has proven to be a good choice being reasonable and providing the reports that we need to easily track our employees.

At this time I don't have any technical issues in using but I feel the daily attendance record email is not necessary because we also receive the weekly with the total.

Introducing has streamlined our scheduling in a big way and improved productivity and communication. We had been using Slack but were still scheduling by hand. Connecteam has saved us time and empowered other managers to create monthly schedules ahead of time and to do so quickly.

Pros

Easy to use, increased efficiency in scheduling, great UI. has streamlined our scheduling process and cultivated better communication with our team. When we struggle to get information disseminated among our staff we start by asking "How can we use Connecteam to help us through this?" and find a solution quickly.

Cons

I wish I could dial in notifications a little more, especially for group chats vs. messages directly to me. I've turned off notifications for scheduling but still find that I get a lot more notifications than I need to be receiving--and I'm the general manager, so I usually need to be in the know. I also wish there was a way to increase the urgency of a shift that is open and needs to be filled and communicate that to staff without necessarily filling up our chat.

is absolutely great at what it does. It can handle many different industries and team types. It is just lacking some of the sales tools that could make it a complete solution that some competitors already have.

Pros

The dispatching tools are some of the best in the industry. The web based software is stable and has next to no bugs or network issues. Very easy to setup new users. Tracking hours and expenses are a piece of cake. 's customer support is always available and very helpful.

Cons

Still quite expensive for the low operating costs of such software. Competitors have many more features for the same cost or less.

Overall, our experience with has been very positive. The onboarding process was very simple, and getting everything set up was easy to learn. The training provided made it straightforward to understand how to build schedules, communicate with the team, and start using the different features. The chat feature is also very easy to use and has been helpful for keeping communication organized within the app instead of relying on constant texting. Like any platform, there are a few additional features we hope to see implemented in the future, but overall it has been a great tool for managing our team and improving day-to-day communication and organization.

Once it is setup for your specific operation and needs, the app just works. It saves time, improves accuracy, and has the most features of any comparable app.

Pros

can work with any company that tracks employees with hourly pay. With all of it’s different modules, the app can be setup exactly how it is needed to acomódate every business.

Cons

Some of the calculations can be challenging to setup, even for someone with advanced skills. Overtime pay combined with holiday pay took us a while to get configured but most other things are easy to configure.

Overall, has been a great step for our organization. I wish we could find a way to make entering payroll time more efficient, but it's still an improvement to what we had before. Our onboarding was alright; I never felt like we were super prepared until we just went live and dealt with the issues as they came. In a prior job, I did major ERP implementations as a Financial team lead, I have done the integration and testing steps and the training. This software is what it is for what you pay. There are some standard things that would make sense for Connecteam to implement, but development comes with a price.

Pros

The value for the money we paid; ease of use, teaching my employees was easy. I can easily find time data when billing my customer.

Cons

I still cannot load an iif file into my quickbooks payroll system. I key it in, which is still faster than before, but really thought my life would be easier with an upload to quickbooks. Also, paid time off tracking is not available for our organization. Our employees can request PTO, but the system is not able to accrue time per pay period. I feel like that is a pretty common way to accrue time off so not having that option is a little surprising.

I find to be a very valuable resource overall because of all of the features available and the streamlined operation of it. I can do most of the things I want in all one place, keep track of tasks, stay up to date with training, fill out all of my company forms, and so on. It's nice to be able to have it all together, with an easily navigated site.

Pros

I love the Quick Tasks feature in . It's so easy to use and I really appreciate the reminders of my tasks, when they're starting and when they're overdue. The pop ups help me to remember to look at all of my tasks so I can follow up on them and stay on track with them.

Cons

I am frustrated that I can't use some features on the web view. With my company, we use the survey's regularly but that feature isn't available on web, so I have to pull out my phone at my work computer. I find it distracting, it takes up a few more seconds/minutes that could be used elsewhere, and it can take my attention away from my patients that I am working with.

replaced 3 apps we were using before. Onboarding was fast and my guys actually use it without complaining. For managing field teams, dispatching jobs, and tracking hours, it's been the most reliable tool we've tried. Support is also quick to respond. 8.5/10.

Pros

The mobile app is dead simple for my techs to use. Time clock with GPS, job scheduling, and in-app chat all in one place. Killed our paper timesheets and 5 different WhatsApp groups. The ability to build custom checklists for installs and attach photos directly to a job is huge for documentation.

Cons

The admin dashboard on desktop can feel a bit clunky when you're setting up complex schedules or pulling custom reports.

has been always been fantastic to use in my experience, has never been "down", never had login issues, support is always great. Hopefully they have more improvements and additions on their roadmap.

Pros

is super simple to get up and running. It's very intuitive to use, unlike many other platforms I've experienced. Customer support is quick, and has always been very helpful and friendly to boot. The fact that Connecteam let's you have 10 users before charging is another plus. It enables you to get to know the platform before committing, which is not only rare, but great value.

Cons

I would love the option for forms to be able to fetch data from a source. For example, you have a drop-down list on several forms, if an option needs to be added to the list, you have to update every single form rather than just the source. This could be implemented and be amazing.

Smooth testing - to quote - to committing and onboard, we've thoroughly enjoyed switching over! This has been the silent problem killer for time tracking, calendar sync and keeping all our diverse teams together.

