Pros: Graphical view of the pipeline, KPIS, integration with slack, Google calendar and Gmail, email & workflows automation, shared scorecards

Cons: nothing comes to my mind... Maybe better take into account local promotion channels (only Monter and linkedin proposed for France)

Pros: Follow the recruitment process of a candidate, manage all new candidate, and it is pretty simple to use

Cons: The interface looks cool, but I don't know what are the good practice to have a clear dashboard, and in my dashboard I don't see to which position candidates are

Overall: I mainly gain time

Pros: If you are looking for just an ATS solution. It's really great! -Unlimited number of users can be added onto the platform -Quite intuitive -cost effective

Cons: Support is not 24hr, so for us who are based in a different timezone, it's a bit of a wait if an issue comes up.

Pros: So we have been live for 4 weeks now, and wow, super easy to use. We were up and live in under an hour. I can automate every work flow, score applicants based on custom questions; stream-out unqualified ones and auto-respond to highly qualified ones. Templates for emails, questionnaires, reference checks. Video interview questions and reference checks. I can drag an drop an applicant into a 'phone screen' workflow and they automatically get an email invite to my calendar. With auto-declines, we love that we can respond to everyone who applies. We have a work flow for people out-of-country, and over-qualified, so we can personalize our decline email. Our team loves getting to input feedback on applicants and build their own interview guides to score. We have used at least 3 ATS in the past, and demo'd a dozen more, this is by far the best we have seen. Really, really impressed so far. If you're looking for an ATS, demo this one.

Overall: Saves an incredible amount of time by automating processes. The ads and job board looks great. It's improved the quality of our communication and follow-up time with applicants. All around, we love it.

Pros: I love the automation of so many things including tasks and follow-ups. Makes the hiring process so much simpler.

Cons: Not too much bad to say but I think it would be nice if they could update the interface to make it a little easier to navigate.

Overall: Saves me loads of time in my daily HR tasks.

Pros: It works! Very simple and easy to adopt. My staff loves it! It's more robust and a "best in breed" type solution. It also has a lot of options for integrations.

Overall: Obviously, an HR piece would be nice but this standalone ATS is great.

Easy to use, surprisingly functional, and makes tracking candidates quick and easy.

Pros: The visual candidate pipeline is terrific. It keeps our whole team on track, and makes sure no candidate slips through the cracks. At a glance, I know where each candidate is in the process and how long it's been since they applied. Basically, it's great for getting the process streamlined and standardized. Also, the customer service team rocks! They always respond quickly, and they always get me the answers I need. It's one of my favorite things about Breezy HR.

Cons: When scheduling an appointment, it would be nice to select a block of time within which a candidate could choose to meet. As it stands, if we're available to meet for 30 minutes anytime within an 8-hour period, I have to manually select the 16 separate appointment times that we have available.

Perfect time saving program! WE LOVE IT!!

Pros: How easy it was to get started and it's very user-friendly. The software is easy to understand and they seem to have more of a support team than other platforms out there.

Cons: I can't think of much, but maybe the domain name being more people are familiar with other platforms that are known, but given more time, I'm sure more people will recognize this name.

Pros: The pipelines function. I like that you can move people around and it is very obvious where they are at in the process.

Cons: It gets very slow when there are a lot of applications in one job opening. I have 700 applications in one job opening and it lags/takes forever to load.

Pros: It is very easy to use and has all the features you need to stay organized with candidate flow. As an experienced recruiter, it took me very little time to understand how to manage Breezy HR to it's fullest potential. You can basically take someone who might not have any recruiting experience and teach them correct recruiting processes with a tool like Breezy HR. One of the other attributes is their chat customer support feature, where you can provide a question and someone gets right back to you as if you were already connected. I definitely recommend this tool, which is way more reasonable than some of the other candidate tracking tools out there.

Cons: Not really any super big cons. I wish the copy of a candidate function to another job was a little bit more clear and easy. Not a big deal.

Overall: Makes my world easy as a recruiter and keeps me accountable in providing a good candidate experience.

