My overall experience is that the app is user-friendly and easy to learn. Making is accesible to many people. It helps with improving communication within the team.

Pros

It’s easy to use, efficient and allows to create different groups. It also makes managing and tracking time off requests simple and straightforward.

Cons

Many constant updates throughout using the app. Another thing I’ve noticed it doesn’t always notify me if I have notifications as well.

It’s been awesome, I like this app a lot better than the one we previously utilized. This one is more clear.

Pros

That I can post out to my team, post my schedule and see other chats. It’s very informative. I also like we can still post pictures and videos.

Cons

That I can’t give Gold stars. I like the recognize section, but my employee hasn’t bought coins yet. I still think it’s an awesome way to recognize helpful and supportive staff.

Pros

Connecting with our team in the chat, using the scheduling and the ease of pulling timesheets for team.

Cons

Not happy that it seems every time I try to do a customize report and add teams I have to upgrade my plan.

Pros

Easy for both managers and team members to learn and use. Everything is streamlined and accessible. reduce paperwork.

Cons

Sometimes the location is not accurate. The lowest plan has limited features that I would like to use, but don't want to upgrade.

We love having access to thru the app. We can send request anytime from home or work. I can access and approve time off at my leisure not only when I'm in the office. It is user friendly.

Pros

The ease of keeping up with request for time off and how many hours an employee has left

Great, easy & quick. Can be self taught in a short period of time. Staff members have also found it easy.

Pros

Easy posting and quick access to message board / chats. Just streamline service compared to other scheduling platforms.

Cons

The difference between desk top and phone app. The desktop version is much easier and clear, but the phone is certainly more accessible on the go.

My experience with has been overall a positive experience. It's easy to use and helps streamline efficiency.

Pros

It's easy to use, and pretty self explanatory. I use it mostly for assigning tasks to employees. It's helped keep me organized.

Cons

I don't feel like the notifications that I'm sending out always go through. It could be on the end of the receiver but I'm not sure.

bad - undeveloped - needs major fixing - team is not helpful and does not give adequate support. I do not know how many more bad things you want me to say to reach the min number of characters required.

Pros

IF IT WORKED - It would be a great way for our team to connect throughout the day. Also making is mandatory for a MIN numbers of characters on a review description is ridiculous

Cons

It will register that you have clocked in or out - only to find out later on that it has not (every employee has had this issue MULTIPLE times). The delay for messages is infrequent and can be 2 minutes to HOURS - makes it so our team cannot communicate in a timely manner. (every employee has had this issue MULTIPLE times)

Five star experience. It's very easy to use and user friendly. I love that it tracks your employees location when they check in and out. Also makes it so easy to do payroll

Pros

I love that it makes it easy to do my payroll each week. It's very streamlined and I can do it all right from my phone.

Cons

I don't like that even though I'm an admin I can't edit certain features only the main person can do that

Built in chat system to group or individuals so I can communicate without having to give out my personal number.

Cons

The inability to update some stuff through the app such as the directory without having to do so through the computer system to update the information so you can not update the information on the fly.

Pros

Ease of use and the layout, the ability to schedule my employees in groups so I can make scheduling for the month quick.

Cons

Having more options to customize how you use the platform. Being able to use geofencing per employee potentially would be nice

Overall, I enjoy both as an employee and now admin, the chat features are ahead of the competition, and the admin dashboard is so easy to use!

Pros

is a truly innovative approach to business communication! The group chats and ease of use stand out from an employee’s side, while the admin side is engaging, easy to navigate, and satisfying to use!

Cons

I would highlight the occasional bugs being a con, and while they are rare, they do sometimes break the app and leave users waiting for an update often.

Easy, intuitive, helpful! I really like the scheduling features. It was easy to set up all types of shifts.

Pros

I love the free option and all the integrated tools. I would have used the ADP payroll integration, scheduling tool, and time clock.

Cons

The price jump from 10 employees to 11 was too big for my company to justify. A smaller ramp would have sold me.

Overall incredibly positive. It feels like a social media app so it’s familiar and habitual to check. It also is extremely user friendly and easy to introduce to new employees!

Pros

customizing notifications to show only on my working days, this helps me keep an exceptional work life balance :)

Cons

having to switch between user and admin view to complete certain tasks, not the end of the world but can be annoying

Great! Quick, friendly and knowledgeable help when needed. Would recommend to other small businesses.

Pros

User friendly, fairly intuitive, makes communicating with staff much easier! Saves us a lot of time on timesheets and keeps all our safety and orientation documents and training easily accessible.

Cons

Would benefit from being able to schedule assigning courses or forms to users and a admin level planning calendar would also be helpful.

it's good. we had some of our team members resist, but now that we are all in the habit, it's working well. i'm looking forward to getting everyone back from summer and cranking though our busy season with this new tool.

Pros

we like the ability to list open shifts and the communication between team members to shift their own times around. that has saved our management significant time.

Cons

i was sold on many of the features that are on the advanced plans, i feel like if you are starting the pitch to a new (especially a small) business, pitch the basics and talk advanced with an awareness that this is outside the basic plan. every dollar counts in a small biz.

It's been good, the team is very helpful and is always there to answer any questions I have.

Pros

Being able to see the locations live and see where employees went throughout the day.

Cons

Clock in/out pictures without upload from phone album. I wish they would not be able to import the pictures from camera roll!

I debated keeping Time Clock Wizard because it was easy to just continue to use instead of implement a new app for 35 employees but \[sensitive content hidden\] (the sales girl who helped me) really went over everything for me and was so personable and made it easy for me to decide that switching would benefit me more than staying on Time Clock Wizard!

has been a valuable addition to our business. It’s user-friendly for both administrators and employees, and implementation was smooth. Our team has found it easy to navigate, and overall we’re very satisfied with the platform.

Pros

is very user friendly! I appreciate how much I’m able to accomplish using the mobile app.

Cons

It doesn’t allow us to connect to more than one quickbooks account. The structure of our business is such that medical staff are paid out of one LLC and non-medical out of another.
