has been great to work with! Any time we have a question they are always available to help and for the most part have had everything we needed in one place. Between the customer service, the user friendly platform and ease of access I would highly recommend this product to anyone trying to improve employee engagement!

Pros

is incredibly user friendly. It has allowed our employees to become more engaged and it is easier for our supervisors to manage their staff. Customer service has been excellent. If you can't find something you want, they are willing to make changes and get feedback to mold the platform to meet your needs. Connecteam has been an incredible tool to move our processes into the digital world!

Cons

You are not able to edit PDF files within the platform. This has made it challenging for some of the work we do.

The customer service team has been very supportive and reactive to my issues/questions. They have patiently spent time helping me troubleshoot a problem which turned out to be an issue of what my firewall was blocking and how it was trying to protect me from foreign websites and trackers, not an actual problem.

Pros

While we are currently not using all of the bells and whistles that offers, we are very pleased with the products that we are using and have just added a new Hub to our usage. Connecteam allows for a single place to address almost any HR issue you might face. We are still learning how to make the best use of the products offered by Connecteam. Connecteam allows us to be able to implement something for "everyone", but also make adjustments at the individual level as well.

Cons

dangles the carrot in front of you of ALL that they can do for your business and gains your interest before then revealing that your price is dependent upon how much you want to control all of the various categories of HR business. We originally thought that one Advanced Hub subscription with limited use of other areas would work best for us, but now we have discovered that we want a little more control - which of course led to another cost! For a church who has always done everything on paper and has been moving in to the digital age for these functions, almost any cost would have made us think again (and it did). Actually paying for what used to be entirely in house is hard, but we have greatly expanded our part-time, hourly employees and this just seems to be the literal cost of business. Some reports that should be relatively accessed and downloaded are processed outside of the website and sent as links in a follow up e-mail which has also caused us some problems, but we have worked around that, I believe.

We were going to have to move to a paid version of digital clock in/out. Both systems had about the same expense for the original package we were looking at, but offered a 25% discount to non-profit organizations. While our bill has gone up as we decided we want more features (since they are there), the greater than originally expected expense seems to be worth it....but we are still learning!

Working with was a big change for our team, but it has been very efficient for everyone. Scheduling on the go, sending out information to everyone at the same time, being able to get all of our information in the same place, you can't beat it! I think this application is on a great track of reinventing success in teamwork.

Pros

makes scheduling easy and efficient. I am able to make schedule changes on the go, see everyone's schedule, clock in and out, and contact my team all in the same app. The app is easy to learn, and has many helpful features. You are also able to log your timesheet, any time off requests, or sick leave! Connecteam is an all-in-one app for your team.

Cons

While the features of the app are extremely helpful, there are a few areas that can improve! For example, when creating scheduling templates, it would be much easier to be able to edit a template than have to remake it. When rescheduling, can be laggy or glitchy. Sometimes it takes a while to load the website. All minor setbacks however!

We recently began using this app in our insulation business. It took very little time to train everyone to get it up and running. The "one-stop-shop" for communication, timesheets, expense reports and scheduling saves time and money. I highly recommend this app for any company!

Pros

Clear communication on all work topics to all field personnel. Saves time and there is no confusion. The customer support team is incredible - very knowledgeable and patient. Easier to communicate via cellphones - no paper required!

Cons

The only drawback for us is if an employee has cellphone issues where they cannot connect to the app. This has been a very rare occurrence for us, but it has happened a couple of times.

Very good. Has a good customer support and material to help you learn how to use it. Webinars are very helpful. It integrates scheduling with communications, forms and HR making things easier.

Pros

It has been very helpful for tracking employees and for payroll hours checking. It is easy for employees to check their scheduled jobs and clock in and out.

Cons

Bugs and issues. I constantly have issues while scheduling. It also needs to develop the mobile app for administrators. Its very basic and does not let you do things that are needed asap. Many limitations in the app version.

Overall my experience with has been very positive. It has simplified our daily operations, improved communication with staff, and reduced the need for multiple systems. The app continues to grow with our needs, and I appreciate how user friendly it is once you get familiar with the features. It has definitely made managing our team more efficient and organized.

Pros

What I like most about is that it allows us to manage so many things in one place instead of juggling multiple apps. Before Connecteam, we were using separate platforms for payroll, scheduling, and staff communication, which was time consuming and inefficient. Now everything is streamlined. I especially love the ability to assign tasks to staff and track completion. It helps with accountability and keeps everyone on the same page. The app is easy to navigate and well organized.

Cons

There are so many features that it can feel a little overwhelming at first. However, this is not really a negative because offers tutorials and guides that make learning the system much easier. It just takes time to explore and fully utilize everything the app offers.

Wonderful program, keeps staff informed and accountable for scheduled shifts, arrival times, login location.

Pros

integrating schedule, time clock, payroll into one program. App sends reminders to staff regarding schedule and start shift times, easy vacation requests. Love the schedule creation component and being able to set repeating shifts for full time staff.

