I would like to be able to delete any old messages from non employees so there isn't so much extra ,messages

### "Good Scheduling Tool"

It is a good scheduling program that is easily accessible both in the field and in the office. User friendly. Updateable during to the day to add additional visits.

Pros

It is easily accessible to everyone in the office. Easy to use. Customizable. Can be updated during the day for anyone in the field.

Cons

It's a little slow at times. The site will crash occasionally, which requires the window to be closed and opened again.

A one stop shop! Everything you need for work is in there. Forms are a great help too including polls

Pros

Update board where we post remonders and important messages, forms, and celebrations

Cons

I am not sure if it already has this frsture but libking it to other apps on the phone like if you want to send a data or message from connect teams to other apps like Viber or Whatsapp

Very good! Much more efficient when making a schedule once you get the basic information in. The more I use it, the more I love it!

Pros

Easy to read and find what I am looking for. Makes scheduling much easier when I can duplicate the week and transfer it to the next week! Saves a lot of time.

Cons

I wish I could figure out how to add the daily tasks to the employee schedule and be able to duplicate it to their next scheduled day if I do not need to duplicate the week. Too time consuming to type in all the task they need to do that day. Need to be able to have templates I can plug into any schedule.

It’s been a great place for my team and keeps us in the know. I can’t track things and find answers without having to contact other workers.

Pros

The experience it provides for my team. It’s a control center where I can allow forms to be submitted directly from my agents. I can see clock in and clock outs.

Cons

Sometimes I don’t get the alerts. I’m not sure if it’s my phone or the service.

I am extremely pleased! I love that staff can communicate with one another as well as leave notes for me. All in one spot. Its so easy to use, too!

Pros

I like the convenience of scheduling staff, and how easy it is to utilize the time clock/timesheets feature!

Cons

I wish I could make schedule adjustments on my phone, but it doesnt allow it for recurring appointments. I am on-the-go, so not always near a computer to make necessary shift changes.

My overall experience with Connecteam has been great. It has saved us a lot of headaches, and we really appreciate the restrictions it offers. The system helps ensure employees are accurate and honest about their work hours.

Pros

It is easy to us for the employees, and I like that it clocks out employee if they leave the jobsite durning working hours

Cons

Sometimes there is glitches where it let the employees' clock into the wrong project but its manageable

At Kelly’s Angels, using the Connect App for payroll has truly streamlined our operations. I love that it helps reduce payroll errors and keeps everything organized in one place. Preferred When I Work - much more visually streamlined, easier to review, PTO and sick days viewed in Calendar form, etc. Not my favorite.

Pros

Shift editing functions PTO accrual (in theory)

Cons

Poor invite functionality PTO cannot be viewed in Calendar form by month or time PTO Accrual and OT not functional for our team's needs.

Apparently this was easier for managing a large team with differing PTO policies

Just smiling faces, it was really great! Rachiel and James was super awesome. The knowledge of the software was on point. That's why we are using them. Had a few questions and they were answered quickly. I was also able to go back to a video to use when I made an error. Loved that. I have not had a problem since.

Pros

Everyone @ Connecteam has been so friendly and patient with us. We have such a great experience with the app. Very USER friendly.

Cons

I have not had any issues that were not solved. Therefore, I am unable to give you anymore information.

I’m enjoying it so far I believe our company will be using it for a long time as the Company grows I believe this app will be an essential part of our business moving forward the user access is great

Pros

Easy to navigate, and I love how it brings the team together. I love the chat and how the team can use the time clock. Everything is all in one place.

Cons

I wouldn’t consider that I like it the least it just took me a while to adjust to the platform, but once I got a hang of everything, it was fine

Very impressed but there are areas for improvement. Efficiency and timely delivery of messages is definitely one.

Pros

Very efficient and secure. The fact that it has extra sections where we can add other files is a bonus

Cons

Sometimes the messages don't get delivered on time. Some messages get delivered after minutes or hours. It would be better if you could provide with a close or the same efficiency as other messaging apps such as whatsapp.

the small business plan is PERFECT for small companies, like mine. you got everything you need to manage your team working hours and leaves without have to learn how to use complicated software

Cons

the only thing I can point out is that is not possible to set a predefinite time for lunch breaks (like 12-13) everyday so my coworkers and I can simply enter the full day hours without “split” them

Very good experience. Easy for all of employees to use. Great communication tool. As may as 16 employees at a pickleball facility were using this as the core communication tool.

Pros

Ease of use. Our employees required very little hand-holding to learn how to use this and adopt it as their default communication channel among their co-workers.

Cons

App updates threw us for a couple of loops early on. I don't recall the details, but a couple of times we had issues with logging hours with the app not recognizing that the employee was on-site.

Connecteam has genuinely transformed our operations. Bare in mind that Connecteam is not built for our line of work, its been seamless and any slight issues have always been resolved quickly.

Pros

The interface for the end users. Its so easy to navigate and every part of it just woks so well. Very impressed.

Cons

Its only a minor gripe, but things being locked behnd paywalls of upper tiers.

Pros

It is easy to track my employees hours & I like that they have the geofence option for clocking in & out .

Cons

It does not calculate the workers pay after overtime & does not let you set up different automatic breaks (unpaid) per employee.

We can not output the mileage for support workers to excel directly , we have to check individually for each carers.
