### "Why Connecteam works for our team"

We started with because we were looking for a place to have our schedules, time sheets, and staff communication all in the same place and we definitely found that. The ease of going through time sheets and being able to quickly verify them with our schedule and also reach out to staff when required is eons better than having all these things in different programs and having to open new tabs/apps, etc. Also having all of our staff manuals and forms (of which there are plenty!) in the same place as our communication is fantastic, being able to send a staff member a shortcut to the form they are looking for without leaving the app is a well used feature for sure. There are still some parts of the service we don't use, whether that is because it isn't relevant to our team or it's something we haven't yet paid for but it is nice to know we can continue to expand and Connecteam can still support our needs.

Pros

Having everything in one place is a huge pro, scheduling, team communication, policy manuals, on-boarding forms etc. I am also a fan of the different view options for the schedule, it makes it easy to see my staffs availability and what we have going on for the week.

Cons

It can be irritating when some features seem available but then you click to use them and you are told to upgrade. We've done some upgrading for sure but are not in a place where we can justify the full price.

Having everything in one place was the obvious answer, much less room for error for management and staff and using an app that was built for businesses and their employees has been a game changer.

The prices have continuned to rise. At this point they feel like they have trippled and my price as a long time user has not been locked in.

Overall, I like using for our business because everything is in one place. Making announcements to our team is easy and the chats are our lifeline in our business because everyone is working at multiple locations simultaneously.

Pros

So many parts of the business housed in one place. Job scheduling on a desktop is easy to use. Chats are our lifeline so love that it is all together. The courses asset is great and I am excited to get into that Asset more and create courses for our staff.

Cons

It does lag at times and takes a bit to load certain windows. I create the shifts for our employees and working in job scheduling on the app is a little cumbersome. Def not my favorite to be creating and editing shifts in the app.

Overall, it's not bad. I have been impressed. Keep on this same path. I know it can be frustrating to accommodate everyone's needs and opinions.

Pros

is relatively easy to navigate. I do see continual efforts to build out more features and improve the program as a whole.

Cons

I do think there is more attention from a programming perspective that can be given to accommodate "job cost accounting". Also, it would be nice to have a more user friendly way to assign worker's comp codes to each employee or each day per job (something like that). I see that features are added, but, I don't want to have to pay for normal timekeeping system type actions. For example, to archive former employees. Also, some employees travel to varying time zones during the day and hours worked might not be tracked correctly if employee crosses state lines.

Rough start but I was there right from the beginning of the company, it has gotten so much better now. Still needs some improvements but overall great

Pros

I like how I can easily post jobs for my team on my phone or computer. It is reliable and effective. I am able to control where the can clock in from and post updates or message with them through the app.

Cons

I don’t like how there are some features I am not able to access on the phone. I don’t like how when selecting users to add to a job schedule on the phone I have to close the keyboard before selecting, would be faster if I could select while keyboard was open. I wish when I made a new job that I could have it default to my main groups instead of all goryps, and I don’t understand why if I make it in job scheduler I have to then go to time clock to add it to the time clock, and then I have to go to the geolocation and add to my main location. It’s always the same things so why can’t I just set a default so all new jobs are assigned to time clock and that user group and the default geolocation? That’s about it really just minor issues.

Overall, my experience with has been really positive. It made managing my team so much smoother, especially when it came to scheduling, communication, and tracking hours. The platform feels modern and well thought out, and it brought everything we needed into one place without making it complicated. While there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, like better offline access and more accurate GPS, those issues didn’t take away from how much it helped streamline our daily operations. It’s been a reliable tool and a great addition to how we run things.

Pros

really stood out because of how easy it was to get our entire team onboard and using it right away. The mobile app is super intuitive and makes everything from clocking in to checking schedules feel effortless. Communication feels more connected now with built-in chat, updates, and forms all in one place. I also really appreciated how customizable it is you can tailor workflows and tasks to match exactly how your team operates, which saved us a ton of time and back and forth.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the app’s offline functionality. If the internet connection drops, you can’t really access much or complete tasks, which can be frustrating for staff working in areas with weak signal. The GPS tracking also feels a bit off at times and doesn’t always pinpoint locations as accurately as expected. For companies that rely heavily on precise fieldwork tracking, this might cause a few headaches.