Cons

I haven't spent time trying to figure out how to turn notifications off, however don't really appreciate receiving weekly summaries being emailed to me at 6:00am on Sundays as i get awoken on my days off for no reason.

Overall, is easy to use and manage, and it has helped our team track work hours more efficiently. However, adding job lists can be time-consuming as each task must be entered one by one. If bulk task creation or easier duplication features were available, it would make the system even more efficient for daily scheduling and task management.

Pros

Time and location tracking features were accurate and reliable, making it easy to verify work hours and locations. The interface was intuitive, and the mobile app worked smoothly without major glitches, which helped streamline daily operations and reduce manual record-keeping.

Cons

It’s quite easy to forget to clock in or clock out, especially when busy or switching between tasks. Notifications could be more prominent or customizable to prevent missed punches. Additionally, it would be helpful if there were a quick way to correct missed clock-ins without needing manual admin approval each time.

Value for money, staff are able to approve the shift giving me piece of mind that they will arrive for the shift

One area that could be improved is the inability to edit shifts via the mobile app. As someone who often works across different locations and needs flexibility, being unable to make adjustments from my phone can be quite limiting. In fast-paced operational environments, schedules can change quickly, and having to log in from a desktop to edit shifts is not always practical or efficient.

I like that combines features we previously had to manage across two separate apps, streamlining our processes into one platform. It’s clean, intuitive, and very easy to use.

Cons

What I like least is the lack of certain features I’m used to. For example, document expiry dates can only be set to a maximum of 30 days, and expiry reminders are sent to employees but not to admins. I also think the HR section could be improved with more comprehensive tools to record investigations, performance reviews, and similar records.

I feel like some of the aspect are hard to navigate. We also had someone helping us when we signed up last year, but she went on maturnity league and did not give us a new person to help us get started. Also some features that where supposed to be include are not and they where tempraraly turned on and then off and we have really had no one check to see if we are having any issues at all.

Pros

Overall is working well for us, the scheduling aspect, with some exceptions. We also like the team messages.

Cons

Can't turn off Clock in, even though we are not using it. Also we make changes to shift all the time, and everyone has to reconfim with a change is made.

I like being able to easily build out the system that works best for our team. The AI in Forms is great. I am looking forward to utilizing it more.

Cons

Would love to click on a chat and have the ability to create a quick task from inside the chat feature. It does freeze when pulling up over due tasks, can we fix that bug? It would be great if uploading video and pictures into the chat features were easier. It can be "hit or miss" some times. More AI within the knowledge base would be great. Within knowledge base if you could have a desktop view as well as the mobile view, that would be helpful. I know that these suggestions will be reviewed. ge, I would not have completed this survey. We have already upgraded to the highest level. Would it be possible to remove the "upgrade" button?

I searched for at least two years for a platform that would work for our company. Because we are a small to midsize company, we do not have a tech department to help us navigate various tech platforms etc.. Connecteams ease of use and training videos that speak the average laypersons language was refreshing. Finally, 's team did not try to oversell me when I was trying to determine what package best suited our companies needs. We started with the free package, then grew into the next package. When we contemplated the next package up, the rep showed me how to better use the features in our current package and add only specific features we needed without trying to up-sell us to the next tier. Actually, I have been so impressed with Connecteams, this is the first time in my career, I ever wrote a review on anything, ever!

Pros

Where do I start? training videos are easy to follow and informative; customer service is outstanding; very affordable; time tracking is invaluable especially since our business model works with a lot sub-contractors; forms and chat make it easy to gather and track information for documentation purposes; communication options are superb and I could go on...

Cons

There is not much that I like least about . However, I would like to see an expansion of sorts especially in the forms and project management modules. Overall, I'd like to see Connecteams eventually offer a CRM. Other than that, I couldn't be happier.

Reason for choosing Connecteam

Of the three, Connecteams was the only platform that was intuitive enough that I could learn most of the platform and set up on my own. However, the real selling point aside from ease of use was 's willingness to walk alongside me to assist in setting up and to make the best use of it's features customizable to our needs when I would get stuck. Though the other platforms may have more features in some cases, the training videos for the most part were unhelpful and not user friendly and the support was useless.

I think the app had come a long way over the years my company has used it still a few things can get improved to make the experience need less clicking

All in one platform good for communication and forms easy to fill out easy to navigate the platform fast connection

Cons

Wish the timesheet for your scheduled work week ahead showed a total at the top of your scheduled hours so you know how many hours you are expecting to get that week (please add this feature) When typing in items in search menu when filling out a form the screen moves the iteams when you select them and takes the keyboard away causing extra button pressing and when you are searching multiple iteams (would be better if the keyboard doesn’t drop down when selecting iteams) cause then you have to select search again and the keyboard pops uk again causing lots of extra clicking

It has been easy to implement and employees do like the platform as well. Customer support is always quick to respond and helpful

The ease of creating templates and publishing schedules individually for employees. The other features such as quizzes and updates are also useful for the business and training. Adding in notes and tasks for staff to do each shift is a great feature that makes it a great value for the money.

