### "A Powerful All‑in‑One Tool for Frontline Workforce Management"

April 23, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with was very positive, particularly when managing frontline or operational teams that need clear communication and coordination. Connecteam stood out as a practical, all‑in‑one workforce management platform. Having scheduling, time tracking, task management, communication, and basic HR tools in one mobile‑friendly app made day‑to‑day operations more organized and efficient. For employees, especially non‑desk or shift‑based workers, the app was intuitive and easy to use, which helped support adoption and engagement. The communication tools were a major strength. Announcements, updates, and in‑app chat made it easy to share information quickly and ensure messages reached the right people. Scheduling and time tracking features were straightforward and effective, offering good visibility into shifts, hours worked, and availability. Task management also helped improve accountability by clearly assigning responsibilities and tracking completion. From a management perspective, Connecteam provided strong visibility and control, making it easier to oversee teams, monitor work, and handle routine administrative tasks in one place. The platform scaled well across roles and locations, which made it suitable for growing teams or organizations with multiple worksites. That said, the platform can feel feature‑dense, especially for smaller teams or simpler use cases. Initial setup and configuration require some time to ensure workflows, permissions, and notifications are aligned with team needs. Without thoughtful setup, there’s also a risk of information or notification overload for employees. Overall, I found Connecteam to be a robust and effective solution for frontline workforce management. While it requires some upfront investment in setup, it delivers strong value for organizations that need centralized scheduling, communication, and operational oversight in a single, mobile‑first platform.

Pros

What I liked most about was how comprehensive yet easy to use it is for managing frontline and non‑desk teams. In particular: All‑in‑one platform – Connecteam brings scheduling, time tracking, task management, communication, and HR tools into one app, reducing the need to juggle multiple systems. Designed for frontline workers – The mobile‑first design makes it very accessible for employees who don’t work at a desk, with everything easy to access from a phone. Clear communication tools – In‑app chat, announcements, and updates made it simple to reach teams quickly and keep everyone informed in one central place. Efficient scheduling and time tracking – Creating schedules, tracking hours, and managing time‑off requests felt straightforward and practical, especially for shift‑based teams. Good visibility and accountability – Managers can easily see who’s working, what tasks are completed, and where follow‑up is needed. Scales well for operations – It works equally well for small teams and larger organizations with multiple locations or roles. Overall, the biggest strength of Connecteam is how it simplifies workforce management while staying intuitive for both managers and employees. It’s especially effective for organizations with frontline staff who need clear communication, scheduling, and task coordination in one place.

Cons

What I liked least about was that, despite being very comprehensive, it can sometimes feel overwhelming or rigid, depending on how much of the platform you need. In particular: Feature overload for simple needs – Because Connecteam offers so many tools (HR, scheduling, tasks, communications), it can feel like more than necessary for smaller teams or organizations with straightforward requirements. Learning curve for administrators – While the employee experience is intuitive, setting up workflows, permissions, and policies can take time and require careful configuration. Customization limits in certain areas – Some features follow a fixed structure, which can feel restrictive if you want workflows or processes tailored very specifically to your organization. Notification fatigue risk – With chats, updates, tasks, and alerts all in one app, employees can sometimes feel overwhelmed if notifications aren’t managed carefully. Costs increase with scale – As teams grow or need advanced features, pricing can add up, especially when enabling multiple modules. Overall, the downside wasn’t functionality but complexity. Connecteam works best when teams fully commit to it as a central system; for lighter use cases, it can feel heavier than needed and requires thoughtful setup to avoid overcomplication.

### "Excellent Employee Scheduling App with Powerful Features for Medium-Sized Teams"

April 24, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with has been positive. It offers strong value for money because it combines scheduling, time tracking, communication, and onboarding in one app. Customer support has been helpful when needed, and once you get used to the layout, it becomes much easier to use. It’s especially great for medium-sized companies that need better organization and employee management

Pros

has a lot of useful features all in one place. I like the clock in/clock out tools, reminders, time off requests, and location tracking. It also helps with employee onboarding and keeping track of schedules, times, and important dates. It’s a great solution for managing staff efficiently.

Cons

The platform can be a little difficult to navigate at first because there are so many features and options. It takes some time to learn where everything is.

### "Quality and value"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Overall, I would recommend to any small to medium organization; it will help you grow in efficiency and provide the highest quality HR tools for the price, hands down. And now is the time to join, because we are getting new features at our current pricing, and with as much as they are adding, the price will have to go up.