Pros: Easy to use and practical, easy to move a candidate into the steps of a standard interview process. That is definitely the advantage of this tool.

Cons: The way to add criteria to evaluate candidates it is not straight forward nor intuitive (scorecards). It can certainly be improved.

Pros: Breez is very easy to use, has good UI/UX
Trello style board design is very nice and gives you huge flexibility. (Design your own flow!)
Team collaboration and tag management one of the best!

Cons: If you want to go over 10 pool/position price really go up become uncompetitive when you compare with other vendors.

Overall: HR team and other people in the company has a clear picture what is going on about the hiring process.

Pros: Video interviews are excellent and low cost compared to other video interviewing software. The hiring funnels are better. I've tried several recruitment software alternatives. The ones with video are generally 10 times more expensive and not as good.

Overall: It's not really simple to use but that's because it has a lot of features, hard to make it absolutely simple.

Pros: Unlike other hiring platforms, this site has no per-candidate fees. Just flat fees. Candidates find you through Glassdoor, Indeed etc.

Overall: It's pretty much a transparent platform, there is not much pre-qualification that happens. So, as long as you understand it, and are willing to do the work on the qualification, this is OK.

Comments: Overall, it works for the small department that we have so far. We are excited to see what additions there will be in the near future.

Pros: I love that customer service responds to inquiries within 5 minutes through chat heads. I love the pricing for the features which include video interviewing, e-signatures, emails and automated references. Definitely saves time on my end as the Recruiter.

Cons: I don't like that it doesn't come with a customizable reporting feature. Customer service is always open to feedback though, so they may work on integrating that feature into their software.

I use this ATS for a mont, very easy to put in place and to use daily. Very convenient.

Pros: It took me less than 30 minutes to understand how this sotware works, and I really appreciate all the automatization possibilites in actions, that save me a lot of time.

Cons: I have difficulty importing datas, the csv importer is not very clear (easier with other sofwares) and the only language available is English (I am French!)

Overall: Time saving, information saving.

It helps me a lot bringing a great experience for my candidates at any stage of the process.

Pros: The high standar for customer service high level that our company offers for our clients and makes us a great source for the job seeker.

Cons: It does not copy the links from linkedin or the email accounts directly from the linkedin tab.
It could have a different color for each position.

Pros: I picked it up in 30 minutes and immediately saved handfuls of hours a day. Our team can easily collaborate as well without having to setup calls or meetings. Everything from the free job postings, the automated funnel makes the process seamless and smooth.

Pros: the part i like the most is the notes section and that you added the resume printing feature which makes it easy to print.

Cons: sometimes when i copy a candidate it doesn't copy all the notes I wrote, so i lose that information. also, the program is heavy and takes time to refresh when i add a resume, or need to change the status of a candidate. it doesn't always update automatically.

I found it very helpful while doing the hiring at our company.

Pros: U can store all positions you hire for in one place and track the progress. I like it reminds me of the software I use for my daily tasks and it is easy to use. I like the analytics section as well.

Cons: I haven't been able to explore it in depth so I am not sure what I dislike. I will make sure to report once we start using it more. What I remember now, once you make a position "not active", you can not make any actions afterwards and I needed to do them after we have stopped promoting the positions.

Overall: Which ch software you are asking about? Capterra or the one I submitted a review for? It is not very clear, so maybe you should clarify the name of the software.

Pros: Breezy HR is without doubt the most user friendly recruitment software I have worked with. I have never had such candidate and process control.

The customer support offering has proven how effective online assistance really can be. The response to queries is timeous, helpful and informative. Really interactive.

The features and functionalities support all the requirements of an end-to-end recruitment cycle. For those who have worked with recruitment software before, this streamlined, easy-to-use product, will be like a breath of fresh air. JUST BREEZY!

Pros: Easy to use. Lots of unique features such as video conference. Filtering tools. Metrics. Email functionality. Notifications. Scheduling, and Job board sourcing.

