Scheduling shifts and timesheets. The evolution of the system has been good too

Cons

Add ons becoming chargeable outside package. For example unable to track annual leave remaining without further subscriptions

Set up was quick and easy, the app is easy to download and track, over all experience has been so easy and great to use.

Pros

It is so convenient to use when you manage multiple locations. Being able to geo fence the clock in/out feature helps ensure associates are not clocking in and out before arriving to work.

Cons

I wish we could auto deduct breaks/lunches instead of having to have team members clock in/out for breaks and lunches.

This system makes it easy for scheduling and communication across multiple areas. Having access to quickly change a person schedule and or add in employees is super easy.

Cons

the way you have to assign admins into groups is not ideal. There should be a better way to make groups for communitarian purposes and assigning task.

It has been the best third party workplace management application that I have used in a long time. It has been excationaly easy to comunicate with and manage staff.

Pros

Everthing you need for the workplace is in one place and easy to access. Also overall the system is very easy to use.

Cons

App notifacations go a little over board with recieving notifactions that don't concern me but then sometimes the notifacations for message will not work and I will either recieve no notifaction or it will come 2 hours after the message was sent.

It's been wonderful. Customer service is fantastic. The onboarding was absolutely well done. We tested quite a few staffing platforms, and was the best by far for our events.

Pros

I really like the ease of scheduling staffing for our events. The platform has an intuitive UI, which makes it easy for us to use. Even our less tech savvy staff have found it simple.

Cons

It's not quite built for event staffing, so we have a few work arounds. We really do need mass editing for shifts. The list view is great, but we'd love to be able to edit in it.

Overall, great support, personable customer service and the platform is evolving and improving which is great to be part of

Pros

The platform has friendly user guides to navigate the system and it's ideal for team support and management. It offers a simple user experience especially with the language options making it an option to a more diverse employee group

Cons

If could create a client portal that enables a one point business solution it would be the ideal package. The fields in the scheduling are a bit limited which restricts the ability to make it cross functional using Zapier and other similar tools

It is a great system, and I will and have recommended it to others. It is very easy to get your employees involved with it.

Pros

I like being able to see all my employees in one spot what they’re doing and sending them tasks. Time tracking and payroll is so great with the system. Customer service has been phenomenal as well.

Cons

On boarding and understanding all the features can be a little overwhelming at first. The person that I was paired with to give me a tutorial, took a lot of initiative to the extent of the things that I was not aware of nor did I ask for.

overall i am very pleased with it is very user friendly. i will say even though i wanted to talk to a CSR as soon as i have a problem that all my questions and issues have been answered correctly and for the most part in a timely manner.

Pros

the ease of using the software and the quick help when i have to use the chat feature and get help from the support team!

Cons

availability to speak with a customer service representative on demand, what i mean by this is having to immediately use chat support first and then set up a zoom meeting via email and wait a day or so before i could physically talk to a representative.

Pros

I find the biggest Pro is how easy the program is to use. We dont use all of the features but the ones we use are simple!

Cons

Since we don't use all of the features I really don't have a complaint or a CON for the app. Maybe one con would be I don't need as many notifications.

As our company really only needs the program for time sheets and the team chat I feel like it could offer a few more feature to run our operation a bit smoother.

Pros

The estetic is pleasing to the eyes, the program is straight forward easy to use and the team chat keeps us intouch

Cons

That you have to pay for basic upgrade for example to archieve old employees. and make your own forms as we dont need to entire program. It also doesnt transfer the time off and sick days to be compatible with Quickbooks

My experience with has been very smooth, simple, and exactly what I could hope for in a business management site. They break down every feature in a way that allows myself and my team to have a good grasp on how to use each feature and function.

Pros

It has essentially everything I need to manage my team! I don’t have to stress about navigating between multiple sites to handle basic things like scheduling and communication.

Cons

There are a few frustrations when it comes to giving permissions to admins but ’s support staff are quick to respond and help us accomplish our goals.

Overall it is user friendly and an easy way to communicate with the staff. It allows for work to stay on a separate app thus allowing separation between work and free time.

Pros

It’s user friendly and easy access for all staff! Customer support is easy to answer and assist any questions!

Cons

The permission requirements on how to change them. It took long to figure out how to change certain staffs permissions. Although, only owner could make adjustments not other admin.

As a small business it is hard to find affordable solutions. is easy to set up, easy for employees to use. Great customer service.

Pros

It is easy to set up users and to clock in and out. The UI interface is simple and there are tons of help videos.

Cons

To do a lot of the things I need it to do, I keep getting prompted to upgrade. The base cost gets you your basic features, but for it to really run smooth, you have to pay quite a bit more money.

My overall experience with Connectteam has been pretty smooth. I never really have any issues except sometimes when I'm clocked in, it won't let me request days/times off!

Pros

I like how easy Connectteam makes it to find all employees in the directory including their numbers and Emails.

Cons

The one thing I would change about Connectteams is how many different things I have to click to clock out, I understand it is to be sure everything including the time and job are correct though.

Overall, my experience with has been great. It simplifies team communication, scheduling, and time tracking all in one platform. It has saved us a lot of time and made managing day-to-day operations much easier. With the addition of a desktop app, it could become an even more complete tool for businesses.

Pros

is very easy to use and intuitive, even for team members who are not very tech-savvy. The mobile interface is clean and simple, which makes it easy to manage schedules, track time, and communicate with employees. It also helps centralize tasks and improves overall organization for managers and staff.

Cons

The biggest downside is that there is no desktop app, which can be inconvenient for managers who spend most of their time working on a computer. It would be helpful to have a desktop version with the same features as the mobile app for better flexibility and efficiency when managing larger teams or handling more complex tasks.

Pros

is easy to use that allows us to communicate with all our staff. We absolutely love the scheduling and time clock features. We have three stores in three different towns and we are able to keep open communication.

I've been using the program for a couple of years now. Anytime I've had questions they've been very responsive.

Pros

This program has provided many services to my unique business. Dispatching, job forms to fill out, keeping track of job costs, daily notes and the ability to choose availability and unavailability. There are many more features that I'm not currently using as it's performed to my needs and expectations with the plan we are using.

Cons

I don't think it's a problem on the side of the program but more of integrations. I haven't reached out to find the resolution to my concern as of yet. I'd like to have the job associated with invoicing/billing and payments.

Overall I think our experience has been great. We use it daily for scheduling as well as numerous other things to keep the staff up to date.

Pros

The ease and use and the convenience and availability it provides the staff. They are able to see the schedule during off hours and it has a reminder of their upcoming shifts.

Cons

That you have to upgrade to add the vacation time into their app. We would love to have the running total for them to see so they can request with or without pay without having to ask.

Overall, I think it is a great system that is a good resource for a lot of people. offers a lot for the cost.

Pros

This product allows many features for low prices or free. I am very happy with the product! Right now, we only use it for time tracking through timesheets, and that has been working well for us. And it's super helpful that they have an app!

Cons

It isn't very intuitive, but they include training videos that help a lot. I struggled to find some necessary settings, especially to set up admins with the proper access when they needed to see only certain employee's timesheets.

Pros

Everything we need is in one place, making communication a whole lot easier than having 5 different apps for messaging, time clock, tasks etc... The interface is intuitive too, making the app easy to learn how to use. Definitely worth it for for our team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons

Instead of just being able to get someone access for one admin ability (for example, job scheduling), you have to demote them first and give them access to everything they had originally+ what I wanted to add. Oftentimes I forget what they already had access to, making this difficult.
