brilliant, even though we're in England, i've never had to wait for longer than a few minutes for a response

Pros

The app is user friendly, after trying multiple different apps, this has been the best by far. The desktop is really visually appealing and easy to colour code for quick glance scheduling

Cons

There are so many new updates coming all the time that i cant keep up with them. this isn't a bad thing necessarily, but every time I think i've got my head around a new feature, there is more and i haven't been able to catch up yet

Overall, it suits our purpose. It is a tool that I can use to assign work to staff, and they can decline and accept the shift all within the same platform.

Pros

Managing the team easily. It's great to be able to assign work and receive confirmation within the app.

Cons

I understand that extras are an add-on, but it's annoying that the printing reports cost extra.......

Pros

It’s easy to operate, especially compared to other software we’ve used in the past, which often felt overly complicated or unintuitive.

Cons

It does occasionally experience some lag, but those instances are rare and typically resolve quickly without disrupting workflow.

I started using Connecteam almost by accident. We needed an application for keeping time and their website was really attractive and informative. We jumped in with a free trial and have continued as a customer since.

Pros

As the administrator reviewing and submitting payroll. This is my preferred application. It is easy to see daily summaries and make modifications as needed. I also like how employees can submit requested changes to their time if they failed to properly keep time.

Cons

Our enterprise is in Construction and we are beginning to need a program that captures a little more data about the equipment we use.

Pros

simple and user friendly. most of my employees are much older and not too tech savvy, but i’ve had positive feedback from them.

Cons

nothing comes to mind. so far i have no complaints.

So far so good but it's only been a few weeks. Still working out the kinks. Employees seem to like it and are slowly getting used to the new way of tracking hours worked.

Pros

It's very straight forward and easy to use. I am on the admin side but even with my employees who have to enter their time on a timecard, it's very straight forward and user friendly.

Cons

The only thing I can really think of is the way the time is displayed, it's different than how I would typically enter time on timecards in QuickBooks.

Connecteam has provided us with a simple streamlined timekeeping system to manage our 3rd party custodial staff.

Pros

Connecteam provides us with a basic timekeeping system to that allowed us to eliminate papertime sheets for our 3rd party custodial staff allowing us to ensure staff is clocking into their building. We enabled geo fences to assist with monitoring that the worker is present at their assigned location.

Cons

It’s frustrating that many of the features require premiums to use what I would considered basic features of the system.

It's overall very easy to use and very interactive. Can also be customized to enable more time in and out options, like geolocation.

Pros

Interactive timesheet that can easily be tracked and data-collected for invoicing purposes. It can also be used to manage your team's time in and time out geolocation to ensure integrity.

Cons

Inability to make group or office calls within the app. As interactive as it can be, it would have been a great addition to make calls for conference or general meetings.

Pros

I liked it's time tracking accuracy the most.

Cons

The only bad thing that goes a bit confusing for labor workers is that while checking their timeclocks they don't see the hours that goes after 12 midnight. I see that those hours are counted for the next day as a finance officer it is easy for me but hard for labor employees. And one more thing when a employee adds paid break to his hours timeclock does not count that in total hours. We should review this once.

Very good and growing on me. Timesheets exportable Job scheduling Logging out employees who failed..

Pros

Tracking timesheets and the Gps coordinates are a cherry on top. Team members cannot just login whilst not at the venue to cheat the system

Cons

Leave rules tricky to manage. Tasks management can also be improved. Should have task under event.

It has been very positive. It has helped get out team into a more modern era in terms of operational management and efficiencies.

Pros

The product is well put together. It covers a lot of areas from an operational and HR perspective. The ease of use is good. It is a great program for smaller companies that don't have an operational system.

Cons

The program is limited stand alone program that is not quite a full blown operation software and not quite a full blown HR software. If adding anything to make the program more useful would be add a payroll feature to handle that processing to eliminate another service that we need.

Overall, project management seems to be easy to use, the overall user access is uncomplicated, customer support is on target, time tracking is nice, I have not run any bugs or issues on my end, this product seems to be good value for the money.

Pros

User Access seems to be excellent. The employees are able to log in and utilize the time clock as designed.

Cons

Ease of use has been of some issue with our department. The employees have some issues with attempting to find certain aspects to this application, such as job assignments, or switching between job duties.