Cons: I believe there are a few things that can be changed and several important features that are missing. Candidate profile should have location section under contact info. Location should be taken off resume and should have a filtering tool. Breezy would be amazing if it had an efficient ticketing system for both positions and candidates (ex. John Doe is scheduled for an interview with... John Doe previously interviewed for ____ positions on the date of _____, This job has been open for 'x' number of days, this job position has had x amount of applicants in comparison to this job here are some suggestion to increase number/quality of applicants) . A section that lists all the candidates that you have left notes on in the past 30/60/90 days. A click to dial function. A function that highlights in red that the candidate has been hired and to not contact.

Overall: Candidate management, filter, scheduling, qualifying, follow up, ranking, metrics, piping, screening, feedback, easy to use messaging/emailing functionality.

Pros: Breezy is very easy to use and get started. They take a ton of pain out of the search and also make it very easy to manage candidates (background checks too). Out of all hiring software I tried, I like their interface the most. I also, really enjoyed their scorecard system and career portal. Overall I would say they just don't get in your way and make hiring very seamless. Free for small searches doesn't hurt either!

Cons: Breezy doesn't really offer some of the features of more expensive platforms. It's free for small searches and easy to use, with that comes some drawbacks. It doesn't have duplicate detection and it's automated filling in of contacts from resumes is very hit or miss. The scorecards are great, but don't change them after you start working on them or else you'll wipe everyone's previous cards. The interview guides were cool, but totally useless for us as they were very rigid in there design and didn't allow our interviewers to work well with them.

Overall: Hiring, background checks, career portal, scoring candidates, automated resume parsing

Pros: Easy to use. Easy to track and understand and share among a team. The price is right for the level of functionality.

Cons: Some UI bugs/ease of use issues with dragging profiles.
I am slightly adverse to using the email functionality because it doesn't include taglines and you can't see two way communications

Pros: Pipeline steps.
It's interesting to use a default pipeline or to create a specific pipeline for each open position.

Cons: HR Analytics and Disqualified profiles.
It could be useful to Diqualified profiles for each Recruitng Steps (Sourced, Applied, Interview,and so on).

Pros: Incredibly easy to setup. Once your process is built, the system runs everything! Even documents are able to be signed, meetings with candidates scheduled, and I am learning new features daily!

Cons: There are little details like being able to batch move candidates from my application stage to a pool that I wish we available, but there are ways to work around this. Not a huge issue.

Pros: The software is no brainer to use. I am used to tools like Trello, so it was intuitive for me. The user interface is very colorful. The data is very well organized.

Cons: The communication system. The chat system is not interactive enough but that's ok. Other than that, nothing.

Pros: - the UI/UX is simple and clean; logical to navigate + easy to use
- great features to schedule interviews, automate emails/questionnaires/feedback, etc.
- chrome extension lets you pull in candidates from LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.

Cons: - not a ton of integrations with HRIS systems yet, but getting better!
- sometimes a few small bugs with the Chrome extension

Overall: Great features, similar to all of the major players in the ATS market, but at a fraction of the cost. The team is very friendly and responsive - always quick and eager to help with questions or requests.

Overall, Breezy is awesome for the price and gets the job done

Pros: The overall ease of use of seeing the entire pipeline in one page, the cost for what you get is amazing, having everything right there for the candidate to email and make notes, and of course, the drag and drop in the pipeline and setting up stages is easy as well. Adding in the individual guides for the positions for interviewers is also a nice compliment to the interview process.

Cons: We transitioned from a very robust and expensive ATS, so there's some limitations to Breezy. As a coordinator, I'm always on the calendar invites, so it clogs my calendar. You can't move a candidate to a different position without duplicating it then deleting the original, so you lose work. Not being able to cc others in an email to the candidate. Having the calendar invite through Breezy always include the "breezy links" so we have to invite candidates through our gmail calendar. Not allowing recruiters to see the status or get a status notification of their candidates, so I'm constantly updating them. Not being able to edit or delete a comment made, so if there is comp figures or a mistake made, it's there forever. Filter attributes are a little messy.

