The few times I have as to contact their support, they have always been very helpful and come to a solution quickly.

Pros

It is very user friendly and easy to learn and find what you need. Onboarding is simple for new employees and communication across the company thru the chat feature is very helpful.

Cons

Everytime a new enhancement comes out, it’s always an upgrade. I feel like for the amount of money you spend to get the highest level, it would only be financially beneficial for larger companies. But the tools available are needed for smaller companies as well.

Pros

1-Ease of use both via the phone app & also desktop. 2-Ease of training for new hire personnel to use.

Cons

1-Often times the site locks up/lags. 2-When creating a new job & assigning an employee to the job often times the employee cannot access the secondary forms in Connect Team

Overall it has been good - customer service has been generally quick and very responsive and customized.

Pros

One stop shop, secured platform for most things a company needs - eliminating the need for multiple apps and platforms to manage employees. It's also generally pretty user friendly - our company hires people who experiences employment barriers, so useability is critical.

Cons

Some very essential items in forms is only available to more premium plans. Inability to separate forms into folders. Employees forget to clock out a lot of times and I haven't figured out the exact mechanism to prevent that using .

Our team has had a pretty good experience with . We've hit a few snags, such as when some people get lost on the app, but we usually have someone to help them.

Pros

I like that everything is easy to access once you learn the app and the webpage.

Cons

Some of the things are hidden behind a paywall, and then you get the more expensive plan, which doesn't do what the demos made it out to do.

Overall, I found to be very useful in our work environment. Its easy to chat with all the employees in group chats, or reach out to one individually. And again, I really like how the schedule is set up. Its really easy to use and read.

Pros

I like the efficiency of being able to contact all the employees in one place, and have multiple group chats. I also love the way the schedule is, its so easy to read and schedule employees to work.

Cons

The phone app part can be a little tricker to navigate. Learning the app takes a little longer than I think it could be on the app.

I have tried several time clock programs ranging from very high end to free programs and this is by the far the best and most useful for our company which is in construction.

Pros

The price is great. This program has really thought of everything. Very customizable. It is very easy for our employees to use.

Cons

There are a lot of options, so it is a little tough to configure. I am certain that I do not know of all of the capabilities. I should have done the free orientation.

Pros

It saves me immense amounts of time. Everything is in one place and continually improves with updates.

Cons

I wish some of the features in the more expensive options were available without having to pay more. We are a small non-profit and don't have extra money to spend.

Overall is very good and were here for the long run, but we would like to be able to use more of the features available in our purchased package. This will need more training and time to develop within my organisation.

Pros

The ease of being able to connect to all of my employees and give them instant updates on our events. The Clock in and holiday request system is brilliant and has saved us so much time allowing to work on the business.

Cons

Still find the navigation tricky sometimes and there is so much functionality that we pay for that is not being used because we just don't have extra time to get our heads into. Some live webinars or one to one training would be helpful.

I've used it with 2 organisations and would use it again, mainly for event management and staffing coordination

Pros

I really like the ease of which to create connections with the team globally, I like the scheduling features and chat features, so that the project stays on 1 platform.

Cons

I have struggled with building a schedule or seeing schedules in the past, that may be a user thing but when I would copy a shift that had 4 people I expected it to copy the people I had copied from. I also find some of the notifications a little excessive, I would like more control over them and the ability to group or delay certain categories

Everything for a business's personnel management, all in one place! Scheduling, benefits, communication and payroll! App is laggy on android. Uploading pictures sometimes exits the app unnecessarily, and often when clicking on a notification it loads the last conversation viewed, not the notification in question.

I really enjoy it and how organized I can stay. Before , I was manually tracking everything in excel. I love that I could set the system up in such a way to utilize appropriately for many different aspects of our business.

Pros

I really like how everything can be organized. I really like how we can do everything in one place.

Cons

I wish i could run some sort of report for all courses and forms to find out what is done and what needs done in one view. Right now, I have to click on them all individually and it takes a lot of time.

Much better system than what we were using to schedule people. Changed our operations for the better!

Pros

Easy for our crew to see their schedules in the app, easy for multiple admin users to change or add shifts.

