Cons

Overall, Connecteam works really well—I haven’t found major issues, just a few features I’d like to see expanded without the extra cost.

Pros

Clear and easy to use - easy to set folks up and for new staff to use it and make corrections to things as needed.

Cons

No real downsides to the product = helpful overall - we have not had anyone complain about the processes

Great! Quick, friendly and knowledgeable help when needed. Would recommend to other small businesses.

Pros

User friendly, fairly intuitive, makes communicating with staff much easier! Saves us a lot of time on timesheets and keeps all our safety and orientation documents and training easily accessible.

Cons

Would benefit from being able to schedule assigning courses or forms to users and a admin level planning calendar would also be helpful.

Great, easy & quick. Can be self taught in a short period of time. Staff members have also found it easy.

Pros

Easy posting and quick access to message board / chats. Just streamline service compared to other scheduling platforms.

Cons

The difference between desk top and phone app. The desktop version is much easier and clear, but the phone is certainly more accessible on the go.

Pros

Easy for both managers and team members to learn and use. Everything is streamlined and accessible. reduce paperwork.

Cons

Sometimes the location is not accurate. The lowest plan has limited features that I would like to use, but don't want to upgrade.

Pros

Connecteam has made managing employees so much easier! Working with hospice, we are always on the road. Connecteam helps us know who is closest to a patient in need.

Cons

It was overwhelming at first because of all the different features offered. I went through the tutorials and was good to go.

For us the most critical pain point is a missing allover export function into xml for example, to monitor in our BI solutions

Works really well for companies of any size and has various features that can be used, but are not required.

Cons

Load time to start up the app. Package to add certain features is VERY expensive in comparison to other apps we have used.

I am in charge of merchandise and shipments so when I need employees to be aware of a delivery or need them to price items, I can send a picture or message to them.

Pros

Our ability to reach any department quickly in case of an emergency at the park.

So far the management loves the ease of use...Our employees are becoming more adept also, and they can communicate between departments.

Very positive. It has brought unity to our business from rostering to knowledge base and the chat function keeps everything centralised which is key to how we scale.

Pros

The array of features encompassing rostering, chat functions, directory, quizzes, tagging, courses. Also the overall interface is easily legible, although I have some degree of hang ups about the "settings within settings" which I will leave in later.

Cons

Access control is difficult to read at a high level. Every feature has a setting within a setting, hidden on different pages. It feels very disjointed to have to fire a page open to find more settings. I should be able to adjust access at a glance. I feel I have to go into modules bvy modules to check. The chat is very slow and laggy. As we continue to use the chat function, we are finding that company wide it lags (takes a few seconds to catch up with what you have typed). It would be nice for the chat to have a channel function like Slack where you can add 30-40 people and have them all contribute. Your version only allows admins to speak which is so silly. Maybe this could be a setting but not the entire feature.

I am happy with the app. It is useful to manage my business, create and track shifts and time sheets. I am a little concerned that as the business grows I may have to begin paying for increased users.

Pros

Easy to use for first time manager, now starting out with a new business making it easy to schedule and track shifts,

Cons

Value for money, not that it is an issue but putting decent features behind a paywall such as increasing number of users can be inconvenient.

Pros

Ease of use and the layout, the ability to schedule my employees in groups so I can make scheduling for the month quick.

Cons

Having more options to customize how you use the platform. Being able to use geofencing per employee potentially would be nice

It’s effective but not a pleasure to use. There are minimal customization options, and it is not user friendly.

Pros

Scheduling viewing is easy. I am able to see if all employees viewed my message in chat. Photos are uploaded forever.

Cons

Chat reactions suck!!! There is no “dark mode” or color change options. There is no way to increase font size.

Needs some work to make it better in certain areas does not keep track of vacation time if an employee wants to work less then a 8hr day it creates issues to hours

Pros

Easy to use if all the features promised were included once enrolled I received excuse after excuse and added charges that were clearly not disclosed.

Cons

Over promised initial sale once you onboard there was some things not available or having to basically do it manual.

Overall, I enjoy connecteam both as an employee and now admin, the chat features are ahead of the competition, and the admin dashboard is so easy to use!

Pros

Connecteam is a truly innovative approach to business communication! The group chats and ease of use stand out from an employee’s side, while the admin side is engaging, easy to navigate, and satisfying to use!

Cons

I would highlight the occasional bugs being a con, and while they are rare, they do sometimes break the app and leave users waiting for an update often.

Really love this application and will probably continue to use as we grow. Can't be the value that is offered!

Pros

Free option offers many valuable resources for a small startup business. Has helped me manage my small team with scheduling and notifying them with updates and tasks.

Cons

A bit of a learning curve to fully understand. Option to select multiple days for one shift not available, you have to schedule per day/shift.

Fine. They will help me out if I can't figure it out. Timely. Because there are a lot of options, the users and groups can get confusing.

Pros

This has a lot of options you can choose from. We like the app in which staff can see how many hours they have for the week.

Cons

Fee for every little thing you want added on. For example, we only need the time stamp, vacation time and sick leave. However, it would cost an additional $59/mo to add this on. Wish the individual timesheets had a staff signature line and a line for supervisor initials.

bad - undeveloped - needs major fixing - team is not helpful and does not give adequate support. I do not know how many more bad things you want me to say to reach the min number of characters required.

Pros

IF IT WORKED - It would be a great way for our team to connect throughout the day. Also making is mandatory for a MIN numbers of characters on a review description is ridiculous

Cons

It will register that you have clocked in or out - only to find out later on that it has not (every employee has had this issue MULTIPLE times). The delay for messages is infrequent and can be 2 minutes to HOURS - makes it so our team cannot communicate in a timely manner. (every employee has had this issue MULTIPLE times)
