We have used different platforms. This platform is by far the best. Our officers really like it also because it’s an all in one app. It functions kinda like Facebook.

Pros

How easy it is to communicate. The scheduling is amazing as well! The communications best part is the chat.

Cons

Timeclock could be better. It gets old having to manually roll time clocks everyday. I wish they would round up or down automatically. Ex. Clock in at 4:01pm wish it could auto roll to 4:00pm.

I like it! It has made a huge difference for the organisation of our company and is nice to have so many things in the one place. I'm still discovering more features each week that i use it.

Pros

I love the layout of it and how there's options to customise colours. The job schedule is easy to use and the live chat support is quick to reply and helpful. I like that it reminds you of staff birthdays and the chat feature - it's nice to have everything work-related in the one place.

Cons

I wish I could click and drag with names on the job schedule to permanently choose the order in which they show. I would like the staff who are available the most and trained in the most areas to be at the top of the list so I don't need to scroll so much when choosing who to allocate shifts to.

It’s been good. I don’t have any major complaints except I wish that there was an update. Email sent every day to let me know who on my team was on that day. I have another small business where I use a competitor, sling. And every morning when I wake up, I can look at the email that slang sends me to know where my employees are going to be.

Pros

Ability to schedule my employees and have them have the app so that they can see everything in real time.

Cons

Having to do my own workaround for assigning employees to various locations. Your application should be able to handle this.

All works well with ConnecTeam, but I'm regretting adding my second business onto it since it's all or nothing. I'm considering moving one of the companies off the platform only because I need instant push notifications for each.

Pros

Great place to have all team members in one place and all the communication tools we need to operate the business, like scheduling, forms and alerts to keep everyone up to date and organized.

Cons

You can only receive push notifications for one company at a time. It's brutal for folks like me who host two different companies on ConnecTeam.

My overall experience with Connecteam has been very positive. It’s an intuitive platform that made it much easier to manage daily operations, communicate with staff, and keep track of schedules and tasks. The mobile app was especially convenient for team members on the go, and features like time tracking and in-app chat helped improve productivity and accountability. While there were a few minor limitations, the benefits far outweighed them. It’s a solid solution for streamlining team management.

Pros

What I liked most about Connecteam was how easy it made communication and task management within our team. The mobile-friendly interface allowed staff to clock in, access schedules, and receive updates all in one place. It streamlined day-to-day operations, reduced miscommunication, and kept everyone accountable. I especially appreciated the ability to create customized workflows and forms — it saved us a lot of time and improved efficiency.

Cons

While Connecteam is very useful overall, one thing I liked least was that the app could occasionally lag or glitch, especially when accessing it in areas with weak internet connectivity. Also, some features felt a bit limited unless you upgraded to a higher-tier plan, which might be challenging for smaller teams or budgets. However, these issues were relatively minor compared to the overall functionality it offered.

I would consider it a very useful tool for field work techs and office employees, looks clean and easy of use is simple and straight forward

Pros

The easy of use. Understandable interface, training other techs with little or no in deepth tutoring.

Cons

The logging in process, the phone number first then you can use an email, bot all techs use there phone just emails, also if it had a larger interface for ipads

Pros

It is a great way to keep track of your hours, schedule, and your other work task in a convenient way.

Cons

There isn’t much not to like. Maybe the desktop version is a little less user friendly than the mobile version, but that’s just me nitpicking.

Pros

Ease of creating forms. That is the best product for our use for our construction company is turning all of our required forms into easy forms on an app.

Cons

Making recommendations or adjustments with Connecteams. There is not an easy way to send over recommendations or communicate with someone from Connecteam.

I enjoyed connected overall. I enjoyed the messaging feature as I didn't have many of the other employees in other areas of the property's contacts.

Pros

I really liked the ability to create a schedule online and have it be easy and smooth! The feature to create a work time for one day and assign it to multiple employees was utilized and appreciated.

Cons

Not being able to create or edit (as an admin) the schedule on the mobile app. I often found myself having questions from my employees about the schedule where I was not near my computer and couldn't edit the schedule from my phone. Also sometimes if the schedule was created for individual employees rather than assigning multiple for a shift, it appeared differently on the mobile app where you couldn't see everyone working on a given day. Seemed like a glitch.

My overall experience with Connecteam is positive and I am very happy that I found them. I would not go back to any other platform I had before now that I found Connecteam.

Pros

Connecteam is easy to use, made it simple for me to track the time of my crews and no one had any problems with user access. I found no bugs and issues and customer support is readily available for your needs. The value for money is great! Time and expense tracking is a total plus with Connecteam since its easy to use and integrated with however you want to use the system. I recommend Connecteam to everyone I meet with a business of their own.