Pros: Ease of use and reachness of functionalities. These guys do know what makes an awesome ATS, that is easy to work with. Their automation is OUTSTANDING. Plus we loved that they have BambooHR integration. It was "make it or break it" deal. When you hire someone, to have their data posted to your HRMS with a click of a button is AWESOME.

Cons: Mobile app could be a bit better. Everything we needed they've been able to provide us with: questionnaires, video interviews, reference checks and it's ability to customize. Well, we were not able to add our own "custom hosted" video link, since it is not on YouTube...and Job board would be nice to have a bit more functionalities. But other than that, it was a Breezy to get setup in under 4 hrs...forget about it with other "bigger systems." That's why we decided NOT to go with Greenhouse, because it is a bit too complex for what we need.

We are startup and we are growing. Breezy HR helps us to recruit new employees for our tasks

Pros: As we are not a big team, Breezy HR has been a huge help in organizing and taking care of recruiting.
We created several pipelines for candidates and were able to set up a well arranged recruitment process in no time. Automation features like triggered follow up emails and questionnaires reduce the workload of our HR and make sure that every possible candidate gets an answer to his application.

Breezy has enabled us to more effectively recruit and interview candidates

Pros: Breezy consolidates all our hiring concerns and provides all team members an equal voice in the process.

Cons: Breezy has caused confusion and leads us to some trial and error with regards to permissions, specifically when sharing updates and ensuring only those with permission are presented the info.

Pros: This software is not only easy to use but consists of so many fabulous features. It can link to our company LinkedIn account and I am able to filter through the candidates quicker and easier than logging into LinkedIn every-time. It holds and stores all the information for each candidate such as CV's, contact information and I can email them from the candidates profile its just so simple!

As I am currently developing and forming a HR department, this software is going to be utilised more and more over the upcoming months and it will grow with me. Easy to manage and control I am just so happy with it.

Cons: With the free version, you can only use one role at a time so this wouldn't be very helpful to many businesses.

Overall: Everything! We are less likely to use recruiters and build and in-house operation using Breezy we are so excited! I am on the free subscription at the minute as I am just building but I will be switching this month to a paid version so we can make use of the other features.

Breezy HR is a wonderful recruiting tool of this new era

Pros: What is helpfull the most is the organization of the stages on each pipeline. Everything moves smothly and trustfull.

Cons: The appearance of the letters are to light. I requested to be more darker, but didn't have that future yet.

Pros: Very good pricing and demos are great. They have a good customer services in case you run into any issues

Pros: It's so easy to use and to manage large groups of people who are applying without getting overwhelmed managing all the pieces. I was able to manage it basically by myself by adding filters, moving people through the pipeline and administering a project-based interview exercise. It was fantastic!

Cons: Can't upload Excel and other types of docs. But I just instructed people to convert into Pdf amd didn't have issues after that. The program work as is a great value for the money

Pros: The ability to move candidates from one stage to the other, the customization of the responses to the candidates based on the recruiting stages that they are in. It is easy to navigate and the ability to access from multiple devices.

Cons: After 20 days or so of a position being posted, the candidate flow decreases and there is a need to refresh the job posting to increase the candidate flow. The challenge with Breezy is that job postings must be disabled or placed on a draft status for 24 hours in order for them to refresh or move to the top of the job listing in the career sourcing websites such as Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
This causes a delay with the candidate flow and also a gap with the time to fill or time to hire reporting.

It was an amazing and easy tool to use. Would highly recommend this for all recruitment firms.

Pros: We serve 26 counties in NC - it is nice to be able to post positions specific to an area and manage the applicants in one place. It is also nice we can design our questions specific to our industry.

Cons: We have only been using it a few weeks so the software is still new to us but thus far we like it. Customer service might be a place to improve. I asked for assistance through chat once and she sent me a link to a video, however the video was very fast and I could not figure out how to slow it down.

Overall: Having a way to manage applicants without paper!!!! Also, with the large geographic area we work with it is good for managers to see postings from near by counties.

