La interfaz, llega a ser un poco confusa con tanta información que puede visualizarse. Deben recordar que menos es más.

Cons

Algunas opciones pueden resultar poco intuitivas al principio y la configuración inicial requiere tiempo. También vendrían bien más posibilidades de personalización en ciertos informes.

El software tiene un frontend muy logrado, permite al usuario conocer intuitivamente qué ha de hacer y tiene acceso a todas las herramientas de forma sencilla. La trazabilidad de las tareas, poder incluir actividades dentro de oportunidades, comentarios, contactos implicados, etc.

Cons

No hay nada que no me haya gustado en concreto, el punto que mejoraría es que cuando añades una videoactividad, visita o llamada telefónica no puedas seleccionar la duración que ha tenido.

Muy buena. La integración con el ERP de Sage, y la agilización de procedimientos gracias a las automatizaciones y la IA hacen que pueda dedicar más tiempo a otras labores del departamento.

Pros

La versatilidad para adaptar a empresa y que el CRM sea una parte más de todo el procedimiento interno en el ciclo de la visita/oferta/albarán/factura. La integración de la IA para la generación de resúmenes tras las visitas.

Cons

La dificultad para la creación de indicadores y gráficas para analizar los datos de ventas. No es muy intuitivo.

La experiencia es excelente. Facilidad para acceder a todos los datos registrados, que aportan una gran cantidad de información muy útil para el día a día.

Pros

Es el único CRM que he utilizado a lo largo de mi trayectoria profesional que realmente ayuda a la gestión de un comercial. Es una herramienta muy potente, de fácil manejo, y que facilita el acceso y registro a toda la gestión

Cons

el check in en directo en la localización, no es muy precisa. el rango debería ampliarse un poco, ya que suele fallar bastante.

Muy buena, es muy fácil la interacción con la aplicación cuando estás haciendo las visitas con los clientes, y mucho más desde el móvil.

Pros

La facilidad de uso, y la posibilidad de poder reportar la actividad de una forma automática, usando la IA.

Cons

La posibilidad de utilizar el lenguaje natural para todos los procesos, tanto para la creación de las empresas, como de las oportunidades.

Una experiencia bastante satisfactoria y muy recomendable, basada en la facilidad y comodidad para interactuar durante una ruta.

Pros

Lo útil que es como herramienta de trabajo para poder plasmar tu estrategia en el punto de venta de una manera ágil, creando una experiencia de CRM con una operativa muy dinámica.

Cons

Que una vez añades una actividad en un cliente, y le has dado a añadir normal (en lugar de por voz), una vez dentro de la actividad, ya no te deja que al menos los comentarios, que a veces es lo más entretenido de escribir, no te deje introducirlo por voz
