10/10 If i were to go to another company i would ask for connecteam to be apart of our time clock access!

Pros

the simplicity yet efficient ways it helps monitor my payroll. Being able to see how much each week we use in payroll to make sure im under my bi weekly percentage to make profit.

Cons

nothing, yall are amazing. Any time i need help they are quick with responses and helpful guides to show me on how to get what i need.

I have no complaints, but I feel I only used a small portion of what connect team is capable of. For that I kept the stars pretty high

Pros

We used the connect team app to set up a cleaning task list for the employees at the gym that the manager could review. It worked amazing.

Cons

There honestly was not a lot that I did not like about it. However, we did move away from connect team as we had found a feature in the current scheduling app we use that worked just as well

Pros

I like how user friendly it is and how it saves me so much time communicatinh with staff, as the information is all available for them

Cons

I do sometimes struggle to find features I'm looking for but the help bot helps. Sometimes the client details don't show up how I'd like

Excellent. Tremendous support. Forward thinking by constantly developing new features.

Pros

Connecteam is an outstanding product. We have been using it since 2019 with about 100 employees. We mainly use it for Time Clock/Time Off, checklists and forms, communicating mass information. Our employees find it's interface appealing and very easy to use. It has converted many manual processes to automatic, which has saved tremendous time and helped us standardize and steamline some of our core processes.

Cons

The API integration is needed for our payroll provider, but it is cost prohibitive at this time.

We've been a connecteam customer since 2022. We've tried many different platforms and connecteam is the one that works for us.

Pros

Connecteam is easy to use and very intuitive. It has a lot of capabilities to accommodate all company sizes.

Cons

So many of the capabilities are locked behind a paywall, some of which I believe should be part of the basic plan.

Pros

the overall organization of the website and app, the chat experiences & how you can create many diff chat feeds with diff staff and also being able to post updates.

Cons

staff can mute notifications for updates so it makes it difficult to see if they are actually reading the new update. it will tell me at 9am to don’t forget to clock in when i’m not working

Pros

As a small business with very irregularities shifts for a casual workforce, the app is invaluable, and the facility to swap shifts is a particular high point

Cons

Nothing, we are very happy with the app, and with the range of features that it provides for us as a business

It’s great! Easy to use. My crew loves it to and appreciates the easy features to use. Very helpful team as well!

Pros

I like that I have an easy way to schedule my small crew for free! Most places are very expensive and we have such a small crew that this is perfect for them!

Cons

I wish there were more mobile features as this what all my crew uses and me most of the time. I just wish there was a few more options!

We started off as a small business that relied on text messaging every single employee to get their schedule. We then switched to connecteam in hopes that we could streamline our scheduling through one singular app. With connecteam, we're able to do that pretty easily.

Pros

What i like most about connecteam is the interface and support. It is a very user friendly app, and at the rare moments when you have trouble, support helps immediately.

Cons

I wouldnt say dislike, but i wish there was a way for the app to text reminders to employees to remind them about their shifts. At present time, you can only set up a notification reminder, and if an employee has those off, they will not get the reminder.

The program is versatile enough that you can tailor your companies needs well. The program is also easy and intuitive enough that you need little guidance and your staff can easily use it.

Cons

There are limitations to the capabilities Connecteam can provide that can create blockages to what you specifically need to run your company the way you want.

We went from paper time cards to connect team and it was the best transition of my career for payroll purposes. The language options were create for our diversity among employees.

Pros

Ease of correcting errors, the available filtering options, quick reports for payroll and the in app messaging functions.

Cons

I never quite grasped the location tracking element but with some training I’m sure I would better understand

Just superb. I have been using and implementing Connecteam for a decade, in organizations as small as 8 employees, and as large as 400 in Hospitality - and cant recommend them enough!

Pros

Connecteam product is top notch, very intuitive. Tech support is first class And the continous product improvments are inspiring.

Cons

New pricing is a bit tricky, and could be more forgiving. However, the free option is good at small scale

Indispensable tool for the team. So nice to have one place to manage everything team-related and not require our employees to have multiple apps.

Pros

It’s a complete hub for managing our team. It does it all, from communications to scheduling, from timekeeping to form submissions and task assignment and tracking.

Cons

Sometimes there are delays in receiving chat messages. I find that if I refresh my chat screen every day, the problem is mitigated.

My overall experience has been very positive. The platform makes it simple to manage tasks and especially to track time with the clock in and out feature. It helps keep the team organized and ensures transparency. The user-friendly design makes the workflow smoother and more reliable.

Pros

I really liked how intuitive and easy to use Connecteam is. The interface is clear, the menus are well organized, and it doesn’t take much training to get started. This makes daily tasks faster and more efficient, saving time and reducing confusion for the whole team.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t found any major downsides yet. I am still exploring all the features, and so far everything has worked smoothly. Perhaps once I use more advanced tools I might notice areas for improvement, but at this stage I don’t have any significant complaints.

Overall it’s good. The live chat is handy as they can help right away. We can also chat either as a team or individually with employees.

Pros

I can have everything at my fingertips. I can have all employees in one spot. There is also GPS tracking as to where you clock in and out.

Cons

Everything is an extra cost. Employees like their numbers to be kept private and in order to do that we have to upgrade again.

It is accessible, easy to navigate, the time tracking is easy for payroll duty. Maybe a bit of a hazzle with the forms (ex: nofitications when someone submit a form)

Pros

It’s very accessible for small businesses as well as being able to have the reject or accept the shift option for employees

Cons

With that being said, the accept and reject shift options should have a time limit where an employee cant reject a shift last minute after accepting.

Amazing! The tutorials are great and if I ever need extra support from costumer service they are super easy to get in contact with.

Pros

Great costumer service and very user friendly. If I ever have a question of how i would like to implement something specific for out company they are always willing to assist.

Cons

No cons as of now. I searched and found this company at the beginning of the year when we reformed our company and have loved it since.

I’ve found that many essential features are often treated as add-on costs. In many cases, I don’t realize I need certain tools until the need arises. For instance, I may not need features like celebrations, but I do require basic tools from each category to effectively support my operations.

Connecteam has allowed us to streamline our business, we call it the Hub of our company .All of our onboarding, team communications, and celebrations have been moved to Connecteam.

It would be nice to have an option for non time clock users to advise team members that the person they are messaging is not working at that specific time.

Since we strated using connectteam we have no scgeduling errors and it makes scheduling our team a breeze. It really is noce to something that helps in all areas of the business.

Pros

I love how everything is one place. Scheduling, communication and just everything. It is super easy to use.

Cons

On some items there is no undo option. So if you make a mistake it can take awhile to correct depending what it is.

Love it! It’s streamlined my Sales Teams operations making my Administrative duties much easier allowing me to divert my attention on other aspects of improving our business.

Pros

I really like the interface and operating system in Connecteam. I am able to keep my teams schedule, shift results and time card all in one place which has made my life much easier.

Cons

I don’t like that we cannot have multiple people edit a form without submitting. I really think this should be looked at and improved.

I primarily use it for scheduling and messaging. For messaging, it's very convenient, though notifications often don't come through. For scheduling, its very helpful but can be finicky.

Pros

Connecteam is user-friendly and combines multiple valuable functions into one convenient hub. I appreciate the accessibility.

Cons

It can be hard to navigate. I don't know what all the icons mean and it's not easy to find out. Everything is hidden behind several clicks and there are many functions that should be intuitive that are not available.