Pros

My favorite thing about is the spectrum of services! However, High-quality time-tracking, scheduling, and onboarding tools are the key specific draws for us. There is no question that Connecteam offers the best value for the price. The most unique thing I love about Connecteam is the fact that they publish user feedback and how they are using that information to prioritize their R&D and add new functions to their software. It's innovative and transparent.

Cons

Sometimes, the fact that is sold in modules (operations, HR&skills, and communications) hampers how the apps within those modules interact with each other. Connecteam is trying to address this with integrations, but it's still a little bumpy sometimes. Also, sometimes the features that are locked or accessible at various pay tiers don't make sense to me, but I'm sure there's internal data that bears that out.

### "Overall, amazing tool at an amazing value - can't wait to see it grow!"

April 30, 2026

4.0

Overall, it has been great. Would recommend a couple things stated above, but overall - has been a really great tool.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the value it provides. It integrates really great functions in one easy to use tool. The videos are great, very informative.

Cons

Hiring features does not allow for personalization of form. Forms do not offer links to access (even if it's just to share within app chat). Would like to personalize feed based on role or groups. Would like to see integration with CashApp or Zelle, and would like offline access to clock or forms when signal isn't available (then update once signal is available). Both these features are used and needed significantly in trucking industry. For business would like to see API integration capabilities to pair with Claude or other AI to help with efficiency. Better expense tracking tools.

### "Connecteam For Veterinary"

March 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been positive. The platform delivers a strong, user-friendly mobile and web experience for frontline teams, making scheduling, time tracking, and team communication simple and reliable. Built-in checklists, forms, and task management helped streamline daily operations and compliance, and the affordable pricing made it a good fit for small-to-mid sized businesses.

Pros

Intuitive, easy-to-use mobile and web interface that staff adopt quickly. Robust scheduling with drag-and-drop, shift swapping, and notifications that reduce no-shows. Built-in time tracking and payroll export that streamlines attendance and payroll processes. Centralized team communication (feed, chat, announcements) that replaces scattered emails and texts. Customizable checklists, forms, and workflows for compliance, training, and daily operations. Task management and KPI tracking that keep teams accountable and measurable. Offline functionality and reliable mobile app for frontline workers on the go. Affordable pricing and clear feature tiers that fit small-to-mid sized businesses. Responsive customer support and helpful onboarding resources.

Cons

Limited advanced reporting and analytics compared with dedicated BI tools. Some features lack deep customization (e.g., reports, certain forms/workflows). Admin interface can feel cluttered and has a learning curve for complex setups. Occasional mobile notification delays or inconsistencies for frontline users.

### "Excellent product. A must have!!!"

May 12, 2026

The migration to has been nothing but positive. As an overall team management tool it exceeds all expectations. Be it time tracking, resource allocation or just communicating with your team, the system has it all. You can upskill and update your entire team effortlessly and monitor how they are progressing without having to constantly apply time to the task. The functionality of tracking your expense versus resources applied is ideal for looking at the bottom line. All in all the value of the system exceeds the monetary investment. It is small cost to pay for the benefits Connecteam provides.

Pros

The Communication efficiency, forms and updates are exceptional. Allocating tasks ahead of time means you can constantly be ahead of the demand and stay on top of workflows. The system itself is sound so I have not experienced any bugs or issues since inception of our rollout. Even so the support is always ready to help even with the smallest of questions if the need arises. The staff are able to access the system seamlessly and have reported, happily so, that the ease of acccessing SOPS and information from the knowledge base has given them a valuable tool.

Cons

I have not had any negatives in using the system. The design of the system is focussed to be a beneficial toll in all aspects. It definatley delivers on its promises and has helped our team become more efficient and streamlined.

### "Amy J's ConnectTeam Review"

April 20, 2026

4.0

It has been good. Staff has picked it up pretty easily and I believe most of them like doing it this way. It definitely makes things easier for our business manager and nice that it tracks things accurately. I like the feature where you can click "clocked in now" and see who all is here at the moment. I do wish, on Job Scheduler, that the different departments were a little more visually separated. It kind of seems like days and departments on that page all kind of run together. Even just darker or clearer divider lines would help. That's one thing I miss about WhenTo Work, the whole staff weekly calendar was SO easy to parse at a glance. I liked that the department was listed above the employees, not to the side. Also- I can't really say either way about pricing, whether it's expensive or not, as I don't handle the finance side of things! These are just my thoughts as a user!

Pros

Customer support has been really great. I had an issue and messaged them and they helped me figure it out quickly. It's also been really easy to use, especially on my phone. It is good for tracking actual hours and keeping everyone accountable, with our previous method of just tracking on paper things could get a little vague, so I appreciate the specificity. Also love that it keeps track of our vacation and paid leave hours for us and does the math, and how simple it is to request time off.

