Staying connected to my team, and their schedule. Seeing each individual staff member's daily task is significant to plan each of our days.

Pros

Easy to use, and easy to read. I like that I can organize and format each task individually for each employee.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like. All of our staff here love to use Connecteam, consistently. Will be a user for life.

Not too bad.but some times when I’m trying to clock in the app doesn’t recognize my location so I can’t clock in.

Pros

The convenience of the app.like being able to clock in or out from your phone after your shift or see the timesheets.

Cons

It freezing when I least need it too.some times I try to except shifts and they will look like I didn’t.

Pros

the overall organization of the website and app, the chat experiences & how you can create many diff chat feeds with diff staff and also being able to post updates.

Cons

staff can mute notifications for updates so it makes it difficult to see if they are actually reading the new update. it will tell me at 9am to don’t forget to clock in when i’m not working

Almost two years with Connecteam, it's been good overall, just a few (simple) additions (without buying up) would make it superb

Pros

Ease of use for employees in app, geofencing, use of jobs, ability for employees to correct their own time, time off module

Cons

having to "buy up" on most modules to get functionality needed, not being able to add an unpaid lunch break and have Connecteam recalculate the hours automatically, would live to have a terminated date

At the beginning I had reached out to them for help and they were very helpful and attentive. very friendly.

Pros

It is very easy to use. I am still using the free version at the moment until we expand and it is perfect for what we need. I have only used the time tracking with the GPS which is prime.

Cons

It took me a second to figure out my way around but not hard to deal with at all. I haven't had an issue since.

The other product was a lot of time and information to set up each employee. It is hard to get the guys to do additional stuff let alone log in to a computer and do it themselves.

I have had a very positive experience with Connecteam. We have 9 different locations so it’s been really nice to access all my employees, group chats, and managers in one spot.

Pros

I like that everything is in one spot. I’m able to access my teammates, hours, and timesheets without any hassle. It’s super easy to find everything I need and to manage my team overall.

Cons

I don’t really have many complaints! I have been super satisfied with everything so far and haven’t found anything that sticks out that I “don’t like”.

I would like to be able to save a monthly calendar that shows all the dates, employees for each day of the month at one time. And I would like to be able to select a specific day on the app well into the future and not have to scroll through each week on the app. Very frustrating and time consuming!

Pros

Request for time off forms, ease of communication with employees. Having access on my mobile device to verify the schedule anywhere at anytime.

Cons

Not being able to view a month at a time on the app to verify the amount of employees scheduled each day, week ,month.

I use ConnectTeam daily and it’s works well with what I need it for. I enjoy being able to use the chat feature to connect with other employees.

Pros

I like the chat feature and the schedule feature on this app. I like that it’s fairly easy and colorful.

Cons

I wish the assets tab was on the main home page somewhere, it would make it easier when training new employees.

For me personally I really enjoy it and its super helpful. I have also cut down on using 5 different programs for something connecteam can do in just 1

Pros

I really like the tasks function, with my adhd I rely on checklists, reminders, tasks and all of these so this is my whole day set up perfectly. I don't pay the bills but very much value for money compared to our old systems.

Cons

I dont like the fact you have to login with a mobile number first as at our workplace its frowned upon to have your phones out at work but we require the staff to be logged into connecteam

Amazing! The tutorials are great and if I ever need extra support from costumer service they are super easy to get in contact with.

Pros

Great costumer service and very user friendly. If I ever have a question of how i would like to implement something specific for out company they are always willing to assist.

Cons

No cons as of now. I searched and found this company at the beginning of the year when we reformed our company and have loved it since.

I've loved Connecteam. I'm not sure we've ever had to reach out to their support team, because the product just works and makes sense. In the multiple years of using, I think it has glitched maybe twice, definitely not recently. Highly recommend!

Pros

I love how intuitive the program is. Onboarding for a virtual company is very difficult, because you're trying to explain numerous systems from afar, but the one thing we've never had to troubleshoot for someone is Connecteam. They log in, and it's all very simple. It's also very reasonably priced - very worth what we pay.

Cons

My organization doesn't need all the features of Connecteam just based on the nature of our company, so I do wish we had the option to hide certain features to streamline and prevent confusion, but it's not a big deal.

I’ve tried a few different apps for our employees, but I have to say that Connecteam by far is the best one.

Pros

The system has specific selections to fit individual circumstances. There’s so many forms to choose from and they can be modified as well.

Cons

Nothing really, but if I have to choose something, I would say certain questions have to be answered or the system won’t allow you to submit the form. But even with that you can choose to take off the “asterisk” for any of the questions.

10/10 If i were to go to another company i would ask for connecteam to be apart of our time clock access!

Pros

the simplicity yet efficient ways it helps monitor my payroll. Being able to see how much each week we use in payroll to make sure im under my bi weekly percentage to make profit.

Cons

nothing, yall are amazing. Any time i need help they are quick with responses and helpful guides to show me on how to get what i need.

It's been smooth and simple to transition our staff to. We are liking the app version of time sheets.

Pros

Easy to use. Great support available for questions and can easily get connected with a human when needed.

Cons

We have had a few glitches with time sheets, but they have been resolved. No other complaints yet!!!

brilliant, even though we're in England, i've never had to wait for longer than a few minutes for a response

Pros

The app is user friendly, after trying multiple different apps, this has been the best by far. The desktop is really visually appealing and easy to colour code for quick glance scheduling

Cons

There are so many new updates coming all the time that i cant keep up with them. this isn't a bad thing necessarily, but every time I think i've got my head around a new feature, there is more and i haven't been able to catch up yet

I love connectteam and brag about it to people in the same field who are not currently using it. I think its a great tool to use in any buisness, especially mine which is early childhood education.

Pros

The ability to integrate our employee on boarding in the app by creating training videos for them to watch in the app.

Cons

When a staff member creates a group and we cannot change it since we are not admin.

Connecteam has been a valuable tool for easily adding employees to the team. New employees are able to quickly and easily underatand and use the app. It makes managing mutliple locations and departments much more manageable.

Pros

Connecteam provides an easy to use solution with a lot of options for connecting employees and tracking time.

Cons

When reviewing time for a specific period, it is easy to lose the defined time period. This is not a big problem, it just requires going back to define the period being reviewed and adds steps additional time to complete the task.

As an admin and user, I can say Connecteam makes life easier as you navigate from one function to another, cutting down on time thag would have been spent opening and closing the app.

Pros

The seemless ease of navigating. You can move from one function button to another and the time it takes to load up when trying to access the app is superfast except on very rare occasions.

Cons

Sometimes slow to load up but this is not often. Also as an Admin, there were times when the data of some of our users are not visible on the back end but tech support always came through for us.

It's very user friendly and has a nice visual to it. It's laid out in a way where it's easy to find what you need. It's been inclusive for schedules, announcements, etc.

Cons

The admin dashboard vs the user dashboard was confusing at first as far as what to do in each dashboard, but once I got more experience it became easier to use and understand.

Good experience, good support, good features. The set up process wasnt as tedious as i expected. My people have adapted well. I really like being able to keep everyone in the loop, and i have a better handle on where the hours are spent.

Pros

All features on phone or desktop. Simplified our time keeping and scheduling. Enjoy being able to have access to everyones times without having to be in the office.

Cons

Everything is an upgrade. The features are divided in such a way that you won' t get by with basic plans only. The feature are nice to have, but you will pay for them.

We enjoy using Connecteam because it’s so simple and easy to use. It’s nice to have the option to see where your employees are and keep an eye out for them.

Cons

I think you should have the ability to archive employees without having to delete them with any account.
