Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about connecteam or anything that needs improvement. The software is great!

The ability to communicate with coworkers easily in one place, be it one on one or in by creating groups.

Cons

There is constantly a red dot on my admin section of the phone app and cannot get it to go away

Quite good. There have been issues that were slowly fixed and some improvements that were done that I had not even thought of.

Pros

Ease of use. It is not at all difficult to build our guard's schedules quite quickly.

Cons

Some appearance issues in the Dropdown section of the Forms.

Absolutely 10/10 experience so far. Sometimes the'res a random bug that keeps the time allocation stuck on my screen which is frustrating - or that the job does not actually move across which can be annoying.

Pros

Absolutely love connecteam scheduler, job chats, timesheets, ability to easily create your own forms, sections etc. Really fabulous stuff. Highly recommended.

Cons

The thing I least like is the automation abilities. There isn't too much compatibility with Make.com

I’ve been searching for something like this for years, and to find - for free?! It’s a game changer!

Pros

My favourite feature is the time clock, going from paper to Connecteam has really improved every part of the process down to our admin team.

Cons

I need to be able to assign tasks to projects. This doesn’t seem to be available. We also desperately need a quick task (2 line item task input)

Chat feature with Connecteam help is great and response time is good.

Pros

I like how easy it is to view the schedule by teams! I love posting things on the News Feed and I love the group chat options. The Library and Courses are amazing, super easy to set up, and for employees to use. They are probably my favorite part.

Cons

You need an "undo" button for the schedule builder! The time clock likes to freeze up making our times wrong and need to be fixed, and it sometimes "forgets" that we have clocked in/out, and we don't know until we go to clock in/out again.

Ok, could be better. Holidays annoy me that it i cant add Holidays for rhe following year as it takes them off the current year

Pros

Forms are good. Clocking in and out works well

Cons

That it doesnt have an option to tracj projects. Doesnt connect well to xero payroll. So cant use it

I would say this overall my expirence with connecteam is positive however we still need to tweak this from our side to get this where it needs to be to support our organisation

Pros

I like the multi function usages such as Hr and operations being put in together. I think the time tracking and task managment feature also is a good function for my organisaiton. Also i find this has supported our management of employees in regards to time theft. I also find the support recevied from connect team very helpful.

Cons

I dont like that on the documents feature you are not able to see pending documents on the overview dashboard as you would other functions with this it does not notify us when a document is about to expire making this time consuming to go into the fuction and makes important documents have already expired or short notice.

Good. I have had to review every capability to fit into my budget as price plan double from middle plan to top

Pros

It is flexible and easy to use for admins and users

Cons

Price range within plans (double the price from middle plan to top). Unable to download pictures uploaded in the shift attachment from a single place, but instead, I need to open every shift for every employee in the time clock to view and download

Over all it has been great! We are able to process payroll faster and stay on top of expenses. The scheduling is Breeze and our employees are able to find coverage faster using the swap.

Pros

I am able to make changes live and chat everyone. I like being able to make different smart groups. I like that scheduling is easier now.

Cons

Sometimes the features lag but it’s will get fixed! I do wish we could place lock the previous week schedule for billing purposes

We are happy with our decisions in using the free trial and then purchasing the "for fee" platform. As said previously, we believe the use of the software has improved our office efficiency.

Pros

Set up and use of the timekeeping system was very easy. We also like the messaging capability. It has significantly improved our office efficiency.

Cons

The pricing structure was confusing. It took us a while to figure out and pay for the elements of Connecteam that we wanted to use. We started with the free trial and had a few bumps moving to the final product.

The overall experience with connect team has been great. It was easy to onboard and we were up and started in a very short amount of time.

Pros

Connect team is a great all in one system that allows us to schedule and connect with our team. As it is an all in one system it allows us to save time on using multiple systems. The app is easy to use and the team loves it.

Cons

With a smaller team you can start with all features, it did become a little more costly when our team grew.

This is such a great way to connect with the whole team. also, when you don't have someone's number you can reach them on here. I feel this is great overall.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use, especially for those not to text savvy. It has been a great way for over 200 people to connect at one time. A way to get to everyone at once.

Cons

I have no complaints. I have not had any problems or concerns with connecteam. I haven't heard any as well.

Connecteams has streamlined how I roster. My team love how simple it is to adjust availability and I love being able to make roster changes easily on the app and the computer. I started with the free version for small business and as my business grew I didn't hesitate paying for it.

Pros

I love how simple it is to our roster team. It also has made payroll and controlling wage costs easier with the integration with xero.

Cons

The only drawback is that you can't have different age related pay rates for different team members integrate with xero. Maybe this could be an update for the future.

Going from Workplace, this was a smooth transfer. We have 50+ users, many of them 50+ in age, worked fine!

Pros

All in one app, easy in use Inviting design. The Updates function where I can choose to require Read confirmation.

Cons

I cannot start a chat with 2 or more people without creating new groups. the desktop chat version is lagging a lot, needing you to delete cookies often.

Customer support has been great and the system has upped our game. Our experience has been really good although wish it was more customizable to our company needs.

Pros

Value and versatility, user friendly and the options to enhance our business has given more opportunities for growth

Cons

Some features aren’t user friendly for our business, more formulated towards business with regular schedules and one pay type making it difficult to transition pay rates to QuickBooks.

easy to use. Staff can navigate the clock easily. The clocks have not lost power or connection (which is what my last clock did). The cost is very doable as well.

Pros

Being able to export straight to payroll is great. The support team has been good to work with as well.

Cons

I don't like the way the overnight shifts hours display on the site, personally. I would like to be able to sort the names by last name alphabetically.

It is a great app and it’s very easy to use! But I must say it’s very expensive if you want to use all the products

Pros

It is easy to use for planning my flight attendants. And it looks all very nice and organized. We keep using it.

Cons

That after several failure reports it still doesn’t work. In forms you can use a lot of different options and that is great. One of them is amount and there it all goes wrong because when you place a comma in it like we used to do in Europe instead of a dot like in the USA your form is not working. I think I reported this two years ago and later another two times but no response yet.

I don't really have anything I dislike. There was something we were trying to do a couple of weeks ago and it wasn't an option but now I can't remember what that was. LOL

Our character company has gone through several scheduling apps and this has been the best one for not just me, but the entire team!

Pros

It allows me to easily confirm and claim shifts within our company. Each birthday party shift is volunteer based, so this allows everyone to see what roles are still available and for when.

Cons

I wish I could see which team members react to chat comments with each emoji. This would help me to see who is interested!

It's been ok at the best. We need better communication and we need to be able to communicate straight to our reps.

Pros

The convince ,the Rep was gracious and a great sales lady. She made sure to get up accommodation. .

Cons

No communication,the app stay messing up . No one is there there to talk to you. The app is continuingly messing up

That it allows us to simplify our tech stack

Cons

I wish in the forms options it allowed for QR code scanning as a task, so it can be done live and is more efficient that taking a picture for certain tasks. I also think the task management is a bit clunky. I like more of a layout like Trello or Monday.com

This is such a great tool to have, not only for clocking in and out, but as a messenger for events and updates

Pros

Love how easy it is to post events/updates for entire team at once! Great to text the employees, you can even 'group' employees together for different updates. I manage a dental office so its nice to just chat with the front office and not have to involve the others.

Cons

I wish you could look back at archived employees with out having to re-activate them. To do this, it would send the non-employee a text about being reactivated.