Cons

Something I didn't love, as an admin, is when reviewing shift requests, how easy it is to slip up when rejecting a request. When I am looking at requests on the desktop, once I accept or reject one, the next one immediately pops up. So, I went to reject one request and didn't realize it had done so and moved on to the next request, so I clicked reject on the next one without realizing it had changed. I hope that makes sense. I wish it would maybe ask "are you sure?" before rejecting something. Also, after I realized what I had done, there wasn't a way to undo the rejection I had just issued. I wish there was an immediate undo option. Also, I don't love the way the rounding works. I wish it was closer to the actual time or just no rounding at all.

### "Streamlined many of our business practices!"

March 16, 2026

5.0

Love it! As an Administrative Assistant to the Founder/CEO of a small business, I deeply appreciate how many problems solves. Rather than using multiple apps and leaving files in a cloud and managing them, Connecteam does it all.

Pros

has been so helpful for our small business. It handles everything from HR to training, and even streamlines inner-staff communications. It's genuinely been a life-saving tool for our company. The customer support and even the AI support have been excellent! If you have a question, it isn't long before you find an answer. They even give personalized video tutorials if necessary, and sincerely try to help. We've been able to abolish many bottlenecks and staff hurdles by using this platform. Once you get past the slight, initial learning curve, the platform is easy to use too. It's been wonderful!

Cons

They appear to be working on developing a bit more fluidity across the different sections, which will be super helpful.

### "Great product "

March 15, 2026

5.0

My experience with Connect Team has been meaningful and educational. Working with the team has given me the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. I have learned a lot about teamwork, responsibility, and how important it is to stay patient and supportive when working with people who are going through difficult situations. The experience has also helped me develop stronger communication skills and a deeper understanding of behavioral health. Even though there are challenges at times, the overall experience has been positive because it has allowed me to contribute to something that truly helps others and makes a difference in their lives.

Pros

What I like most about Connect Team is the sense of collaboration and support among the staff. Everyone works together toward the same goal, which is helping people improve their lives. I appreciate how the team communicates and shares ideas because it creates a positive environment where learning is encouraged. It also feels meaningful to be part of a group that focuses on helping others grow and recover. Another thing I value is the opportunity to keep developing my skills while working with experienced professionals. Being surrounded by people who care about the work makes the experience more motivating and fulfilling every day.

Cons

One thing I do not always like about Connect Team is that sometimes communication can feel a little disorganized. There are moments when expectations are not completely clear, which can make tasks more stressful than they need to be. Another challenge is that the workload can occasionally feel heavy, especially when many responsibilities come at the same time. This can make it difficult to balance everything and still feel fully present with clients. I also think there could be more structure in certain processes to make the work flow smoother. Small improvements in organization and communication would make the experience even better.

### "Great for multiple locations"

February 26, 2026

4.0

We implemented the product across two locations with approximately 60 employees. This included setting up time tracking, scheduling, permissions, document management, and onboarding workflows for multiple roles and management levels. Rolling it out at this scale required significant administrative setup and coordination to ensure consistency between both locations. While the system is functional, managing multiple locations with a larger team highlighted some navigation and workflow inefficiencies that become more noticeable at scale. The platform works, but when you’re operating across locations with dozens of employees, ease of navigation, reporting clarity, and streamlined admin controls become critical. Improvements in those areas would make it far more efficient for multi-location operations.

Pros

The platform automates many core HR services, including onboarding paperwork, document distribution and acknowledgment tracking, time-off requests, time tracking, and employee record management. This reduces manual administrative work, minimizes paper processes, and creates a centralized digital system for compliance and documentation. Automating these HR functions helps ensure consistency across locations, improves accountability, and reduces the risk of missed forms or incomplete records. It also provides better visibility for managers, allowing them to monitor approvals, track policy acknowledgments, and maintain organized employee files without relying on spreadsheets or manual follow-ups. For growing teams and multi-location operations, this level of automation is essential to maintaining structure, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Cons

The platform is very difficult to navigate between sections. Key features feel siloed, and it’s not intuitive where certain tools or settings live. I often have to click through multiple menus to find basic functions, which slows down workflow and creates unnecessary friction for managers trying to move quickly. There’s a lack of clear hierarchy and logical grouping between modules (time tracking, HR, documents, tasks, etc.), and the back-and-forth between admin view and employee view is not seamless. It would significantly improve usability if navigation were more streamlined, with fewer layers, clearer labeling, and customizable shortcuts for frequently used sections. Overall, the functionality is strong, but the user experience makes simple tasks take longer than they should.

