If you are lucky to have two employers both using , schedule management along with tracking earnings, team messages, etc. is effortless because you can have multiple teams on the same app that you can toggle between. Pros The most beneficial feature of for me now is the ease of managing multiple schedules if multiple employers are using the app as you can easily toggle back and forth between teams. It also remains incredibly versatile for scheduling, clocking in for shifts, managing hours and adjusting work hours, as well as communicating across the team/management. I also like that you can keep track of hours and anticipated earnings to ensure hours are clocked in accurately and earnings are also computed accurately. The fact that it can be accessed on a mobile device and mobile device can be used to clock-in is extra convenient too. Cons Notifications not coming through consistently remains an issue periodically but has significantly reduced compared to before. The only other issue is that the clocking in feature on a mobile device can be a little inconsistent and not always work. Easy to add/terminate employees and set up schedules. This has been one of the most user-friendly apps we have used and all employees have access to it. Pros I like the ease of making schedules - from copying days to copying weeks and then making adjustments. I also like the employees' ability to request time off and swap shifts with no interaction from the administrator. Cons I would love if forced alerts on employees. We send messages out and I can see that only 1/2 the employees have read it. Reason for choosing Homebase The reviews for were positive. Several employees had used it in the past and recommended it. We started out using it as a test with just 1 location now we use it for 9 different businesses. Some of them have office staff, some remote/traveling staff that use GPS on app clock in/clock out and some have staff that clock in when they get to work using on location computers. It couldn't be quicker to set up and get started and the fact that you have a forever schedule history is an awesome feature. Plus depending on the features you need - you can try it out for free (as in free free - their starting price point is zero) Pros Simple interface, quick timesheet edits and complete edit/history tracking for all changes made to anything in their system. Cons The applicant tracking and job posting system is terrible. No app integration, mixed up listings if you have multiple businesses with different names, only one landing page listing jobs for all your locations combined...the list goes on. Skip this unless you are only one location or all of your businesses share the same brand/name. Reason for choosing Homebase We saw the interface and loved it - plus being able to try the basic features for no cost was awesome. We upgraded to add features we needed but only as it was required. Each person has their own profile and can easily clock in and out. We are running the free version which is all we need at this time. Would definitely recommend. Pros We love the simplicity of tracking time by the click of a button. automatically adds the hours in real-time, so compiling for payroll is simple. Cons We were looking for an app to run on an iPad, but this doesn't exist. The "app" is basically just a mobile version of the website. A functioning app would take this software to the next level. Alternatives considered [Harvest](https://www.capterra.com/p/75598/Harvest/) Reason for choosing Homebase had more simplicity for what we needed.
