Mais l’expérience globale se dégrade dès que l’on comprend le fonctionnement réel de l’abonnement. Les fonctionnalités essentielles nécessitent rapidement un paiement et la gestion administrative du compte n’est pas très transparente. Dans mon cas, j’ai constaté plusieurs mois de prélèvements alors que je n’utilisais plus le service et que je n’avais pratiquement aucune activité sur le compte. Malgré ces éléments, le support a refusé tout remboursement en invoquant simplement les conditions d’abonnement. Cela laisse une impression assez négative de la relation client. Je recommande donc d’être extrêmement vigilant avec l’abonnement avant d’utiliser ce service. Pros L’outil est séduisant au premier abord : l’interface graphique est agréable et les modèles proposés sont visuellement réussis. On peut rapidement créer des présentations ou des visuels marketing qui ont l’air professionnels. Cons Le vrai problème concerne le modèle d’abonnement et sa gestion. Beaucoup de fonctionnalités essentielles (export, sauvegarde, utilisation réelle des créations) deviennent payantes assez rapidement. L’interface de gestion d’abonnement est peu claire et rend difficile la compréhension ou la gestion du renouvellement. Dans mon cas, j’ai été prélevé pendant plusieurs mois alors que je n’utilisais plus le service, avec preuve d’absence de connexion sur cette période. Malgré cela, toute demande de remboursement a été refusée par le support qui se retranche uniquement derrière les conditions générales. L’expérience donne vraiment l’impression d’un système conçu pour que les abonnements continuent sans réelle utilisation. July 22, 2024 5.0 Pros Visme goes well-beyond what other infographic/graphic design platforms offer. We have been able to build resources that function similar to a microsite and place a quick link within our main company website that is utilized by both internal and external people to conduct daily business. These resources were not available prior to bringing Visme into our tech stack and now serve thousands and thousands of people, providing precious resources in a convenient manner. The best part of all... it was easy to do, looks FANTASTIC, and is a great user experience for our audiences being served. Cons There are random "glitches" that occur which provide minor disruptions, but in the same respect, the Customer Support team has been very responsive. Reason for choosing Visme Visme has many more features/functionalities available than any other similar platform, which provides us a great deal of flexibility and allows us to better leverage our investment. You have limited credits, the app deliveres bad results, living you with a half work done. Pros It has decent design. The AI prompt allows verbatim import of your copy, which is an ok solution, but misses the mark often. Cons Does not deliver the result the product promises. Cons There is definitely a limit when it comes to detail work with photo and graphic editing, but for the price, it is a great value. It's easy to use, and there are so many different pieces I can produce with Visme. I would recommend this to any NGO that doesn't have a budget for a full-time graphic designer. Pros Visme allows me to make professional looking presentations, documents, and graphics. My colleagues think I'm a graphic designer, and it's thanks to this product. Cons When you download versions that you may want to edit outside of the software, you'll encounter glitches. This is especially true of PPTs, though I'm not sure if these issues are Visme or Microsoft. I travel the world and use the program with ease and speed. I am very thankful to have Visme in my toolbox. Pros Visme is my go-to content creation tool for flyers and alternative presentation slides. I say "alternative" because I am often forced to use PowerPoint but desire slides that stand out from other presenters. The templates for flyers make it a breeze to create high-quality advertisements when I am in a hurry. Cons For my use-case, the animations on slides I create in Visme do not always translate well to PowerPoint, but I have learned how to negotiate this when creating decks in Visme. I am always getting compliments from clients on how easy the graphs are to view and the general aesthetics. Cons Over the past few months, it seems like it's gotten 'buggy'. I have a tough time updating widgets and often have to click on the widget several times before it opens to edit. Presentations and flat designs are top notch, but I dont find that the video feature and the sizing for things like reels, etc. are as high caliber or easy to export as other design software competitors.
