has allowed my business to thrive operationally, creating easy for every user who uses it. I love receiving the emails from Connecteam with new feature releases, as they are all incredibly innovative and unique, making Connecteam continuously interesting.

Pros

Conncteam is an easy-to-use programme at an incredible price, with an extremely great range of features which allow us to keep track of all our timesheets using the time tracking feature, our schedule, checklists, and more! I have never experienced any bugs or issues, it's easy for our technicians to use, and I couldn't ask for a better app.

Cons

One minor detail I would change about is the login process, where you have to enter your phone number and receive a code. It would be easier to enter a username/email than a password. But no complaints!

We had some issues with billing and our tax exemption it took quite a bit of time to get this resolved (months) but the customer support team was eventually able to get this resolved.

Pros

It is fairly easy to use, my employees like it and it was easy to implement. Our employees enjoy using it to track time and see their hours on the app.

Cons

Every extra, useful feature seems to cost more. I am not sure about the value for the money. At the level we are using it and the amount we are paying it seems okay.

Overall, my experience has been extremely positive from start to finish. The process was well organized, communication was clear, and expectations were set early, which made everything run smoothly. Any questions or adjustments that came up along the way were handled quickly and professionally, without creating delays or confusion. The solution delivered exactly what was promised and proved to be reliable, efficient, and easy to work with on a day-to-day basis. Most importantly, it added real value by simplifying workflows and improving outcomes. I would confidently recommend this experience to others and would absolutely work this way again in the future.

Pros

It solved a lot of issues, primarily because it removed the need to manage everything manually. Before implementing this solution, many tasks required constant oversight, manual coordination, and repeated follow-ups, which often led to delays, inconsistencies, and unnecessary frustration. By centralizing the process and automating key steps, we were able to streamline workflows, reduce human error, and improve overall efficiency. Communication became clearer, accountability improved, and progress was easier to track in real time. Ultimately, this allowed our team to focus less on administrative overhead and more on delivering quality results and resolving issues proactively rather than reactively.

Cons

What I like least is honestly hard to identify, because the overall experience has been very positive. Any minor challenges that came up were typical of implementing something new and were quickly addressed without disrupting progress. There were no significant frustrations, breakdowns, or ongoing issues that stood out as negative. If anything, the only drawback was the brief learning curve at the beginning, which is expected and was resolved quickly with use. Overall, the benefits far outweighed any small adjustments required, and there is nothing I would point to as a true complaint or area of dissatisfaction.

It has been very good. Onboarding and set up has been fairly easy. Takes a while to get everything in but easy. Customer support has been great.

Pros

Ability to put all our policies in one place. Courses for training have been very useful. Keeping track of payroll and time off. Chatting and group chating very useful. SOP and company handbook organization is readily available in Knowledgebase.

Cons

I would like to have more pre-built policies. For example: Holiday, vacation and payroll policies that we could modify. Would be nice when building holiday policies to have a reoccuring on 4th Thursday of every November type option. The breadcrumbs had to be turned off due to battery depletion on the cell phones. Could not get YouTube Shorts to work on all devices. Links in Courses do not open up within locations like Knowledgebase, Forms or Documents. Cannot download or print pdf's of Courses. Would like to have way to set Courses as reoccurring, like one or twice a year as a review.

My overall experience with has been really positive. It’s a well-organized platform that makes communication and task management much easier. Once I got used to the layout, I found it very efficient for staying on top of schedules, updates, and team tasks; everything feels smooth and convenient.

Pros

I really liked how easy is to navigate and how it helps teams stay connected. The app makes it simple to communicate, track tasks, and manage schedules all in one place, which is super helpful for staying organized and working efficiently.

Cons

One thing I liked least was that, at first, there’s a bit of a learning curve because there are so many features packed into one app. But once I got familiar with the layout, it became much easier to use. Overall, it’s a powerful tool, just takes a little time to get used to.

Offers a lot of functions under one page. The app is very user friendly but the website is more complex. I enjoy using it but it takes getting use to. I would prefer it to be more simplified.

Pros

Ability to have clock in and clock out, and add task management to every aspect of work flow. It’s very helpful for a growing business.