Pros

Very easy set-up, without a ton of calls or configurations to get started (we went through 4! hour long calls with a competitor and still didn't even get an onboarding date.) After committing, we had 2 excellent, to the point, onboarding calls, and in 20min we even tested out our user flow through mobile. Our team loves the chat and event pages for easy sync on what's happening around the office. Billing has been flexible according to how many seats x month, which is great. Connect Team customer support is very responsive and easy to get a hold of, thank you!

Cons

Sometimes if you onboard a user as a collaborator, and move them to admin there can be some glitches in finding the right permissions to give them full access - but we were able to easily smooth this out with their customer service team. We had the same kind of issue with a test acct email being included into the full account, but these were all minor details that were promptly resolved.

We have loved using , the training videos, the support and how they listen to the needs of the customers and are constantly updating the features to make it better and easier.

Pros

We love that there is a small business plan. The system is easy to learn and set up for business owners adapting it to the needs of their business. Our staff find the mobile app easy to use with the information they need in the field to do their job. The new AI feature is great and the templates are very useful. We like how we can share the live schedule with our clients to see their bookings and when the shift tasks have been done. We have rarely had tech issues. The integrations with other software platforms is amazing, with new ones being added all the time. The platform has excellent visual accessibility. The layout is clean and is simple to navigate, the colour palette is easy on the eye.

Cons

When we switched from the small business plan to the paid version, it was a quite a shock that you have to buy each plan separately (Operations, HR & communications) especially because the small business plan has everything included so it felt like a sneaky trap and with the price charged in US $ it's quite expensive in the AUD conversion. We also pay our staff per job, so we are hoping there is an update soon for this option. It would be great to be able to export the courses and blank forms for a back up option or to send to a client.

So far it has been great. Customer service has been great. The tutorials have made learning each of the module very simple and easy.

Pros

It has helped with our scheduling and crew communication. It keep everything up to date in real time and I am able to access everything right from my phone, which is important because the managers in my department are always on the go. has so much more to offer than I first thought and I can't wait to implement some more of its tools.

Cons

It is not quite geared towards construction companies and having crews of people, but more to shift work. I would love to see better features for companies with crews and construction like project.

What I liked most about is how easy it is to use, both from an administrator and employee perspective. The platform is very intuitive, which makes it simple to set up and manage without needing a lot of technical knowledge. This makes it convenient to share important information, policies, and learning modules with staff in one central place. Employees can access training, updates, and resources from their phones, which is particularly helpful for teams that are not always desk-based. One of the things we liked least about was the training experience during implementation. The training sessions could have been improved, as the trainer moved through the material quite quickly and tended to jump between different sections of the platform rather than following a clear, step-by-step structure. This made it difficult for some members of our team to follow along and fully understand how to use the system effectively. As a result, there was some confusion about certain features and how to set them up correctly. To ensure everyone felt confident using the platform, we ended up revisiting the system ourselves and running additional internal training sessions for our team to clarify the key functions and processes.

I've used for about five years at two different jobs. 95% of the time Connecteam is user friendly, efficient does what I need it to, enabiling me to schedule more efficiently.

Pros

's customer support is always helpful. Their willingness to have phone/video appointments to help understand new processes has been helpful. The job scheduling is easier than other systems I've used and allows me to schedule succinctly and correctly despite having 5+ job sites. The ability to publish days or weeks at a time as well as the ability to copy the previous week's schedule simplifies and quickens the scheduling process for me. The chat feature has also increased communication between employees at all sites.

Cons

It is sometimes frustrating when what seems like a basic feature requires an upgraded plan. For example, time off requests are automatically approved unless the plan is upgraded. It is sometimes frustrating and over complicated to use some features. For example, forms I want to send to my employees cannot just be uploaded into . Once the form is created I can't send it to whomever I want without making a user group - some features just aren't user friendly.

Overall, has had excellent customer service. I wish there was a little more flexibility with cost while we explore the platform. The free trial period wasn't nearly long enough for a slow adaptor like us — we are a 77 year old business that is oftentimes stuck in the past. But we are slowly moving toward helpful tech (like Connecteam) to streamline our processes. It just takes us a lot longer than other companies to be "all in."

Pros

The onboarding process has been top tier. Seriously. Our Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], is the best. She was diligent in her training and we appreciate all of the tailored support she provided to us!

Cons

We are very early in our adaptation to , so it's hard to say what we like "least" about the platform. Right now everything seems helpful - if anything, it's just a lot of power and we are ramping up slower than we'd like (but that's on us, not Connecteam).

has been an excellent tool for scheduling and managing my employees. The value for money is outstanding for everything it offers, especially compared to other platforms. The system is extremely easy to use, both for management and employees, which makes onboarding smooth and stress free. Time tracking and time and expense tracking are reliable and accurate, helping me stay organized and confident with payroll. User access controls are well designed, allowing the right level of access for each role without confusion. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever questions come up. Bugs and issues have been minimal, and when something does arise, it’s resolved quickly. Overall, Connecteam has streamlined scheduling, tracking, and communication in a way that genuinely improves daily operations.

We love how intuitive and easy-to-use is—for both management and crew members. The mobile app is super clean and makes clocking in, viewing schedules, and communicating across the team incredibly smooth. It’s affordable, flexible, and powerful enough to grow with us. offers an all-in-one platform that makes managing a security team much more efficient. The ease of communication, real-time scheduling, and mobile accessibility are especially helpful in a field like security where teams are often spread out.