Great demo, great customer reps, best price in the ATS software industry!

Pros: I love the delayed email feature where we are able to put the time when we would like the email to be sent out that way it doesn't seem like an automated system to the candidates. I also like how much time this software saves me. The new update is great.

Cons: I dislike that we can not send automated emails every few days while candidates are in the same stage. We would liek to be able to send reminders to our candidates to submit the things we ask of them.

Pros: I like the fact that it is a portal where everything is stored.
In addition it creates a webpage for my company's Job section, at low cost, this is great.

Pros: Easy to use, good customer support, very nice plans for choosing. Especially if you don't want to hire many employees, you can use UNO plan posting 1 vacancy for 1 month for free. It is shared also for free on Glassdoor, Upwork and other portals.

Cons: The other plans are also affordable, but a bit expensive in comparison with Recruitee software. So it depends on your company and budget.

Pros: The ability to customize the hiring pipeline with all kinds of automated featured was really useful. For example, after reviewing a resume and cover letter, simply moving the candidate to a different step in the pipeline would either send a polite decline email or send out a survey I designed as the next step. This saved so much time and brainpower for focusing on candidates!

Also, the 1-candidate free setup was great for me as a (very) small business owner :)

Cons: This is just a small thing, but moving to the next candidate within a specific pipeline phase could have been a bit easier - a declined candidate would stay in the quick-navigation list until the candidate view is closed and reopened, which could be confusing.

Pros: Great visualization of the flow of candidates through the hiring process. It was quick and easy to set up and start a position. Adding a questionnaire to the application process is included and works great.

Cons: You cannot add stages and there is not a easy to find definition of what the Feedback stage means.
You can view a candidate's resume if you use the link to the candidate from the notification email, but if you go to the Candidates page, you have to download the resume to see it.

Overall: I was dreading posting a job opening as it has been a nightmare to manage candidates in our previous process. Breezy HR has been amazing to use and easy to setup. With their visual pipeline stages, applications will not be lost in the shuffle.

Pros: The ability to not only have email templates but to automate the sending of them with placeholders for the position and candidate name is a great feature. The visual pipeline is great, and being able to change a candidate's status from multiple access points makes it really easy to move candidates through the pipeline without actually having to go back to that view every time. The layout is simple, but the customization is powerful, so we were really able to customize the process so we are doing the same things we used to do through email, just much faster.

Cons: The meeting scheduling didn't work for us, and we ended up using a service called Calendly for setting up interviews since they allow us to provide one link and let the interviewee choose any available date, versus us having to offer specific dates, which takes up more time and makes the scheduling management more complicated. But since that process is outside of breezy, there is the extra step of then moving them through the pipeline. It would be nice if Breezy could have the option of letting the candidate choose from any available time, so we don't have to manually choose a time, then they could be automatically moved through the pipeline when they schedule.

The handling of repeat applicants is also not as intuitive as we'd like. Even when an applicant applies with the same email address, they show up as a separate profile. We've had the problem where if someone applies through indeed and we move them into breezy, the email is different so there's no way to know right away if they are a repeat. Also, we hire a seasonal team every year, so we'd love a way to flag people who come back, especially if we didn't hire them in the past. We tend to not hire people we've rejected, so we want to make sure we don't bring them in for an interview

Overall: We used to manage our seasonal hiring through gmail and spreadsheets, so it's much easier now to go through the process, leaving us more time in our day!

Pros: Automates most of what we were already doing. Fairly easy to operate UI. Easy to navigate and show others.

Cons: Video software was extra :( which I didn't realize from the trial and so trained the team and we can't justify the higher cost at this time. Sometimes I want to personalize an email but I would like to use the fundamentals of the set email responses. It can be annoying to cancel the auto email and then copy paste a new one etc. Maybe I missed this feature, but full Google Calendar integration would be nice (with the ability to schedule back-to-back interviews)

Pros: One stop shop for HR recruitment. I can publish through Breezy and it syndicates to the top job boards. Consolidation of replies is useful.

