Overall it has been a learning experience. I use ADP for my other business and wanted to try another option. It's a great platform would be nice if there were more integrations.

Pros

I like that the customer service team is very responsive, which is very important when choosing platforms. I also appreciate the geofence feature and chat feature. The Forms and Knowledge base section is also a great feature that my. team uses a lot.

Cons

The quickbooks integration doesn't work too well. It would be great to be able to complete payroll through Connecteam without having to log into quickbooks.

Great support from your team, and the product works well. Your support team makes sure we have everything we need and is usually quick to respond

Pros

It allows us to have a lot of things in one place. We use the schedule and the chat is great. The updates are useful to get everyone info.

Cons

Not sure there is anything we do not like. It works well. The coaches don’t have a problem with anything else which is good for us.

Very good so far. We’ve been using Connecteam for about a year now and I’m very happy with the investment. We use many of the tools from the scheduler and timesheets (which export directly into Gusto) to celebration’s and rewards. That platform makes our organization more professional.

Pros

The amount of different tasks I can accomplish on one platform.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a little time to get support when I’m stuck.

I have had a good experience so far, and appreciate the features connectteam offers. Both as a user and an admin it is relatively easy to use and good for small to large companies. My company has tried many apps before and none have compared to CT.

Pros

I like how it is easy to clock in & out, and how there are helpful guides to show how to use each feature.

Cons

Sometimes I have difficulty figuring out how to turn notifications off for certain feautures. For example I like having shift reminder notifications on but not notifications about when someone picks up a shift.

It is amazing. It is a toll that evolving and updating with time. The current tool and features, it works really well. There is definitely room for improvement and connecteam team works on it and delivers new tools, features, and options.

Pros

The tools that it provided to the businesses such as forms, courses, updates, tasks and much more. All these tools comes in very handy while posting policies, welcoming new hires and more.

Cons

Time Clock and Job scheduling. I think both tools should work hand in hand. Plus there is still a ton of options that can be added to both tools.

We like it a lot. It does what wr need it do. Keeps our relatively small staff connected and in the know.

Pros

The scheduler has all the features yoynwould need and then some. We use the updates a lot as it is good way too keep everyone informed quickly.

Cons

The free trial prosses was a bit misleading. We picked the pricing plan we we interested in, however the free trial was for all the features. If the trial was onlynon the plan we were interested in, it would have been a more accurate trial. (Altho when i reached out to support they were really great and added a couple bonus features for us)

As an admin and user, I can say Connecteam makes life easier as you navigate from one function to another, cutting down on time thag would have been spent opening and closing the app.

Pros

The seemless ease of navigating. You can move from one function button to another and the time it takes to load up when trying to access the app is superfast except on very rare occasions.

Cons

Sometimes slow to load up but this is not often. Also as an Admin, there were times when the data of some of our users are not visible on the back end but tech support always came through for us.

My overall experience with Connecteam has been very good. I like how it offers updated videos and helpful tips. I love that you can just transfer the schedule weekly. I like how easy it is to approve requested time off. Overall it's been great!

Pros

I like tha you can duplicate times and you can copy over from the previous week. It makes it easier to set the schedule without spending too much valueable work time.

Cons

To be honest, Connecteam makes it very user friendly that I don't actually dislike anything from the program itself.

Pros

Connecteam is very user friendly and easy to use. The homepage is easy to navigate and coming from someone who is new to the system I found it easy to learn my way around.

I don't have any issues with Connecteam. It works for what we use it for and we haven't had any problems thusfar.

I like the customer service, but we no longer have account managers which makes things more difficult.

Pros

The simplicity of use and its capabilities. I really like how our field time can navigate the app and how easy it is to create forms.

Cons

Poor communication on changes to pricing. We were one of the initial companies to use the product and we were told we had the price locked, and they failed on holding the initial pricing model.

Generally I'm extremely pleased. It has completely changed the way we do business, communicate with our staff, create schedules and memos and I could never go back to the old way.

Pros

Connecteam makes scheduling extremely simple! It is easy to create a template and schedule the team and know that each person sees there schedule. No more guessing on when you work or "forgetting."

Cons

Certain features are included only via upgrades. Some of the features seem like no brainers. For example, if there is an open shift and an employee claims it, as the employer I accept and confirm the shift. BUT, they can unclaim the already assigned shift. This makes no sense. I would have to pay an additional $400 just for that one feature! It would be better to have ala cart add on features as not all features in each upgrade are worthy to everyone.

I really enjoy using the app and website both. They have made my job so much easier. It is so easy to use and saves so much time from the manual way I was doing things prior to finding Connecteam.

Pros

It allows me to easily see who's working and who I have available for work. It allows me to easily communicate with staff members either individually or as a group.

Cons

I have a hard time figuring out how to create forms for what I need. I also am not sure how to go back and see who claimed a shift once it has been assigned.

It has been fantastic. The schedule building is a breeze. Once you are familiar with the process you can make a multi person schedule with ease.

Pros

It is very easy to navigate from one work area to another. The logon process is also very easy to understand.

Cons

The icons are a bit small. You need to really focus on the icons. I did not see anything that would help you with how to utilize the site

Overall it was great. I am very not pleased that I was forced to change due to the issues mentioned above.

Pros

The system is very dynamic and pleasing. The flow is clear, clean and detailed. I prefer this time management system over all others.

Cons

We used Connect team for years. However, lately we just switched to ADP time management due to over the past 3 weeks many of my user's reported issues with the system not resetting. Not allowing them to clock in due to this. Also issues with the system not allowing them to sign in.

Pros

I like that it’s user-friendly. The interface is clean and visually pleasant, and the app itself is intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

I’m unable to clock in using my PC, which has been a bit of a challenge. As a desktop user who rarely uses a phone, it would be great to have full functionality available on the device I prefer. Having everything in one place would make the experience much more seamless.

Great experience overall. If you are a small business owner, this is an app to help you with oversight of your employees and also connecting your team.

Pros

connecting team members and communication. The greatest thing is everything is in one place, so if you ever need to see where someone is, when they clocked in, if they looked at a document, or if they are attending an event, you can check in the Connecteam app.

Cons

The only thing I did not like is the pricing and how everything is a la carte. We would have to add more and more features if we wanted a specific feature that is locked behind a paywall. Then we would have to pay for more.

Good experience. My only issues are employee error (forgetting to clock in, or clock out and now they are outside of the geo-fence). I especially like having a digital log of hours worked in case someone is questioning their paycheck.

Pros

This product is very intuitive to set up and administer, and the employees (even the non-tech savvy ones) had no problems using it.

Cons

Once in a while there are connection issues where employees have difficulty clocking in, but that might not be a fault of the app itself.

I can easily say that this application has been a huge help for both personal planning and professional use. It's reliable and powerful scheduling tool.

Pros

I've been using this application for a few months now and I can confidently say that it is clean, intuitive and very user-friendly. It is easy to schedule my employees, set up reminders and organize tasks without hassle.

Cons

I would say that the application is on the pricey side for the subscriptions and I would like to have less notifications being sent to me to schedule meetings with representatives.

It’s a good app for the cost, though not always user friendly from the admin view.

Pros

The ability to repeat scheduling options and the ease of employees view on the app.

Cons

The mobile view for admin doesn’t have nearly enough functions, and not being able to delete unassigned shifts has been time consuming and problematic. Admin should be able to do more from the app as most business owners are out in the field often.
