I no longer have to farm out graphic design projects and do it all on my own. Graphics for social media, programmatic display ads, internal documents and flyers, professional brochures, webpage & landing page design, even animated ads are all handled through Visme. It has saved us so much time and money! Pros Visme is so easy to use. You don't have to have any working knowledge of Photoshop, inDesign, or illustrator to make beautiful graphics, flyers, brochures, or even animated ads! Cons The video creation tools are a bit cumbersome and it's not always easy to swap out elements in the video templates. Also, when there is an issue with the tool, it may take a few days for their support team to fix it. Very great user experience, and exciting to be able to beta test a lot of the new features. Pros I love the templates and ease of use for bringing your ideas to life. Cons I think that the video/social aspect of the system is a little behind. Presentations and flat designs are top notch, but I dont find that the video feature and the sizing for things like reels, etc. are as high caliber or easy to export as other design software competitors. As the digital marketing manager of growing company, having amazing templates and great stock photos and videos is absolutely essential. The high quality of the assets and templates saves me time and improves the quality of the content that we have to produce! Cons Editing is a bit trickier in Visme compared to Canva, which has a lot of AI capabilities that are very easy to use. " May 23, 2024 5.0 I have been very satisfied with Visme. There are some tools that my team hasn't even explored, and we are excited to try! It is an easy tool to learn that sometimes throws your curveballs when there are glitches, but overall, it has been well-worth the purchase! Pros My team and I have been using Visme to make content for our company's intranet. The graphic and photo library has been super helpful to use, as well as the editing tools. It is much easier to resize images than how we used to edit photos in photoshop, and the animations that come with some of the graphics make out content more dynamic. It is powerful tool that is fairly easy to use! I was initially the only person using Visme, but once I showed my team its capabilities, everyone wanted a subscription. Cons There are glitches that happen when using the product sometimes. Ex: cutting and pasting with sometimes double paste what you want as well as the previous text you had pasted. And sometimes when you are working, the site can crash, and you have to refresh the page. These are inconveniences that do not prohibit work but can being aggravating at times. I like that the tool can be used for many different use cases like presentation, sales, social media, learning, courses, etc. I like that the company is constantly innovating and adding new feature like AI integration. Cons The only thing I don't like that not enough people are familar with the tool and it is challenging to get new people to want to use it. Trotz der vielversprechenden Features und der anfänglichen Begeisterung für das Tool, stieß ich schnell auf signifikante Hindernisse, die meine Arbeit nicht nur erschwerten, sondern auch verzögerten. Erstens war der Export längerer Videos ein ständiger Kampf gegen Fehler und Unterbrechungen. Für ein Tool, das sich an professionelle Nutzer richtet, erwarte ich eine zuverlässige Performance, die VISME in diesem Bereich leider nicht bieten konnte. Die Unfähigkeit, zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse zu liefern, führte zu Frustration und vergeblichem Zeitaufwand. Noch enttäuschender war der Kundensupport. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen und der Hoffnung auf Unterstützung, ließ die Antwortqualität und -geschwindigkeit stark zu wünschen übrig. Monatelanges Warten ohne zufriedenstellende Rückmeldung oder Lösungsvorschläge ist für mich inakzeptabel, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass wir geschäftlich auf die Ergebnisse angewiesen waren. Angesichts dieser Umstände sah ich mich gezwungen, eine Rückerstattung zu beantragen – ein Schritt, den ich nicht leichtfertig gehe. Doch angesichts der vergeudeten Zeit und der zusätzlichen Kosten, die durch die Verzögerungen entstanden sind, erschien mir dies als der einzige Weg. Die Entscheidung, möglicherweise rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, kommt nicht aus der Luft gegriffen, sondern ist das Ergebnis anhaltender Frustration und dem Gefühl, im Stich gelassen zu werden. December 21, 2023 3.0 Hands down I would not recommend this app. Canva is much more modern, and with much better customer service. Don't waste your time with this app. Pros I liked that there was a format to make more interactive presentations, the main reason for my initial purchase. Cons I did not like their image options, their templates were rather sterile and corporate and their audio recording options were limited. BUT most importantly their online app was unreliable and would crash regularly. Canceling their plan was also complicated and confusing. I was billed when I thought I had canceled and their customer service was Shi\*. There is no phone number and they would not refund me even though I was not using their program any more.
