Connecteam has my my job so much easier. Scheduleing 30-40 coaches at 50 different schools was a serious challenge before we started using connecteam. It really streamlines it all for me.

Pros

I love how easy Connecteam is to use. It makes it so much easier for me to schedule and rearrange if necessary.

Cons

So far I have not found anything I don't like about it, everything seems to be great for what I use it for .

My overall experience is good, I would recommend this software to someone if they needed something in this category.

Pros

It makes project management much easier as I can easily schedule and keep track of the progress that has been made.

Cons

On our end, I believe it takes too long to get to the actual schedule page. Also, I think the notes left from other team members could be accessed easier.

We post our schedule week in this app. This app makes it very easy for every member of my staff to see it and post questions if they have any

Pros

It is very user friendly, and easy to set up different chats for different members of the company. We have about 10 different chats and that seems like a lot but it is very easy to navigate through the chats

Cons

better layout for the overview screen. Also it would be nice if you could mute one individual and not the whole chat.

I wish it had better security some times an employ is not at the workplace but it doesn’t show the exact location.

Finally a free time tracking app for my staff and being able to keep all my employee files in one place is amazing

Cons

The UI can be a bit clunky to use, I think sometimes there is a bit too much going on. A built in calendar would make it my all in one work program

It has allowed us to stop using calendars, whatsapp and a separate app for timesheets. It's all combined and easy to use on the go.

The app can be a little buggy, but no loss

Connecteam was an easy and fast transition for everyone in my company.

Pros

Connecteam is easy to learn. You can quickly see the different jobs with the color coding and there are more colors to choose from than other scheduling software.

Cons

The last scheduling software I used had a button that allowed me to see only the shifts I was assigned to and Connecteam doesn't seem to have that option in the monthly viewing, which I like to use so I can see everything going on in my company.

I feel like we have gotten a lot of help preparing the app and they gave us a lot of time to decide if this was the program for us and I have not felt rushed at all.

Pros

It is easy to use and very customizable. We do not have to use the features we do not want, and focusing on company branding is also a good thing. Also the app is really nice looking and easy to use.

Cons

It was a bit complicated in the beginning, but now it is easier to use. I have not had any issues to not like anything yet.

Overall, my experience with Connecteam has been positive. I appreciate the report functions, which allow me to download data sets and run my reporting numbers from them.

Pros

Communicating and timekeeping are very functional tools for us. User experience is pretty easy, and the location feature is quite helpful.

Cons

I don't really have any cons per se; the HIPAA-compliant features can be a bit expensive but at a comparable price to other platforms.

Connect team is great and I am still learning the ins and outs. The forms and schedule is great but creating recurring tasks and things like that we are stilll learning.

Pros

We are still learning as we are new to the site. Connect team is user friendly for the general items like scheduling, directory lists and forms.

Cons

A few aspects of the schedule like creating templates is very long. You can’t just edit it you have to create a whole new one every time.

Using Connecteam has made my job so much easier. Our company has 35 employees and it is extremely easy to track their time and location. I have only used the basic tools but it seems like larger companies could really benefit from using an app like this.

Pros

Connecteam is very user friendly for both administrators and employees. Both the app and desktop version are extremely easy to learn and navigate. Our company has some employees who aren’t the most tech savvy and the clocking in and out process has been no issue for them after a quick tutorial.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about Connecteam. There has been one outage over the last year which caused some headaches but overall very happy.

Overall I have a positive experience with connect teams. It is an easy way to log employees schedules and hours.

Pros

I find it very easy to keep track of my employees schedule. I like the chat feature to be able to stay in touch with those that are working.

Cons

The messaging app feature while nice and I use it a lot, lacks the ability to schedule messages. It would be nice to be able to send a message to someone when they punch in instead of right away.

It was a game changer for our company. Being able to track the productivity of workers, scheduling was made easier. Tracking working time and brakes and being able to quickly export the payroll lists is a feature that makes our life easier.

Pros

Geofencing and auto clock in feature is very helpful for our company. Scheduling feature make it easy to understand the actual assignment of each workers.

Cons

So far most of the features used are very useful. Nothing major is missing or that I do not like.

Perfect in every way! Like I said scheduling is always a breeze and customer service almost always responds immediately!

Pros

Scheduling is extremely easy, making changes as well and the customer service is flawless! Whenever I have issues you are immediately there to assist!

Cons

When the full website kicks me off repeatedly when entering a shift. That is extremely frustrating!!

The customer service has been okay for the most part. I do wish that you could submit improvements without having to go through a huge process.

Pros

Connecteam has been a wonderful addition to our company. The reason I like it most is that it is free but its not an app that tries to get you to purchase something anytime you use a button.

Cons

I don't like the limitations on the geotracking feature - i would like to be able to change where my employees clock in without having to change it for everyone. (sometimes we have jobs a few hours away so it would be nice to adjust it for specific employees.

Love this system. Very easy as the payroll person to get their hours and record.

Pros

This is so simple for the staff to use. Press one button you are signed in, press another button you are signed out. Love how easy this is!!

Cons

I would like more options for putting staff into teams who are on chats. Currently we can only put them on one team, but sometimes I need that one team member to be able to get chat messages from 2 or more different teams.

Fantastic Customer Service and follow - up - Excellent sales Team and OnBoarding staff.

Pros

Oh what did I not like - A great Trial Period - Excellent training by topic videos - Prompt response to questions by staff - and Excellent follow up support. Understanding Sales Team and Onboarding Team.

Cons

Managing between so MANY options for our minimal needs. Maybe a "mini" version for those of us that need that?

The platform is easy to use. There are functions that allow you to schedule quicker which is essential for scheduling managers.

Cons

Signing in requires a text verification which I don’t like. This process usually takes about a minute or two.
