Overall it has been good, aside from a few inconveniences I have liked the features the app has. We now have an easy to use scheduling system, time clock, and time off management system.

Pros

I love the ease of use and the functionality it brings to the office. I love that my team can now look at their scheduled and review their timecards from their phones.

Cons

I personally don't love how the packages are structured, I personally didn't need every feature of every package, but due to the need of the features I had to pay for some of them. Wish they had more a la carte options to add onto the other plans.

I will continue using & haven't found a better alternative. I wish it was a bit more cost effective so what we are getting.

Pros

I do like the product & it is fairly easy to use for myself and staff. The interface is good. I really only use it for scheduling and time tracking for staff.

Cons

The cost - I have multiple contractors who all just pick up shifts so I would like there to be a more cost effective options for this since they are not all using the platform all the time. Also I would like it to be easier for my staff to access the forms - I want them to be able to fill out their shift report easily after every shift but it doesn't allow me to attach it to the shift with the current plan.

It works well for me the scheduler from my computer, but it is not the best application for our field crew because of the large context the application opens up in on a phone. This causes some accessibility issues with viewing content.

Pros

User access is easy to add and delete employees to the application. I like that as an entire company we can team, individual and entire company message from one program.

Cons

It is very hard to use the application on your phone. There is a lot of information on a small scale and the app doesn't adjust its picture scale for your phone.

Overall, I am very impressed. Ease of use is my primary concern, and Connecteam does a great job with this.

Pros

IT couldn't be simpler for my crew to use, even those that are less tech-savvy. We also love the chat feature, so we can combine features we use and eliminate extra apps.

Cons

inability to set up permanent recurring schedules. While things occasionally change due to illnesses and vacations, all of our staff always works the same schedule, and it's inconvenient to have to copy it over and over for several months, knowing I'll have to do it again every few months.

Pros

I am not the most tech savvy person but I have had minimal trouble working with this program. The occasional issues that I have had the Connecteam support has been great at assisting me!

Cons

It feels like a lot to learn when you first start in the program but gets easier with time and practice.

So far my experience with it has been quite positive and I've been able to use many of its features to benefit our company and our hourly team.

Pros

We use it for scheduling, time punches, logging hours and projects, as well as being able to reach our hourly team via their chat feature.

Cons

I believe some of the features lack ease of use and can easily be messed with or are not as straightforward as I'd like.

Great, the team is helpful, it’s easy to use on the app as well. They held several meetings to make sure we were good.

Pros

I loved the intro meetings, the way it accounts for everything you can think of. I have everyone on a chat and I can see their locations.

Cons

I don’t like that it doesn’t have a setting for day rates and only hourly. Our business runs on ten hour day rates and I just need a yes/no instead of deciphering the hours.

It works well for my small business. We can track PTO, record projects in payroll with helps to have a control of labor cost per project. It is also scalable, and when business grow you can add extras to your account.

Pros

Convenient and quite a lot of functionality even with a free version. I also love the chat feature, which we use for the whole team announcements or private questions.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. I think we got everything we need at this time for your business needs.

Our overall experience with Connecteam has been positive. The time tracking feature works well and helps us monitor hours accurately. It has improved team coordination and daily workflow.

Pros

Connecteam is very easy to use and quick to set up. The interface is intuitive, and our team was able to start using it without much training. It helps us stay organized and improves communication.

Cons

The pricing could be better for the features included. Some advanced tools are only available in higher-tier plans, which makes it less cost-effective for smaller teams.