Cons

The thing I least liked about Connecteam is that they stopped where they did on expanding on features. Connecteam can keep growing and making even more solutions easy to access.

It is a solid app with great features. We are still discovering its capacity and we have been using it for the past 6 months. It is exactly what we need as a business.

Pros

The biggest pro for me is that it is an all in one platform, its combines scheduling, time tracking and communication. It is also very user friendly making it easy to use for everyone.

Cons

Battery drain can be significant, particularly with continuous background syncing or GPS usage. Although it is easy to navigate it is also quite cluttered.

We went through different HR applications before settling on Connecteam. It provides all the functionalities we need to smoothly run a private business with a large team.

Pros

Connecteam makes managing HR tasks so much easier. Really takes the onerous out of these tedious but important tasks.

Cons

Currently, shift switch requests are not available for easy viewing on the dashboard / website as it is on the mobile app. If there was an update to make shift switch requests more accessible and viewed in the scheduler on the dashboard / website, this will help improve the user experience.

So far everything has been very intuitive, the team members I have interacted with have been very friendly and helpful. It has so many more features than our previous app for almost the same cost, and will save the admin team so much time!

Pros

How customizable everything is and how responsive the help team are. The staff are all finding it super easy to use and have had no issues.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to click into a clients site and see all schedules assigned to this one location.

Overall, our experience has been positive with Connecteam. There were a few key changes that were made to the system shortly after we purchased our subscription which removed vital capabilities that we had planned to use. Overall between the removed capabilities and bugs we have ran into, I decided a 4 star review was more applicable than 5 stars. That being said, Connecteam has always provided support when we run into issues regarding the product.

Pros

I think the overall value for money is phenomenal. Their support team is always able to answer my questions and recommend solutions. Our installers have noted that the system is relatively easy to use as well for time tracking.

Cons

We have run into a few bugs where we have lost data that was relevant to our time-keeping methods. Additionally, the reports and exports are not as capable as some other systems can provide.

Very pleasant, it’s really a one stop shop. Payroll, timesheets, scheduling, announcements, and even lets you know birthdays.

Pros

The convenience of payroll, and messages to be sent. Also the ability to view times sheets, and switch over to admin to monitor my officers.

Cons

To be honest I don’t have anything I don’t like. This program has been the best program I’ve used. No issues.

ConnectTeam is incredibly easy to use and setup! Their system is great for all of the employees on the team, of every age! So far tracking clock-ins and managing timesheets has been a breeze!

Pros

I love the dedicated Customer Support team. They are always super responsive and incredibly helpful.

Cons

I dislike when you edit a message, even if i click in the center of the message, as soon as you start typing it takes you back to the end of the message. I also would prefer if you could organize your messages into folders. I have 3 franchises to run and around 50 or so chats. Being able to organize them into folders would be a tremendous help!

I love using ConnectTeam with my employees. It is great way to keep just about everything in one place and the app itself is very easy to use.

Pros

ConnectTeam is your go to for everything you need to manage your employees schedules, timesheets and so much more!! Chat feature and ability to assign tasks are incredibly useful.

Cons

It can get pretty expensive as you grow as a company- expensive enough to hinder my desire to grow any larger. the way their plans are laid out are very confusing and almost force you to choose the highest plan

Overall, I would say I am satisfied, the cost seems to be approaching a point where I may look at alternative options, but for the time being I am satisfied.

Pros

I like the aspect of Streamlining of processes, which was otherwise done manually. I appreciate the controls and options to tailor it to each business.

Cons

The forms, if a lot of photo's are added, you have to print the form, save as a pdf as opposed to downloading it - which is not horrible, but not ideal.

My overall experience with the app has been a great one and I will continue to use the app. It's an efficient and all inclusive solution.

Pros

It has an easy to use interface and navigating is very intuitive. It also has a lot of useful features integrated. I believe scheduling and managing shifts for employees has gotten better because of this app. And the time logging feature is helpful to easily track work hours. I haven't encountered any bugs or issues so far.

Cons

I haven't encountered any issues with the app. One thing that can be improved is the UI, the current one is very user friendly and easy to learn, but I'd suggest a modern overhaul.

Connecteam is absolutely great at what it does. It can handle many different industries and team types. It is just lacking some of the sales tools that could make it a complete solution that some competitors already have.

Pros

The dispatching tools are some of the best in the industry. The web based software is stable and has next to no bugs or network issues. Very easy to setup new users. Tracking hours and expenses are a piece of cake. Connecteam's customer support is always available and very helpful.

Cons

Still quite expensive for the low operating costs of such software. Competitors have many more features for the same cost or less.