Cons

A small number of features in upgraded tiers that would be nice to have, but several features also in those tiers that we wouldn't need to utilize, so on the fence if it's worth the extra money but not use everything we're paying for.

I thoroughly enjoy . Overall, it makes communication with our staff seamless and cuts down the time for our workflow.

Pros

I like the ability to have breadcrumbs turned on for my employees who are clocked in. We cover a large area during our events and it makes it more efficient for us to see exactly where they are.

Cons

Although I enjoy have separate time clocks and job schedules for each location, it would be beneficial to see a master schedule option with all locations to get a better understanding of all the events taking place at once.

Overall it is positive. We utilize many functions on the system and any time I have needed assistance, everyone has been extremely helpful. The amount of functions is also great and they are adding more all the time.

Pros

We use the scheduling, time clock, and chat features extensively in our business. I like the fact I can use my phone to make admin changes so I can do so when I am not in the office to fix issues.

Cons

Notifications are not consistent and so I will miss messages as they don't make the notification noise or show a symbol for a new message. I also hate the fact that sometimes the words you are typing are very delayed in the chat features. It does not seem to be related to my internet speed so maybe it is just heavy use of the system? It is one of my biggest pet peeves as I am a fast typer and do not like delays.

The thing I liked least about is that it can be slow sometimes and not all notifications come on time, which makes communication a bit harder. It also takes time to learn all the features.

A pleasant surprise. During our evaluation process (and we tested a lot of systems), checked most, but not all, of our boxes. From experience, I expected some unforeseen hurdles or missing features within the first few months—this tends to happen with off-the-shelf software. However, Connecteam defied those expectations and delivered more than anticipated.

Pros

is the software that keeps on giving. I’m constantly discovering new ways to integrate it into our business operations. The support team is also a standout feature—always available via chat and ready to assist with any query.

Cons

Honestly, not much to complain about. The only thing I’d love to see is billing in our local currency to avoid high bank fees, especially with a team of over 130 workers.

It’s been great. Super easy to get guidance when questions arrive through the immediate support system via chat. Also plenty of classes offered and great communication about new tools etc through email updates.

Pros

Simple for employees to find and clock into the appropriate job and easily switch jobs throughout the day. Breadcrumbs help to follow activity. Easily communicate through the chat and get notified when there is an issue regarding someone’s time.

Cons

Wish the app could allow you automatically be clocked into a job once in the parameters set but also clock you out when you leave for another job but somehow track the time in between leaving one job and automatically being clocked into the next.

It is amazing. It is a toll that evolving and updating with time. The current tool and features, it works really well. There is definitely room for improvement and team works on it and delivers new tools, features, and options.

Pros

The tools that it provided to the businesses such as forms, courses, updates, tasks and much more. All these tools comes in very handy while posting policies, welcoming new hires and more.

Cons

Time Clock and Job scheduling. I think both tools should work hand in hand. Plus there is still a ton of options that can be added to both tools.

It's the best one we have tried and we have gone through about 4 time clock apps in the last couple years.

Pros

The ease of talking to my entire team in seconds with the group chat feature. I also love the GPS function to check on my drivers.

Cons

I don't like that I can't see everyone on my team (unless they are punched) in on my phone. I also do not like the constant reminders via the messaging app to do things we are not planning on doing (i.e.: the "connect to ADP" test)

Yeah, overall, I've caught now a couple of people who were cheating on the clock, and that GPS feature allowed me to figure out who was not being honest with me.

Pros

This product has the features that I like and has superb customer support. It's a real game changer for keeping track of my employees.

Cons

Learning the software can be a bit of a challenge, and it's not very intuitive, but I'm getting better at it.

It's really good- I really like the product and the software and I'd recommend anyone to use it. Keeps us organised and the features are amazing.

Pros

The fact this app organises my small business and it doesn't cost anything! Really love the product and find it works really well for my business.

Cons

Nothing - I think it's great. The interface and apps are great - really is a fantastic product. Only slight downside is the fact you have to wait to unlock some features (staff rewards etc)