Cons: Not ideal for more senior positions - some of the roles are that easy to define. No way to pre-screen based on parameters.

Pros: The team at Breezy is always on the scout to implement new great features. Customisation's and integrations have never been easy.

Cons: When uploading a candidates resume, at times there is a big lag. it shows that the resume upload is on 100% done however it actually isn't. You can't help but repeat the process till the upload is finally done.

Pros: I am able to build an automated recruitment process and move candidates through the application process very quickly. Additionally, I can collaborate with my hiring team to review and discuss candidates. The system is extremely user friendly on both a PC/Tablet/Mobile device.

Pros: the easy use of it, you dont need ny training to start using breezy. Also, the features of sending the emails automatically to your candidates when you are moving them, just automized such a large part of our recruitment process. We are extremely happy with that, and it saves us a lot of time

Cons: the limited amount of positions you can have open with every account. Its difficult to pick the right plan for you, as we for example sometimes have 25 positions open and sometimes only 1. So you have to pay the full price while you dont even need it all the time. I would recommend change your pricing plans.

Overall: Saving time, better communication with candidates, nobody gets lost in the process, you can offer the right customer service to your candidates

Pros: The buckets for sorting candidates are my favorite part of this software. Support team responds immediately if I have a question. Makes it easy to work as a team and remotely.

Cons: Frequently the system will crash or not work, and I'll have to wait a half hour and then check back. When it's working it's great, but it's really frustrating to go in and make notes on your candidates and find that suddenly all your buckets have reverted back to default. Usually problems fix themselves but it's very inconvenient.

Overall: Makes my job easy to organize and I'm more productive! Thanks!

Pros: The software was very nice looking and very easy to use. I really do not have anything else to add.

Cons: The software was not a great value for the dollar. I did not have a single hire and I ended up abandoning it.

Overall experience is good. I got more resume through Breezy HR.

Pros: While posting the job on BreezyHR, every job is posted to many job portal which is helpful to get more resumes in an easy way. It saves more time to source ideal candidate.

It's a good basic ATS for small to mid sized companies based on hiring needs.

Pros: Presentation is simple to get spot on, and the funnelling is simple. The whole team has visibility on who's applying, and where they are in the process. It's also super simple to use other recruiter tools to plug in - I can't think of a downside.

Cons: If I'm really picking, perhaps more customisation on the landing pages - plus, I'd like to see more templates for the automated messaging

Pros: task based hiring process as well as the pipeline overview. The commenting capability and mentioning is making working in teams more smooth and efficient.

Cons: The cost is high especially for companies in MENA region where devaluation of local currencies makes anything priced in $ very expensive.

Overall: better talents, easier and smoother hiring process with clear KPIs

Cons: Can't post very many jobs at once. Cost is not effective, the option to resend a trigger if it doesn't trigger isn't available

Pros: Easy to onboard, clean design, can tweak to fit your specific needs. Love the messaging and calendaring, too!

Cons: I wish they'd implement a system to make user-specific viewing options. Not all of the people involved in hiring need to be a part of each stage of the pipeline.

Overall: Automates a lot of the recruitment process, gives me a lot of control, meets my budget limits.

We have started to use Breezy a couple of months ago and the overall experience was really good.

Pros: How easy is to source and add candidates, create a new position and search candidates. We use a lot the chrome extension for linkedin or indeed. Also how to colaborate between the hiring team.

Cons: The way you need to add general coments about each position, is not the best. You need to add a kind of propoerty, but i think is better to have more like a paragraph to put this information.

Overall: Fast and easy custom implementation. Also the reports and the search are awesome.

Breezy is great tool for myself and our company to use

Pros: It is very friendly to use. It's easy to keep track of candidates that we interviewed and candidates that we have not yet spoken too. It also lets us categorize candidates that we want to move forward with and candidates that we could revisit in the future.

