I love having all of our apps in one place. It's been so nice having all the applications like forms and quizzes and training

Cons

I don't love that it shows everyone my schedule before I've published it

My construction company uses connecteam in a way that it wasn't originally intended to schedule, track job costs...and for something that wasn't planned to be used in this function, it works remarkably well. As bookkeeper I appreciate that it connects to QBO and the interface is easy to understand, use and teach my guys.

Pros

I like how available the company is when there are questions! I love how easy it is to track time, movement and job. The scheduling function is AWESOME - this alone makes it my favorite time tracker for our business.

Cons

Search functions by job are still not ideal for our use. I'd like to be able to enter a date range, an employee name, and then find a complete list of individual clock ins without having to download to Excel. But, again, as an app not designed exclusively for contractors, it works great!

Pros

The ease of access is great and the ability to use multiple tools all in one place is spectacular. Customer support is always clutch, quick and reliable.

Cons

Certain notifications can become overwhelming, especially with daily tasks there seems like there could be more improvements to scheduling quick tasks

Pros

Connecteam makes it so easy to manage employees time and to know where and what task they are doing. I also I love being able to automatically enroll employees into our holiday scheduling and knowing that it will automatically go into their timecard. It's super reliable and easy to navigate. A great purchase for the company! Also all customer service reps have been super helpful and more than timely when I've need assistance on something.

Cons

I currently have no cons in regard to using connecteams. Everything is going as it should be when using connecteam.

### "Can't fault Communication "

Staff are helpful. We had a rocky onboard to start with but this was quickly sorted. The chat is very useful.

Pros

Ease Of Use. Good help and advice from staff. Time tracking works well, The value for money is ok compared to others we looked at.

Cons

Our staff struggle to sign in when they don't have WIFI. So this can be an issue. We had a couple of employees not getting notifications but that has been rectified now.

The overall experience has been great so far. I really like the app but the mobile version really needs to be worked on.

Pros

The clock is precise and helps a lot to jeep an eye on the hours a person works in a specific time period. Job scheduling helps a lot to take a look on the staff scheduled for the shift which makes it easy to run the shift smoothly.

Cons

The mobile connect team is becoming very laggy and slow may be it is because of of more members in the team or more data stored in it.

Great, would recommend!! Never had an issue it was easy to set up and my employees found it very simple and easy to use.

Pros

The ease of use and pricing is amazing. It helped me when I first started my business and had very limited money.

That it would not link to my payroll system that would have been a great added bonus and time saver.

Very useful and easily accessible. I use it everyday for work and I barely have any issues with the app.

Pros

The thing that I like the most of Connecteam is that it’s very accurate with the location. It’s very simple to use and good GPS system.

Cons

The least is that when the connection is not strong it would take awhile to load and to be able to clock in.

Connecteam is a great platform for running my cleaning business. It works great with the team with the information they need to perform their jobs.

Pros

Having used Connecteam for over 3 years now it really is such a good platform and does everything we want it to do for my business. The scheduling is fab

Cons

I don’t really have any cons to list, occasionally the app will freeze and staff can’t use it but it is usually sorted quite quickly

We are very happy with our overall experience from the very start, we liked that the moment we submit our inquiry a rep sales reach out schedule a meeting to go over on the pros ands cons for our company to use this app. I like that were honest and no to push too hard to purchase their product.

Pros

The easiness of the app, a lot of our employees are not use to handle app on their phone but they find the app very easy to use, they describe it as user friendly.

Cons

Maybe all the dump information you need to go through while trying to get familiar with the app, all the information can be very useful once you have everything figure out, but meanwhile it can get overwhelming sometimes.

Overall, Connecteam has been an important part of our business for about the last 3 years, and will continue to be used daily by our employees for years to come.

Pros

Connecteam allows me to effectively communicate with my whole team, publish schedules, and keep track of time worked at locations all around our city. We also have employees who my perform different jobs at different times. Connecteam allows me to track this efficiently.

Cons

We have had a small handful of technical issues over the years, but the Connecteam support team has always handled them quickly, with great responsiveness.

I think it will be good once we get settled in. Right now it doesn't feel too much better than an old software but hoping we can get used to it soon

Pros

Everything is in one place - chats, scheduling, and rewards! we now only have one app to open instead of three!

Cons

It's clunky and can feel overwhelming to learn. Can we get rid of the video pop ups when we enter a new section of the app?? Also can the web browser update automatically. It has caused massive frustration with my team.

Overall, it has been great! We also love that we can send a message to the Connecteam team whenever we had questions, they are usually very helpful.

Pros

Connecteam is pretty easy to use and has we love that they are constantly adding features. We like that it's 1 place for operations/HR/etc.

Cons

I can't really think of anything specific, maybe the fact that the breadcrumb feature often has errors (but I think this also has to do with users cell phone signal etc.).

I have had a very positive experience with Connecteam. We have 9 different locations so it’s been really nice to access all my employees, group chats, and managers in one spot.

Pros

I like that everything is in one spot. I’m able to access my teammates, hours, and timesheets without any hassle. It’s super easy to find everything I need and to manage my team overall.

Cons

I don’t really have many complaints! I have been super satisfied with everything so far and haven’t found anything that sticks out that I “don’t like”.

The tutorials are a huge help in getting the wide range of settings customized to fit my needs. The onboarding staff were very helpful in answering questions and looking for solutions if I had a "new" request to consider.

Pros

It enabled us to merge 3 different app subscriptions into just 1 app!

Cons

There are so many options on how to customize it to fit your business, it can be a bit daunting, but that is a good problem to have, in my opinion.

Pros

Connecteam is a fantastic solution for the price for scheduling across my team. We've had great experiences with the scheduling solution and updates, and have had great experiences working with support.

Cons

My cons are pretty light - I would love more extensive reporting options on schedules and updates, and sometimes the UI can be a tad clunky for some of the specific tasks we use Connecteam for, but overall our experience has been positive.

I like how this app helps me organize my time and schedule, and it also makes it easy to keep track of my jobs.

Cons

The thing I liked least about Connecteam is that it can be slow sometimes and not all notifications come on time, which makes communication a bit harder. It also takes time to learn all the features.

Connecteam has been great! It gives us the ability to keep all of our team chats in one place as well as events and schedules so we can easily see what's going on throughout the week.

Pros

The ability to have team communications and events all in one place. We also really like having the job scheduling so we can easily see what our team is working on throughout the week.

I can't really think of anything I don't like. We don't use all of the features but they may come in handy as we expand out team.

Not too bad.but some times when I’m trying to clock in the app doesn’t recognize my location so I can’t clock in.

Pros

The convenience of the app.like being able to clock in or out from your phone after your shift or see the timesheets.

Cons

It freezing when I least need it too.some times I try to except shifts and they will look like I didn’t.

Connect Team has saved me hours in work and make my booking process easier for clients. Our team has a stream line system for pulling stock, deliveries and late night pick ups all thanks for the multi options on Connect team.

Pros

I love how the inventory is intergraded with our Website. Clients can visit the website and create their own custom quote, saving me hours of admin time!

Cons

No enough customizable options. Ever rental company is a bit different in what they carry. I would love to have a drop down category for holidays and seasons. We carry a large assortment of Christmas decor and there isn't a great option for that.

Reason for choosing Connecteam

A friend strongly suggested connect team. It had all the features i needed. Colin gave a great onboarsing meeting and it locked us in! Great customer service. Knowing i could reach someone when in need.