Positive, and insightful. Difficult to move from one software to another, when the team was so used to another. Many are resisting the change big time, despite a month of 'get-to-know the app' time.

Pros

I like the interface, the customize-ability, and the overall layout of each of the sections. I like how many of the systems interact with one another (mostly) seamlessly, and I like how easy it makes it for the users on the phone.

Cons

Lack of client-side features. The main gripe when switching from our previous booking platform to , is while the scheduler, time clock, and really, entire app is more intuitive and positive overall, there simply isn't a way to interact with clients in any way whatsoever through the platform. I can even now change the name of 'jobs' into 'clients', have emails, phone numbers, and addresses attached to that client name and all. But the only way to receive Bookings from our clients, is emails, texts and phone calls. We don't have any way for a client to view their own schedule of when their jobs are coming up, nor any way to send reminders to the clients in-app. Anything relating to the clients, has to happen out-of-app, which complicates things.

I have used it for many years with staffing from 5 to 15 and all staff find it usable. Its the most comprehensive of all site/staff management systems on the market and a great way for staff to communicate without divulging their personal details.

Pros

Easy to use, Keeps client's details confidential from staff, employees ease of use, great to be able to add training clips and forms onto the site for employee access, As the owner able to manage the roster when mobile. A great app

Cons

Its improved but glitches were an issue and the odd tech issue which CT could not explain. But it runs much better now.

It’s been wonderful. The video tutorials and ease of use is great. There’s so many features we still need to learn and utilize. I’m so happy we decided to use this instead of groupme.

Pros

It’s so easy to use and modern! We love the fact that you can see who viewed posts, and hold people accountable. The quizzes are also a feature we’ve been loving.

Cons

This is hard, I don’t really have anything I dislike. We did have a problem recently where the app wasn’t notifying me for anything but I think I just turned the setting toggle on and off and reset it.

Really helpful, clear and once you learn it, you can pick it up quickly and it is self-explanatory. The help pages are very useful, and the help bubble is always very responsive and helpful.

Pros

Onboarding was really helpful, and explained everything really nicely- helped us understand how to make this useful for our business needs and our staff.

Cons

It's a bit tricky for us to schedule timed tasks for staff- when there are last-minute changes it takes a while to update this. We are using Quick tasks for this.

It was quite easy to learn how to use and the features included have worked well for our team so far.

Pros

The access of having to connect with all of my co-workers without having to consistently add their contacts to my phone especially as we are adding new members to our team. The group feature between the event team and the program team is also very nice and I like how I can share documents into the group.

Cons

The only issues I have had is there are some glitches using the time tracking feature on the desktop verison.

Overall, I'm happy with it. My team is happy with it. Each month it seems we learn what we need and how we can use it better.

Pros

For the most part it is user friendly. I like how it has a great communication system built within for the team. Each week it seems there is an update to be better

Cons

It does seem to have some glitches. I also wish there was different business tiers as far as what the business entails. My company operates on a pick up basis and not all of our team members work full time. They pick up when available so to be charged per person every month when sometimes they only work 1-2 a month is a lot for us. Other competitors like StaffConect offer up to 500 people before the upgrade as they understand how staffing agencies work like that.

has helped us be more efficient with communications, is easy to use and has an enjoyable interface! This is one of those decisions that make us ask, why didnt we pivot sooner!!

Pros

I like that is a hub for all our interoffice AND field communications. Easy way to create tasks, show appreciation, and stay connected without actually having to speak to coworkers. Connecteam is easy to use and makes our previous communication system look like we were operating in the stone ages!

Cons

When a program handles all of our companies needs, its hard to dislike anything about ! I wish we had known/learned about Connecteam sooner!

Overall it has been pretty positive. Adding employees to has been simple after taking 5-10 minutes learning and exploring. I will say that as a Director for our Company, I get notifications every time someone confirms a shift or a shift changes and that can be quite a lot but I am sure there is a way to disable that.

Pros

The amount of utilities within the program. You can chat with the employees, it notifies them of any changes, you can claim shifts, etc.