Cons

When co workers don’t tag my label, I’m not notified of tasks assignment to me. I also am not notified about comments in tasks. I also find it annoying that I have to switch between user view and the other view to have capabilities that I wish were on one page, not two.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with . I needed help once, and they were great! I know they will always be there when I need them, and that's real support.

Pros

For one, it's free up to 10 employees, which is great for start-up businesses like mine. It's very in-depth and user-friendly as well. It does everything I want for the company, including scheduling, forms, availability, job assignment and confirmation, there's the knowledge base, and so much more; it's just amazing!

Cons

Im not sure, I wish I could upload my pre-existing forms to the form section instead of having to recreate them. Another nice-to-have will be a ready-made guide to offer employees on how to accept, start, complete tasks, clock out and submit forms. For me, it's simple, but for those not used to technology, it can be a bit overwhelming, and it's extra work for me to go in and get screenshots of each step to create a guide for them. There are videos, but they are mostly for admin. If you can't do the guide, a video specific to field users to teach them how to use the app would be amazing.

It was a great experience! The customer support was very helpful and always resolved any issues immediatelty.

Pros

The ease of use, user friendly features and great customer support. The scheduling feature and time keeping feature were very easy to use.

Cons

That it did not sync with the billing systems that we had to have for our state insurances. Otherwise we would have continued to use the platform.

We absolutely love ! It has been an amazing asset for our nonprofit. We do not have the money yet for a big robust software but this app has it all. It is easy to clock in and out and my Practicum volunteers keep track of their hours using this app! I would love to see more free features for nonprofits in the future (specifically more than 10 on the team before charging)

Pros

Free features, ability to customize jobs and tasks, team chat feature, edit feature (individual and admin), Time clock is amazing.

Cons

It is a little tricky to figure out at first. It is hard to see total hours in a time period for a job unless you are using the desktop app. I don't know how to print reports from the phone, or if that is even an option yet.

I have enjoyed exploring the capabilities of Connecteams, and I think we are only scraping the surface with all of the things that Connecteams is capable of. With Connecteams, we can build customizable templates to manage our data accordingly in an easy seamless feature. Forms can be structured this way too. It's great.

Pros

I like that Connecteams is user firendly. Staff find it easy to learn new concepts and processes, thanks to Connecteams.

Cons

I would be interested to see of Connecteams could be compatible and integrated with our other work Apps, like Workhub, or Abadata.

Overall, our company is very happy with . We have sent some feedback like the one in the "Cons" section above. We would also like to see the ability to send 'group/team chats' be simplified, currently it takes too long send a group chat while using the app.

Pros

At Transitional Design, accountability is our number one priority right now, and is the tool helping us ensure that happens. Our employees now stay up to date with every procedure change and company event in real-time.

Cons

I’ve been using on desktop and mobile and I've sent these UX/UI suggestions to your Product team. We’re finding the calendar bit restrictive; adding 'Next Week' selections and default date ranges would be a huge UX win. We'd also love to see the app become more 'industry-agnostic' so it's as effective for non-shift businesses as it is for shift-based ones. Looking forward to seeing how the app evolves!

has made scheduling a breeze. Customer support is fantastic. This platform is all inclusive - scheduler, communications, time off, timesheet, and more, but you can choose which portions of the platform best fit your business needs. I receive regular (seems like at least weekly) notifications of improvements and have been impressed with the regular improvements.

Customer support, ease of use, TOTAL platform for managing employees - Schedule, Time off, Clock in/out, forms, syncs with some payroll systems

Cons

It was a bit of a learning curve, likely due to so many customization options. Some features only available if you purchase the full platform.

I stepped into without any prior experience, and it was already fully-deployed with my team. I used it because that's what our organization used. I am in a regional leadership role, and this allowed me to see how teams interacted, what expectations were, and access all the key elements in one platform, without bouncing between Teams, Signal, Quickbooks, internal emails, texts, and a myriad of other apps and accounts that most small-to-mid-sized businesses use.