### "ConnectTeam is amazing app that covers a bunch of issues"

April 6, 2026

5.0

This has been by far the best timekeeping, scheduling, and planning tool we’ve used. We previously used Monday.com, but it felt too clunky for our business. This platform makes everything simple and efficient—our team can easily view their schedules, check their days off, and even submit time-off requests all in one place. It’s made a huge difference in how we manage our operations.

Pros

What I like most is having time tracking and scheduling all in one place. It makes everything much more efficient for our team. Our staff can easily view their shifts, request time off, and clock in and out without any confusion. The built-in chat is also a huge plus—they can communicate in real time and even upload photos directly in the chat, which helps with coordination and accountability.

Cons

One downside we’ve experienced is the lack of an edit history or undo feature. If an event or shift is accidentally deleted or overwritten, there’s no way to recover the previous version. We’ve spent significant time building out full events, and when making a quick change, a simple mistake can’t be reversed—which can be frustrating and time-consuming. Adding a version history or undo functionality would make this platform significantly more reliable for day-to-day operations.

### "Poor Support & Advertising Integrations That Don't Work"

April 20, 2026

1.0

I think the system has a lot of cool features; however, if you cannot make them work properly dont advertise them and dont make your customers do the work to fix issues you are ignoring.

Pros

The system is easy to learn for scheduling. Staff seem to like the system and understand it easily. The issues outweigh the positives.

Cons

Customer service has been extremely disappointing. advertises an integration with Gusto, which is a key feature we rely on for payroll. Unfortunately, this integration has never worked for us despite following all setup instructions correctly. We opened a support ticket on March 25, 2026, and nearly a month later, the issue remains unresolved. During that time, we have processed three payroll cycles without the integration functioning. As a result, our team has had to manually enter PTO for 61 employees—creating significant, unnecessary administrative work. What’s most frustrating is the lack of meaningful support or communication. We have: Provided detailed explanations, screenshots, and even screen recordings Answered repeated troubleshooting questions Complied with every request from support Yet, we have never received a clear update on what has actually been done to resolve the issue. Instead, each time we ask for a status update, we are asked to complete additional tasks—many of which are repetitive or irrelevant at this stage. It has become evident that little to no real progress is being made on this ticket. The burden of troubleshooting has been placed almost entirely on us as the customer, despite paying for a service that includes this integration. At this point, the lack of resolution and transparency is unacceptable. If a feature is advertised and included in a paid product, it should work—or there should be timely, accountable support to fix it. Due to this experience, we are actively considering moving to another platform.

It has been very user friendly. They continue to roll out new improvements constantly. Again I recommend to everyone I know. It has worked pretty consistently with very minor issues. Its super easy for all of my staff to use.

Pros

I use it for its robust time tracking, I run a community based operation and being able to have a uniform central hub is a great help. It is very user friendly and has great access controls. ### "Great Experience"

February 5, 2026

5.0

has become a core operational tool for our company as we’ve scaled a 24/7, field-based workforce across multiple sites. We use it daily for timekeeping, training, task tracking, communication, and documentation, and it’s helped us bring structure and consistency to processes that used to live across too many systems. What’s really stood out has been the support. Between the AI chat feature that actually helps you learn the platform, the live webinars, the Facebook community, and the Connecteam setup team, we’ve never felt like we were figuring things out on our own. That level of guidance has made a big difference in how confidently and effectively we’ve been able to build and roll out the system. Overall, it’s been a great experience.

It's very easy to learn and navigate. I love the job scheduling, group and individual chats, team updates, event invitation with RSVP, time tracking, PTO/Sick day requests - great all in one platform.

Pros

I oversee three locations and I am able to stay connected to all of the team members both individually and as groups.

Cons

The only thing I wish they would update is the job scheduling, it would be nice to select the day you want to go to rather than having to use arrows to go ahead week by week.

### "Great system for streamline your business "

December 30, 2025

4.0

Overall I’m very pleased with how the system operates and have had a wonderful setup and transition team. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing similar software for their business. I do, however, think the pricing and tiered structure make it more cumbersome than it needs to be. While there is a certain amount of “ala carte” selection and modification to the system to suit your needs, it can feel daunting and exclusionary for those needing various options.

Pros

I like how all facets are one one system. Time tracking, payroll, reports, learning, a communications are the key components to our business. The various facets have streamlined our business and made scheduling much easier and rescued the amount of time needed for scheduling drastically.