Cons: One thing that I feel would help is if we could find candidates based off the location of the job/project. Most times we have resumes that come from all over the country so it can be tough to find candidates for the specific location

Even though its a great product, Breezy is very slow and unsuited for high volume recruitment

Cons: 1. No place to put test scores for candidates
2. No place to view today's call list of candidates providing mobile/email data in a easy to use view
3. Each applicant takes too much time to open up. Very difficult to use in a high volume scenario.
4. Email application sometimes do not show up clearly especially when job posting is on 3rd party site - in such a case one has to go back again to that site.

Overall: Nothing

We changed over from another system and Breezy has streamlined our process!

Pros: I like how a candidates window pops up without going to a separate screen and the layout of the pipeline.

Cons: The homepage - I would want to see a summary of all the open position pipelines first. Another con would be that candidates can't be moved from one company to another. It would be convenient to be able to do that.

It'd be great if we can post at least 3 positions and receive max 5 candidates in a plan.

Pros: It's all in one! Easy to use and it's very nice that we can also synchronize with Facebook and other social media.

Cons: 1 active candidate and 1 active candidate pool are not OK for us. :( We're just startup and we don't want to purchase the other plans as here in Myanmar, the candidates are not used to it and they don't know how to apply it when we post our vacancy on Facebook.

Overall: Time-saving!

Pros: The software is very intuitive and easy to use. It has a great workflow and I love that you can customize so many things, such as the email templates and workflow steps themselves.

Cons: I don't like that you can't save attachments and info to a candidate when you move them to a new position. For example, info attached to the candidate in one role gets lost when they are moved/added to a new role.

Overall: Ease of use and a great way to store candidates.

Pros: I love that my job postings will be seen on job boards like Indeed, and that I have options to vamp of my marketing efforts. I also love the ease of managing applicants through the recruiting process with Breezy HR! Oh, and I love the affordability!

Cons: the ux is quite boring.. some actions are not really clear, specially in the editing of the informations

Pros: - Kanban style interface for stages
- Options for automating emails and questionnaire based on applicant stage
- UI/UX is generally good

Cons: - There are frequent noticeable (usually minor) bugs
- Based on some of the bugs I've seen, I don't believe their software engineering process is very robust. Makes me concerned about the quality of the software and it's long-term usefulness.
- Not all the UI/UX is good...they use a lot of modals and tabs, which I find frustrating. Requires more clicking around than would otherwise seem necessary with a different layout.
- The resume parsing and social media lookup isn't as robust as Workable

So far, I like the process and the ability to internally share feedback.

Pros: I like that you are able to contact candidates right through the software. The pipeline view of candidates provides an organized, visual way to review candidates.

Cons: The format of the resumes that come in are often messed up. You also have to enter a credit card even to use the free version

Overall: Easy to reach many job sites.

Pros: The software is very attractive and has tons of options for notes, pipeline design, and candidate rating. The custom application was brilliant. Adding a few paragraph answers made it easy to weed out unqualified candidates.

Cons: It was not all that easy to remember where all of the options and settings were located. There was so much that you could customize, and it seemed like some of the options were hidden away.

Overall: Easy candidate sorting and easy rating. This has made the selection process much easier!

Pros: I enjoyed the feature of the pipeline. It helped me transition the applicants efficiently as well as utilize the templates at the times I wanted. To have everything in one area was very nice.

Cons: It felt slightly overwhelming at first and the online videos /tutorials did not go quite as long as scheduled and felt a bit rushed, but I did grasp after watching a few times.

Overall: The streamlining of the site between different departments within the company.

The setup of the site itself is not super user friendly.

Pros: I like that several people can weigh in on a candidate. I like the presentation of the pipeline columns.

Cons: I feel like the fee to post to LinkedIn was higher than I would pay just posting myself. I don't like that the pipeline is not the main thing you see.

Overall: I only had to post a job once and it was posted to several sites.

Pros: Easy to post a job using the template provided. Great to be able to add as many team members/hiring managers as necessary for each position.

Cons: The category options should always have an 'other' option, and then the ability to type in your own category. I was unable to properly list a 'quality engineer' using the options available at this time.