The platform is very fluid, intuitive, and user-friendly. Navigating between modules is fast and seamless, which makes day-to-day team management much easier.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features could offer more customization, especially when it comes to permissions and notifications. Improved integration with external tools like Monday.com or Google Calendar would also be a great addition.

Pros

I like the modularity. The ability to connect so many different aspects of running the company in a single location and then share it across the organization. Geofencing is also amazing!

Cons

It is not intuitive and takes quite a bit to learn the system enough to be incredibly effective. If you can dedicate the time, however, it is certainly worth it.

I enjoyed how the customization is really detailed, once its set up, its honestly very easy to use, time tracking is made simple

Cons

connection to gusto issues, which seems like its being worked on. the view from the admin portal on the ap on the phone doesn't allow you to change shift times, you have to use the computer version

Overall, myself and my team seem to like using this. It seems relatively intuitive. I would recommend looking into this if your team requires one app that can do almost all you need.

Pros

We started using Connecteam in the fall as a way to have all conversations and relevant documents in one place. We had been using WhatsApp but could not have documents easily available. Now we can put crew training, manuals, work orders and other forms we use on a regular basis all in one place. It has been a pretty easy learning curve and the crew seems to like it.

Cons

There is not too much I don't like. Most of it is finding the time to learn how to use it property. I have not found how to delete a recurring reminder yet but overall not a bad app.

I use this from both an admin side as well as an employee side and it is very helpful. I feel like it runs smoothly and I don’t run into very many hiccups.

Pros

I like that I am able to communicate with my team smoothly and control all the shifts from inside the app.

Cons

I would like to be able to edit the forms from inside the app rather than always having to do it on the computer. Sometimes I also can’t find past updates.

Great for low learning curve but do not like that so many features are locked and constantly require upgrading to use them

Pros

Easy to learn and use, with tutorials accessible for just about everything on the site. The usability and simplicity is probably the best thing about it.

Cons

Limited functionality on some items without having to consistently pay extra for every feature. Wish there was just one subscription tier that was more economical and covered all the features.

Pros

The ability to combine and make the job more efficient, that I can combine tasks rotas time off and holidays in one app is excellent

Cons

The inability to put pictures directly on without saving them as photographs. It makes a job much longer and messier without that.

I feel that set up was fairly straight forward, and ultimately it does everything that we need it to do, however there are some features that could be more intuitive, and there need to be more individually customizable options.

Pros

Visually it is laid out well and I like how the exported timesheet excel reports are structured.

Cons

2 things: 1. I feel that administrator permissions need to be more customizable, there are some that should have access to certain things, and some who don't. Specifically forms and job codes. As I understand it, some of those features are all or nothing, when it comes to assigning permissions. 2. I feel employees should be able to access more on their timesheets. My colleagues need to have access to their notes for grant reporting purposes, which they can't access from the employee side. Right now, I have to download them from the admin side and email them individually to the employees that need them, which takes time away from my other responsibilities.

It’s just okay. There are many other similar products that offer all the functions for one cost. Having to pay for every function is a huge red flag.

Pros

Like the way the schedule looks. Like how you can have private chats with coworkers and multiple group chats with different topics.

Cons

Every function you need to effectively use the product is an added cost. Some functions like asking for time off is hard to find as an employee.

Overall, the app does exactly what I need it to do. I use it most to connect with people about scheduling, and the chat feature and job scheduling features both are wonderful.

Pros

The ability to have everything I need for work, all in one place. The recent update for requesting time off is the best thing to come to connect team in a long time.

Cons

As an admin, i wish there was a more streamlined way to schedule around employees availability specifically.

Overall, good experience. Just wish the mobile app worked better. If that gets fixed, my rating will definitely change to a 5-star rating.

Pros

Easy to keep track of all the submitted tickets by employees, and keep track of the schedule. I recommend it!

Cons

The fact that the mobile app is buggy and I have to work off the website on my iPad on the go. Wish I could just log onto my app and have the same interface as my PC.

Its beena really good experience overall. I enjoy the communication I can have with the team and the hour logs is helpful when doing payroll.

Pros

How easy it is to manage a decent sized team, it gives a really good view of where everybody is at in regards of their scheduling.

Cons

It does not let me know sometimes who rejected a shift on the website, but it lets me know in the app.