Cons

There are a few design elements and quirks to the system that I feel could be improved. Slider and navigation bars could be bigger, they are hard to get a hold of. Some buttons (like a save button) are covered from the AI assistant. Some features are not available in the tiered pricing, and I believe that if you have a good product, your shouldn’t need to parcel out sections of it as an “upgraded” feature when it’s a simple tool that helps improve business and performance. By making price tiers, you’re artificially creating demand that should already be included in a finished product. It’s a way to upsell a customer that can over complicate the product for their needs, or keep important items out of reach for the customer that needs them.

Reason for choosing Connecteam

Belfry reps never made contact, THERMS was a nice product but too advanced for some of our personnel and more inclined for public safety services.

Neither of the two systems had all the features we needed to grow and improve workflow. Homebase was good for timekeeping but that was it. GuardsPro was a means to an end, but it was cumbersome and not as user friendly or customizable as CT

### "OUTSTANDING!"

January 29, 2026

5.0

OUTSTANDING! Running a business just became much more efficient and effective-- is an incredible tool

Pros

is so very easy to set up and use! We are able to stay in contact with all the employees so quickly and easily. Managing the many different threads is a breeze--LOVE Connecteam!

Cons

I wish the HIPAA feature was more affordable. Running a busy Practice, coordinating with a dozen employees and hundreds of Clients is a challenge sometimes. Having to get creative with word choices to ensure Client confidentiality and privacy just slows the communication process--affordable HIPAA compliant platforms would aid in our communications.

### "Don't know how we functioned before Connecteam"

December 30, 2025

5.0

Overall I have loved using and don't know how we managed before without it. The customer service team is always very helpful and take their time to walk me through anything. The app itself is great and easy to use from a staff perspective giving us one place to have our schedules, tracking of information and staying connected with each other. Great value. I have recommended the app to our sister locations as well.

Pros

is not only visually appealing but is very user friendly. It has solved our scheduling and communication issues by giving my staff one place to find everything.

Cons

I do wish there was more options when it comes to writing an update like changing font size and options to use more emojis.

I did not feel like they were meeting our needs. Not visually friendly and complicated to set up.

### "Organized and mostly easy to used"

December 26, 2025

This is still a new ish system for our company, and we are still learning the ins and outs but we haven't had any issues with bugs or the system crashing, so that's a plus.

Pros

I like being able to see and edit scedules easily, as well as creating forms and chats for the team. Subtasks on the schedules are great because we can see how busy each person is during the day. The time tracker is also great because we can see and remind eployees to sign in/out due to their in time activity on the app. Also great that they can adjust their own hours in real time before thwir timecard is reviewed for the week.

Cons

Unless you are an admin, you are not able to create subtasks on other employees scedukes. This is tricky as we like to make notes for each other and if something needs to go on there, non admin haave to ask admin to add it. The other frustrating thing is the view when signing in from my phone vs. The computer. On the computer, I'm automatically signed in as admin, whereas in my phone, i have to click into being an admin before doing anything on there. It would be better if it just signed me in as admin on my phone automatically. There are too many plan upgrades needed when we want to add things like extra subtask spots, which makes it seem like the value for the money doesn't seem worth it all of the time.

[Asana](https://www.capterra.com/p/184581/Asana-PM/)

There weren't enough features (such as forms, timecards, and chats) all in one spot and it was harder to keep track of everything on multiple apps/platforms.

### "Consistent and up-to-date"

March 4, 2026

Overall, we’ve had a really great experience with Connect Team! And they can be super helpful, especially since they are continually rolling out new improvements

Pros

Honestly, we love the improvements. Connect continues to make. They have a new clocking option called the NFC. And it’s already done wonders for helping people clock in and out.

Cons

It can sometimes be hassle to add an additional time clock when we build a new location. It also just cost us more money. We are a smaller company, but we have about 10 to 15 employees at each location. If there were a way to have a clock in for the whole company and it just separated it by locations that would be phenomenal. And obviously so other people can’t see other locations time parks.

Switched from

We made the switch because Connect Team has a lot more to offer! They have chats and the time clock option.

### "Love the clean UI"

February 3, 2026

4.0

Mostly positive. It does what I need it to do for my small caregiving agency without too many bells and whistles to distract from what is needed

Pros

I chose for the price and for the UI - it has a much cleaner look than competitors' platforms. Also, the app is straightforward for my lower SES (not technologically savvy) employees.

Cons

Pricing structure is very confusing. I also have a few feature requests, including ability to rectify schedule with timesheets for ease of invoicing.

Reason for choosing Connecteam

I seriously considered Homebase as their pricing for unlimited users ($30/month) is highly desirable. While is more expensive than Homebase, I liked the UI and the reports better. WellSky was my favorite but $$$ so I went with Connecteam due to price.
