Separate from Facebook Messenger makes it more appealing. Of course it works great on a computer or phone. It is pretty much the same as the Messenger everyone is already used to using.

Pros

Of course the free price is appealing. Also the fact that most people are already familiar with the application. It is easy to integrate into a website (mine, anyway). Who doesn't use Facebook? It makes it a really easy way to stay connected with customers.

Cons

My only concern is that I will be overwhelmed with too many people using it. Not a bad problem to have!