Pros

has all the functionality I need in a single, thoughtfully-organized, intuitive, and easy to use platform. I've been onboarding two clinic teams in two different locations in an isolated, challenging environment with changing factors, and Connecteam has made it easy for me to take the helm.

Cons

The interface, by and large, is extremely intuitive and easy to use. However, certain aspects of the timesheet tracking were a bit challenging to use. In an effort to make it easier, there are multiple ways to accomplish a task, which makes it easy to leave some things undone inadvertently. Would like a clearer throughput workflow in some of these functions.

It was overall very useful and made it easier to have forms listed and connect with team members. Being able to see when people took breaks was nice as well.

Pros

That it made everything seem upbeat and fun. I like that things were customizable and you could use it on the computer as well as on your mobile device.

Cons

It could be really difficult to find things. Some things were glitchy and could only be accessed on your mobile device. The org chart was only available to managers.

It's been a great experience so far and has made tracking employee hours and keeping them accurate a breeze.

Pros

I started a small business and everyone and everything seems to want your money. This is the first time I've felt supported by a system/company and I'm so grateful. What an amazing product and it's such a blessing to have for payroll. Even more to my surprise, once I get my team flowing, it also connects directly to my ADP payroll to make everything very easy for me. I've had no issues so far and I've been using it for 4 months. Not to mention there are instructions and videos to guide you along the way.

Cons

It took as little time to get used to the app and where things are, I might have been better off trying to use it through the website but once you get used to it it's actually very easy to use.

Overall, the positive user experiences far outweigh the bad. The ongoing tech support makes the downsides easy enough to get through that they're barely worth mentioning.

Pros

is great for keeping everything in one place. This includes work chats, employee job scheduling, operational manuals, employee documents, and contact information. It's an easy to navigate app thats intuitive in design and consistently improving.

Cons

Occasionally voice messgaes and chat notifications don't work for a short period, typically when updates are being made to the app. This has never lasted more than a day or two.

It's been a life-saver in terms of running my business and has allowed me to triple my sales in a year.

Pros

It has streamlined my business - allowing me to easily schedule staff for shifts without double booking them. I post a shift and my staff can claim it. No more texting staff individually. Customer support has been good.

Cons

There is a 30 person limit before additoinal fees apply. The app doesn't have all the same features as the webbrowser version. It is a bit pricey.

We have been using for around 4 years now, and it was a very useful tool from the beginning. Originally we wanted a way to digitise our checklists and forms that we use daily to allow a more paper free environment. Since then we have found that is it much better than paper forms, due to being able to find exactly what you need, and being able to easily explore different patterns easily through the search, that would have manually taken much longer. Since then, due to the updates made by Connecteam, we have now integrated our HR processes, rotas and time sheets, internal messaging and much more. It is a great all round business tool.

Pros

It is relatively easy to set up and use. The setup process was made much easier by the expert customer support, which is quick and personal. We still have no issues today that cannot be solved by a quick message, and and often fast reply.

Cons

As with all software, it does have limitations to certain specific use types for our business. It also has other functions that we would use, but are part of a larger payment plan that we wouldn't use enough of to justify the extra payments at this time.

It has been a pleasant transferring over from old systems - it’s been highly easy for me to educate and train older staff members on, it’s easy for me in management to see everyone on the same rota, so overall has been a pleasant experiance.

Pros

You can access on phone, quickly see rotas and do time off requests, easier for older people to get into the digital aid.

Cons

Quite complicated to set up, only allows two people to publish rota’s which in a company is not quite ideal. It’s quite annoying getting a lot of emails to do with shift changes - shouldn’t need to confirm a shift.

I would highly recommend Connect team even if all you need is a something to track time. Their Customer Support has been great when I was first setting it up even though I was not taking full advantage of the software or paying for a subscription

Pros

We only use the free version and it's great for my team that works out of the office to clock into a job from there phone. It tracks hours and allows for time off accruals. when it comes to the end of the pay week my staff has to approve their timecard then I can email a PDF to my payroll roll personal. I have had no bugs or issues and no complaints from my team. User access is pretty easy as well.

Cons

I have not found a dislike. It's easy to use. I guess only flaw, and it might be something on my end I had to use Google chrome to open the webpage on laptop.