Cons

Making Shifts on is a little tricky. I am personally not a fan of when it disconnects a shift from the whole chain when you have to make a change to that specific shift, and that there has to be someone on the shift no matter what (we have days where there are no classes due to Holidays).

Their customer support team has been excellent. And any issues have been resolved quickly. This platform is great for time tracking and expense tracking as well.

Overall, I do really love and how easy it is to communicate with your employees through their chat system and all the other features they offer like the rewards, time clock, managing the employees with their birthdays, anniversaries, which department they are in, ect. and I really really love their courses section, that's my favorite!

Pros

I loved how many features you can use within . Their customer support is fantastic! It's 24-7 and they respond to you within seconds and always help you with any issues they have.

Cons

They are developing company which is great, but there are some features that need to be fixed but haven't been addressed yet within their system. I do wish the customer support team could go in and just fix some of issues you have rather than just telling you on how to fix it. I know it's the concept of teach a person how to fish rather than get them the fish, but when you are busy with all the other aspects of business it would be nice if they could just fix the issue for you rather than send you articles on how to fix it.

We are truly enjoying the program. Our team is very happy with the ease of use and love having an app that they can quickly use to make requests or changes as they come up.

Pros

our team is able to communicate with us and eachother so much more effectively than before. We love the time tracking and the ease of scheduling. We have utilized the events section for team parties and get togethers and it is wonderful!

Cons

it took a little bit of finagling to get our version on Quickbooks to integrate the way we needed but now we have a handle on it and it is functioning as needed

is an awesome program that our organization with over 150 staff members uses every day. It’s HIPAA compliant and we’re all really happy with it.

Pros

We really enjoy as a reliable platform for secure chats, scheduling, task management, and learning management. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to pick up for individuals of all ages and technology levels.

Cons

We’ve had a few hiccups along the way, which is normal. There were a couple of times when the forms section went down for a few hours, which was a bit of a pain, but they kept us updated when things were back up and running. I do have an old issue that’s been open for months now, and they’ve never been able to give us a timeline on when it’ll be fixed.

Pros

We've recently made the switch to and overall find it to be a great tool for managing internal communication and team engagement. One of the things I really like is how intuitive the platform is. It’s easy to navigate and doesn’t require much onboarding. I also appreciate the feature that lets me see which team members have read and reviewed messages, which helps ensure that nothing important gets missed. The software also fits our budget for a small team without having to pay extra to have messages visible for more than 90 days like some other software.

Cons

There are a few areas where the platform could improve. It’s missing some key features like message reminders, which would be incredibly helpful in keeping tasks and communications top of mind. While it may sound minor, the emojis are hard to use, and we’d really like to make the experience more fun and engaging for our team. We've also experienced some issues with delayed notifications or some team members not receiving them at all, which affects our ability to respond quickly. I would love to see more customizable notification settings, especially the ability to turn off notifications during specific hours rather than having to snooze them manually or disable them for entire days. Another limitation is that there is no desktop app. Right now, we can only use in a browser, but having a dedicated PC app would make it much more convenient for in-office use.

Pros

We’ve had a great experience using this platform! The Scheduling, Updates, Time Clock, and Chat features are especially helpful and easy to use. It works very well for our large team, which includes multiple departments and job titles. The system keeps everyone informed and organized, and the communication tools help us stay connected throughout the day. Highly recommend for teams with complex staffing needs!

Cons

We don’t have anything negative to say about —it’s been a great tool for our team. There are frequent updates and improvements, which show the developers are actively listening to user needs. One feature we’d love to see in the future is the ability to customize the Rewards system, such as setting a specific dollar amount per token. Overall, it’s been a reliable and effective solution for our organization.

The overall system is extremely convenient, the in-app features are useful and relevant for our type of business which is desk-less and no PC required, we can digitalized all our expenses and other report tracking in one place which can be exported into external files for other purpose.

Pros

All-in-one portal for our staff management where the staff can time clock at the geo-location and we will be notified if they clock in or clock out outside the location of their specified shift, automated payroll calculated hourly as our case and customised monthly pay period. and the last login period for each user can be seen.

Cons

There is no subtotal/total for accounting forms, and missing filters for columns to view necessary fields.
