Great services and very user friendly interfaces. Far superior to anything recommended by my fanchisor!

Cons

Would like the messaging to have an option to enlarge the "message board" when its being used. Would like to see an easier option/path to temporarily add or reduce an individual's pay or salary

Es gab hier und daein paar Pannen, aber der Kundenservice war außergewöhnlich und es gelang ihnen immer, die Probleme zu beheben.

Pros

I absolutely love how simplifies scheduling and time tracking. The intuitive interface makes it easy to manage my team's shifts and communicate effectively.

Cons

Sometimes the mobile app can be a bit slow or glitchy, which can be frustrating when I'm on the go. I also wish there were more customization options for reports.

Chat and Scheduling features. Able to add availabilty

Cons

No easy to use timeclock. Had to use their payroll system. Nowhere to upload documents. Customer Service was hard to reach.

Pros
