Pros The quality of the graphics, fonts, and diagrams is one of the highest I have ever seen, the chart options are fantastic. Cons It is not as intuitive or easy to use as it should be. Coming from PowerPoint (as likely 99% of the users), I had to lose some time to learn where the things were and how to implement them as I wanted. Even today, I have to ask my team to help me edit a chart, which shouldn't be needed at this stage. Pros You don't have to be an artist. There are a zillion templates to choose from. At first, I thought it was too much and a little cumbersome to use. But wow, they have consolidated and made it more intuitive to use. Trust me, if you want to make a powerpoint - like presentation or whatever, watch the quick tutorial. You may have to watch it 2-3 times but then you will realize... Wow, I cant beleive it is that easy. Just jump in and start messing with things. You'll like it. Cons I really wish they had it where you can do things more easily on an iPad. But, I realize that is a lot to ask for. Pros This is a handy tool for making web and social graphics! Has a ton of template available as a starting point for inspiration, and you can customize to your own brand. Cons Since I am accustomed to tools like Indesign, sometimes there are limitations of things I want to do, but can't. I wish I had call to use it more often - it's fun to use, without little to know training you can create some really amazing content from sharepoint graphics to training presentations. Cons My only concern is really just because I'm using the free version, so there are some limitations there. I like the product enough to pay for it but I don't use it enough to warrant that, and paying monthly feels bad when you don't use it every month. I would prefer an annual payment option, but I haven't seen that as something they offer. Also, it would be great if we could "drag and pull" different objects easily form different templates and it would adjust itself to the "space provide". After I signed up for Visme I learnt how to create compelling presentations for myself and friends which get noticed. The look and feel for the presentations made with Visme are amazing because I don't have to struggle with trying to pick the right color palette or the correct layout etc. I use Visme because it helps me create presentations on the fly and let people think I spent days putting them together. Clear communication is more important than the technology itself, and Visme helps me connect the material with readers. In the future I plan to create infographics that I can post on my blog and on LinkedIn, and also use it to generate a book outline. Pros The range of options and choices for every aspect of design is amazing. The diverse number of possible graphics is fantastic. I don't need to be a design pro to use this. Cons Well, there are so many options for design that it takes time to learn them. I think the tutorials could be a bit more specific and move slower. I'd love to see Visme create Infographics that describe the design process and options in a clear way. The extras that Visme can do like Youtube Thumbnails and on site adverts is just great added value. Pros I like the templates. A good cross section of themes and use cases to get you started and new features being added already like My Brands and Analytics. The Knowledge base is comprehensive and easy to navigate and search. Cons Whilst intuitive, the design interface still takes a bit of time to get used to. Compared to BoldDesign and Canva, you can get in and out quickly and accurately. The snap-to and alignment features are excellent. You get everything you need to do the work you are trying to do! Cons I don't think they have gotten design down as easily as Beautiful.ai - as that service really automates it for you. And, I don't think they have made this work for multi-page magazines yet. If you're getting Visme, take the time to do the live trainings; they're fantastic! Pros I set out looking for an alternative to PowerPoint. I needed something fresher and more customizable than it offered me. I stumbled across Visme and used the 7 day trial. Before that trail was over, I had signed up as a subscriber. The graphics are excellent for embedding into an infographic or similar resource. I appreciate the ability to save items to a board, solving the problem of having to re-create items I use frequently. The templates are quite diverse and even they are customizable. Basically, Visme gives me a high quality end product without the time other programs would require. Cons So far, the only thing I don't like is that some of the features are only available to premium subscribers. I understand the concept of offering a "lite" version at a reduced cost, but the leap between tier 1 and tier 2 is massive; I need a tier 1.5! Review Source KD Kam D. It produces very professional document, slideshows, infographics, etc. It has helped me a lot in the presentation of my work. Cons Student plan is good - but some features such as downloading an 'editable' powerpoint are reserved for business accounts. Unlike software's like Photoshop where the user starts with a blank canvas, Visme provides templates for advertisements and presentations that can be easily applied toward your own business and customized using an impressive library of images, icons, charts and fonts, all at your immediate disposal. Pros Charts, Icons, Stock Images, Presentations and ease of exporting with multiple options including HTML5. Cons I think some of the pre-set designs could be better, I think Canva has an edge over VISME with just that. If there were better design templates set up to give users ideas for markteting there wouldn't be a contest. Additionally, in the beginning there were some glitches / weird buttons and functionality not working properly but it seems those have been repaired. Nice work!
