Au départ l’outil paraît très prometteur : beau design, modèles attractifs et prise en main rapide. Mais l’expérience globale se dégrade dès que l’on comprend le fonctionnement réel de l’abonnement. Les fonctionnalités essentielles nécessitent rapidement un paiement et la gestion administrative du compte n’est pas très transparente. Dans mon cas, j’ai constaté plusieurs mois de prélèvements alors que je n’utilisais plus le service et que je n’avais pratiquement aucune activité sur le compte. Malgré ces éléments, le support a refusé tout remboursement en invoquant simplement les conditions d’abonnement. Cela laisse une impression assez négative de la relation client. Je recommande donc d’être extrêmement vigilant avec l’abonnement avant d’utiliser ce service.

Pros

L’outil est séduisant au premier abord : l’interface graphique est agréable et les modèles proposés sont visuellement réussis. On peut rapidement créer des présentations ou des visuels marketing qui ont l’air professionnels.

Cons

Le vrai problème concerne le modèle d’abonnement et sa gestion. Beaucoup de fonctionnalités essentielles (export, sauvegarde, utilisation réelle des créations) deviennent payantes assez rapidement. L’interface de gestion d’abonnement est peu claire et rend difficile la compréhension ou la gestion du renouvellement. Dans mon cas, j’ai été prélevé pendant plusieurs mois alors que je n’utilisais plus le service, avec preuve d’absence de connexion sur cette période. Malgré cela, toute demande de remboursement a été refusée par le support qui se retranche uniquement derrière les conditions générales. L’expérience donne vraiment l’impression d’un système conçu pour que les abonnements continuent sans réelle utilisation.

Overall, Visme is an easy to use program for creating appealing graphics, infographics. The free option has limited capabilities, but is still useful for designs. The ability to download high quality graphics is a plus. They translate well to printed material.

Pros

Visme has exceptional infographic capabilities and templates. They are easy to use and have drag and drop templates that even students can learn quickly.

Cons

The templates are somewhat limited, but overall it is still a great option for creating graphics, especially infographics.

Overall we (my marketing team and I) love it. We use it for everything - marketing materials, catalogs, social posts, web graphics, posters, etc. It has thousands of templates and it's fun and easy to use. Cannot recommend enough!

Pros

Incredibly easy to use. So many template options - everything from web-based graphics, to social, to large-scale print - I don't know what we did before Visme, honestly.

Cons

There can be tech issues - like it will ask us to sign in multiple times a day, or it won't refresh the projects we're working on. That's by far the most frustrating aspect of the platform.

Really Bad. You have limited credits, the app deliveres bad results, living you with a half work done.

Pros

It has decent design. The AI prompt allows verbatim import of your copy, which is an ok solution, but misses the mark often.

Cons

Does not deliver the result the product promises. Save your money if you want a working solution to progress with. I'm stuck with if for a year.

Great for creating presentations and visuals quickly, even if you're not a design expert. The variety of templates and interactive options is really helpful.

It feels very professional for creating presentations, and I love its drag-and-drop easy editing

Its interface is not user-friendly, and my first-time use was challenging

I tried it on a recommendation from a designer and expected to be blown away, but found every step of it frustrating. It may be because I have been spoiled by other tools, but I don't know how it has so many fans out there.

Pros

Lots of high-quality templates to choose from, though they are not easy to search.

Cons

I don't understand why anyone would choose this software when Canva and AdobeExpress are out there. The interface is clunky, the design tools are limited, and the rendering is also limited.

I’ve been using Visme for over 4 years as a marketing manager, and I must say, regardless of the industry you're in, the use of the platform remains highly relevant and effective.

Pros

Visme is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for marketing teams without extensive design skills. It offers a wide range of features and numerous templates tailored for various purposes, making content creation seamless. A standout advantage is that Visme regularly introduces new features, keeping the platform fresh and continuously improving, which users greatly appreciate.

Cons

Support based in the US for European clients : It would be great to have support based in Europe to avoid time zone differences. At times, platform bugs slow down our work, and we end up waiting an entire day for a response