Cons

The scheduler does like to change itself from what I have it set to as far as organizing employees by a certain field. Like right now I want it set by department and it is not letting me do that so does make it frustrating

Pros

Most of the features are very easy to use! There are tutorials that can be referenced within the platform at any time to help us when needed and your chats are always very responsive and helpful. We love that most of our day to day operations exist within and allow our digital office to collaborate easily.

Cons

That new features have to be voted on in order for to look into implementing them. While I understand that these features take a team of people a god chunk of time to build, it would be nice to have some sort of timeframe we can expect these features or being told that it is not a feature Connecteam is interested in building out at the time. We have gotten the runaround on new features a number of times.

I use scheduling function, timesheets, report generation and it's fairly easy to work with. Overall the system is about as good as we've used.

Pros

Easy to schedule jobs and check to see who's logged in working. Scheduling jobs can sometimes be cumbersome with limited flexibility

Cons

Report functionality can be improved - more options. Would like more reward options for employees - too limited at this time.

Overall for a time trackign software it has been good. We like the ability that users can add ntoes and images. Allowing them to calrify things as needed. Only a few minor bugs and tweaks that hopefully soon will have options to address.

Pros

It is a great value for the cost. We like the fact that we can add users without adding cost. We have seasonal help and being able to do this is great. It is also fairly easy to use.

Cons

We use a lot of tasks for cost coding purposes. Switching is sometimes difficult, in part because we can't sort the order of the tasks, they auto sort from the order they are input. It would be nice if this could be changed making it easier to find and switch to the appropriate task.

Overall I really enjoy using this software and I always recommend it to other business executives. It helps keep things organized. It almost replaces the cost of an extra admin body.

I like that it has almost everything I need in one single app rather than having to use multiple apps for communitcation, scheduling, HR, etc.

I don't like the subscription format. I understand that good software is going to be pricey but every little thing costs extra.

It gives the team one app for scheduling with easy confirmation of shifts. Good geofence application.

Getting everyone to sign on was a bit of a chore. Took a while to take advantage of the full benefits

When first using the app I was so confused on what features I needed to use and which plan would work best for me. However, the customer support team assisted immediately, guiding me and clarifying all the tools I actually needed to utilize for what worked best for my company. They follow up to ensure I'm still satisfied with my plan and I absolutely recommend!

Pros

has SO many features that are so easy to use. The customer support is amazing, they're so attentive and helpful. They're always quick to resolve any issues I have. It is so reasonably priced for the easy access users have.

Cons

The only thing I really find myself wanting to edit are the pay period dates for the timesheets. You are able to customize the range which is great! But I would like to pick my own weeks and have it set and not have to adjust every time I check the timesheets.

Our overall experience has been excellent-I would highly recommend to anyone who employees any number of staff.

Pros

This is the most user friendly program for team connection and scheduling. It has incredible flexibility. Could easily mold to any type of team-retail to nursing or supportive care. If you need a program that can be fluid with multiple different types of staff, different hours, different schedules, this is it. It is FULLY customizable to you, your team, your business. It makes your life simple and it is incredibly user friendly. It encourages engagement and has boosted staff moral.

Cons

The only negative we have found is that it does not currently integrate with our payroll provider. We believe this will be something that changes in the future and we are looking forward to it.

Scheduling was a nightmare in Netchex. The platform simply could not handle 12 or 24 hour shifts. Templates were hard to create and even harder to add to the schedule. Things wouldnt save correctly and if you made a mistake you had to wipe and start completely over.

We’ve been using for over a year now, and it has fully met our needs as a staff management platform. Previously, when using other HR systems, we often struggled with getting new hires to complete onboarding tasks on time. It was a recurring pain point that required a lot of manual follow-up. With Connecteam’s structured Technical Onboarding feature, that problem has been solved. New joiners can follow a step-by-step process, and we now have much better visibility and control over onboarding progress. The rota (scheduling) feature has also made shift planning much more efficient. Staff can view their weekly schedules in real time, which reduces confusion and back-and-forth communication. We’ve also seen increased engagement with staff thanks to features like Updates and Courses, which help us deliver information and training in a more interactive and accessible way. This year, we expanded our use of Connecteam further — incorporating Forms, Surveys, and other modules to help with HR procedures, availability tracking, and feedback collection. One area for improvement would be the Tasks feature. While it’s useful for basic to-do lists, it doesn’t yet fully support task-oriented workflows in the way tools like Asana do. With improvements to task assignment, tracking, and collaboration, Connecteam could become a true all-in-one platform for our HR and operations team. Overall, Connecteam has been a very effective solution for our staff management needs, especially for scheduling, onboarding, and team communication.

Tasks, not fit our hr workflow eventhough we tried. Especially, we couldn’t set weekly (4-week) based tasks.
