Pros

The simplicity and its ability to allow the users learn systems and functions relatively quick without having to scratch your head

Cons

That I can’t track projects or budget I would prefer to be able to see my budget and every project that I’ve worked on with ability to add photos, but still be stored in a project

Overall, Connecteam is a very good system for tracking employee communication and staying connected with the team. I especially like receiving text notifications, which allows me to stay informed without being tied to a computer. The real-time updates make it easier to monitor conversations, respond quickly, and keep everyone on the same page.

Pros

What I liked least about Connecteam is the search feature. At times, It is easy to track employee's time and documentation.

Cons

What I liked least about Connecteam is the search feature. At times, it can be difficult to quickly locate past conversations or specific messages, which makes finding important information more time-consuming.

So far so good. The customer support is a little tricky. If you use the AI support it generally returns no answer.

Pros

This program makes it easy to copy one week to the next. The ability to block off a day for unavailability is a bonus.

Cons

It would be nice if there was a way to copy bi-weekly schedules, or an entire month. As an admin I would like to see all conversations between employees.

I love being able to communicate with my team through an app and making group chats. The scheduling feature is also great.

I've had a generally positive experience with Connecteam, using it regularly to manage my team's workflow and communication. While it's not perfect, the platform has streamlined many processes and saved me a significant amount of time in the long run, which is a major plus for me.

Pros

Connecteam's ease of use and intuitive interface make it a pretty solid choice for team management. We've found it works well enough for our team of 25 to stay organized and communicate effectively.

Cons

The mobile app can be a bit clunky at times, and it took a bit to figure out how to use it effectively. Not a huge deal, but it's kind of annoying when you're trying to stay on top of things on the go.

Pros

Connecteam is effective for time tracking, and I particularly like its mobile app because it's convenient for employees in the field. Its interface is very intuitive and even perfectly mimics major social networks. Its price also seems reasonable for small and medium-sized businesses.

Cons

Customization is limited with Connecteam, especially due to the lack of options for reports and exports.

I'm just happy it has held everything together enough to not completely fail on us when we have 100 stops to complete. I like Connecteam, it seems pretty good.

Pros

Connecteam manages our quotes and payments and today is the first day I didn't think it crashed. The boys used connecteam at home, and out in the field, but they can simply touch the screen to get paid. I thought the texting part would break as soon as I started using it but its been sending my "on my way" message properly.

Cons

We create routes for each of our snow visits and its totally nonsensical since I just want to create a static route that allows the boys to check off their stops without the software mixing up the order of the stops when an emergency storm hits at 1 am. They also charge additional for expense reporting. For tech permissions you have to choose either all or none, and my boys have access to many things that they shouldn't see on the app and it's very slow.

Overall it has been great for my staff to use. It has streamlined operations and has made ease of data collection and corrective actions on forms great.

Pros

That it is very easy to use and a bonus that it is free. It is easy to use for non technical staff. The forms are easy to use and build. We like the all-in-one functionality.

Cons

I wish that it would put forms and documents in knowledge base in alphabetical order. Some features are locked behind upgrades.
