### "Connecteam - A Platform Worth Investing In"

I have used Connecteam for over a year, and it became one of my favorite platforms that I have worked on so far. When I struggled with something (as a new user) the support team assisted me timely and well. Apart from their Support Team, they also have a YouTube channel that helped me and the team greatly in getting familiar with how everything flows on the platform. I highly recommend this platform for any business and team that make use of a calendar/bookings that needs to be updated daily.

Pros

What I like most about Connecteam is how the sections are all set out and then how they connect with each other as a whole. As I worked with a cleaning company and team, we needed to create jobs, add new team members and book cleanings on a regular basis, which all flowed easy. It was great that the team members could use the app to Check-in with their location (for their safety), complete Forms (plus add photos of work completed) and track their hours with the Timeclock (for keeping track of their weekly payments). If they struggled with something on the platform, we could assist them and sort it out while they continued with the work.

Cons

I struggled at the beginning, when I was new to the platform and all its features, which is normal for a newbie. I honestly do not have anything that I do not like about Connecteam. It is a platform that flow well for me.

### "Great for a Small Business with lots of helpful features!"

It's great, interesting, lots of features and heaps of support. There is a lot to learn from it, and is fantastic for all sized businesses.

Pros

Once you get used to it, it's simple to use, great functions. Being a small company, the small business plan is perfect for us and offers so much. I really like the support we get, with the help it is instant answers, which is very useful when starting out.

Cons

Sometimes clocking in and switching between jobs is not that easy for the team to understand, but we are getting there.... Also when clocking back into a job from a break - the time starts from 0 rather than continuing on from where it left off - ( but do understand its a time flow thing), that on the small business plan, when we have a team member leave we have to delete all info on them rather than archive - its a shame that a user cant just be archived - removing them as a user but still able to add on to your 10 user limit. Also that admin takes up a user space also... but we are doing work arounds.

It was great at first- and the parts that work- is super. I don't like the way that it turned out to be so different then what was presented- as I was very clear on what we needed.

Pros

Training videos, response time when initially inquiring about product, and the people I have talked to have been very friendly

Cons

Once we purchased this we found out that the portions we needed- syncing so that we could use the time clock feature, schedule feature and time off feature and was told it would all sync with BambooHR. Trying to get responses now that we are using the product has not been easy

Integration with Gusto, user friendly reports customized to how you want to see the data, positive employee feedback about the usability of the app, accurate and timely time clock function and ability to filter data relevant to my needs as an owner/operator.

Cons

Wish mileage had a way to export into Gusto, we have to perform this function manually which takes some time. There was the ability to export the mileage data into a customized spreadsheet which saved some time but full integration would be ideal.

### "User friendly multi-team scheduler"

My team loves being able to check their clock in's and out's from the app or the computer. User access is easy with no problems. I love the fact that there are multiple ways to get help or reach out to customer support.

Pros

Easy to navigate with different teams. With the scheduling tool, you are able to track hours worked, money spent, employees on or off for each day. Very easy to use and have had no bugs and/or issues since we started using the program.

Cons

There really are no cons with connecteam. It is one of the most easiest programs I have come across.

I use Connecteam as a method of keeping up with my own independent contracting work. I set up my different jobs (including homeschool time tracking as a separate "job" - it's really nice to be able to manage both personal and work stuff in the same place!) and clock in/clock out using the app. When I need to bill my contracting client, I generate a timesheet using the web interface and limit it to just the job for that particular client. Connecteam has made all these processes way easier than if I was doing it all manually -- so much so that when another contractor joined our team, I shared the info with her and she signed up, too.

Pros

Connecteam has been super helpful for tracking time as an independent contractor. Although it's built for having multiple employees, I use it just for myself in order to accurately track contracting time, keep up with shifts I've worked, and generate timesheets for invoicing my client. It's easy to get help from customer service and the onboarding process is well-designed. For small companies (under 10), it's free, which is an excellent value -- and inspires me to use it if I ever had need for managing lots of users.

Cons

There's both an app and a web interface, but they're not equivalent - I can't do all the things in the app that I can do online, but logging into the app is way easier than logging into the website. I wish I could generate everything from the phone app, but I guess it's reasonable that some things are just hard to do on a phone.

### "connect team"

four out of 5 stars. Price is a little expensive now that its got traction which is a shame from when we started

Pros

One of the standout features we appreciated most about Connecteam was its staff rostering functionality. The ability to easily schedule shifts, track availability, and ensure the right people were assigned to the right tasks significantly streamlined our operations. The drag-and-drop roster builder was user-friendly, and the ability to notify staff in real-time about shift changes or updates helped us cut down on miscommunication. We also found it very useful that staff could clock in and out directly through the app, allowing for better oversight and time tracking, particularly during busy event periods or large-scale setups.

Cons

The biggest downside we experienced with Connecteam was the lack of flexibility in their pricing and feature bundles. While the platform offers a lot of useful tools, we found it frustrating that they wouldn't customise a package to suit our specific needs as a small-to-medium events business. We didn’t require many of the features included in the higher-tier plans, yet couldn’t access key tools unless we upgraded. Despite multiple requests, there was no willingness to tailor a solution or offer a scaled plan based on usage or relevant modules. This rigidity ultimately limited our ability to scale with them.

### "Why you NEED Connecteam for your business"

Pros

My team has recently started using Connecteam and it has been one of the best platforms we’ve used for our business! We’ve moved our work group chat to the app to help keep everything in one convient spot. We have also integrated new online training into our onboarding process through Connecteam. All of our team feels it is easy to access and to use! The customer support has also been fantastic and overall we definitely feel that it has been such a great value! We’d definitely recommend it to other businesses!

Cons

Thankfully, we really don’t have any cons that we’ve encountered with Connecteam! If anything it has even given us new ways to streamline our business and make things more convenient for leadership and the team as a whole. One thing I have encountered sometimes when tasks have been marked as completed, I still sometimes get notifications for them. Overall, I wouldn’t consider this a drawback and would still recommend Connecteam!
