OUTSTANDING! Running a business just became much more efficient and effective--Connecteam is an incredible tool

Pros

Connecteam is so very easy to set up and use! We are able to stay in contact with all the employees so quickly and easily. Managing the many different threads is a breeze--LOVE Connecteam!

Cons

I wish the HIPAA feature was more affordable. Running a busy Practice, coordinating with a dozen employees and hundreds of Clients is a challenge sometimes. Having to get creative with word choices to ensure Client confidentiality and privacy just slows the communication process--affordable HIPAA compliant platforms would aid in our communications.

not great - the support team are good but the program really doesn't give them much to work with. I fould i needed to repeat myself a lot and the initial set up was left to us to do despite paying for the set up in the sign up

Job costing is much easier now that we can book time to multiple jobs during the day. the interface is not toobad

Cons

it can not handle RDO and TIME in lieu accrual and really doesn't help for payroll aspects in fact it is quite primitive when it comes to Xero payroll integration and out of the 10 times i've tranported info to xero only twice it actully worked

Smooth testing - to quote - to committing and onboard, we've thoroughly enjoyed switching over! This has been the silent problem killer for time tracking, calendar sync and keeping all our diverse teams together.

Pros

Very easy set-up, without a ton of calls or configurations to get started (we went through 4! hour long calls with a competitor and still didn't even get an onboarding date.) After committing, we had 2 excellent, to the point, onboarding calls, and in 20min we even tested out our user flow through mobile. Our team loves the chat and event pages for easy sync on what's happening around the office. Billing has been flexible according to how many seats x month, which is great. Connect Team customer support is very responsive and easy to get a hold of, thank you!

Cons

Sometimes if you onboard a user as a collaborator, and move them to admin there can be some glitches in finding the right permissions to give them full access - but we were able to easily smooth this out with their customer service team. We had the same kind of issue with a test acct email being included into the full account, but these were all minor details that were promptly resolved.

Mostly positive. It does what I need it to do for my small caregiving agency without too many bells and whistles to distract from what is needed

Pros

I chose Connecteam for the price and for the UI - it has a much cleaner look than competitors' platforms. Also, the app is straightforward for my lower SES (not technologically savvy) employees.

Cons

Pricing structure is very confusing. I also have a few feature requests, including ability to rectify schedule with timesheets for ease of invoicing.

I seriously considered Homebase as their pricing for unlimited users ($30/month) is highly desirable. While Connecteam is more expensive than Homebase, I liked the UI and the reports better. WellSky was my favorite but $$$ so I went with Connecteam due to price.

Overall, we’ve had a really great experience with Connect Team! And they can be super helpful, especially since they are continually rolling out new improvements

Pros

Honestly, we love the improvements. Connect continues to make. They have a new clocking option called the NFC. And it’s already done wonders for helping people clock in and out.

Cons

It can sometimes be hassle to add an additional time clock when we build a new location. It also just cost us more money. We are a smaller company, but we have about 10 to 15 employees at each location. If there were a way to have a clock in for the whole company and it just separated it by locations that would be phenomenal. And obviously so other people can’t see other locations time parks.

Very positively surprised with the entire platform, mobile is great, desktop has all the features you want, price is exceptional for the value it brings.

Pros

Integration with Gusto, user friendly reports customized to how you want to see the data, positive employee feedback about the usability of the app, accurate and timely time clock function and ability to filter data relevant to my needs as an owner/operator.

Cons

Wish mileage had a way to export into Gusto, we have to perform this function manually which takes some time. There was the ability to export the mileage data into a customized spreadsheet which saved some time but full integration would be ideal.

It was great at first- and the parts that work- is super. I don't like the way that it turned out to be so different then what was presented- as I was very clear on what we needed.

Pros

Training videos, response time when initially inquiring about product, and the people I have talked to have been very friendly

Cons

Once we purchased this we found out that the portions we needed- syncing so that we could use the time clock feature, schedule feature and time off feature and was told it would all sync with BambooHR. Trying to get responses now that we are using the product has not been easy

We had some issues with billing and our tax exemption it took quite a bit of time to get this resolved (months) but the customer support team was eventually able to get this resolved.

Pros

It is fairly easy to use, my employees like it and it was easy to implement. Our employees enjoy using it to track time and see their hours on the app.

Cons

Every extra, useful feature seems to cost more. I am not sure about the value for the money. At the level we are using it and the amount we are paying it seems okay.

I have been enjoying Connecteam, especially since our business was coming from minimal organization before using multiple apps for our resources. I enjoy how easy it is to use, all of the different resources it can provide and I love being able to schedule out updates/ quizzes in advance to get things done ahead of time.

Pros

Having all of our team documents and communications in one place! It has been a smooth transition over from our previous process, and it seems like every day we learn something new we can do or add to make things easier and more accessible for our staff. I love the feature that reminds or prompts an update/task upon opening the app.

Cons

Learning the UI was a little bit of a catch, but after some use it has become very simple and easy. Our staff has mentioned it can feel overwhelming at times with the amount of updates or quizzes they have to do, but that is no fault to Connecteam.

The challenge I have is a feature that would be great to have: basic payroll features connected to staff timesheets that are so great to use, or even if there was a template in forms for generating pay slips.

I have enjoyed exploring the capabilities of Connecteams, and I think we are only scraping the surface with all of the things that Connecteams is capable of. With Connecteams, we can build customizable templates to manage our data accordingly in an easy seamless feature. Forms can be structured this way too. It's great.

Pros

I like that Connecteams is user firendly. Staff find it easy to learn new concepts and processes, thanks to Connecteams.

Cons

I would be interested to see of Connecteams could be compatible and integrated with our other work Apps, like Workhub, or Abadata.

Connecteam has been a game-changer for our NEMT operation. Clock-ins sync straight to QuickBooks, schedules update in real time, and drivers always know where they’re headed—even on spotty mountain cell service. Since rolling it out, we’ve trimmed payroll prep from half a day to under an hour and cut “I forgot my schedule” calls to near zero. If the team adds document signing and VOIP, it’ll be the only workforce app we need.

Pros

Simple, intuitive interface – new drivers figure it out in minutes. Rock-solid time-tracking & GPS breadcrumbs keep payroll tight and compliant. Scheduling tools make it easy to juggle 80-plus drivers across rural New Mexico. In-app chat and task checklists cut down on radio chatter and sticky notes. Great value for the feature set, and support actually answers the phone.

Cons

No built-in document-signing workflow (we still chase wet signatures or pay for a separate e-sign platform). Lacks a native VOIP/soft-phone option—would love to take calls right inside the app. Occasional lag on push notifications after major updates. Permissions matrix can feel clunky for larger teams.

This platform is all inclusive - scheduler, communications, time off, timesheet, and more, but you can choose which portions of the platform best fit your business needs. I receive regular (seems like at least weekly) notifications of improvements and have been impressed with the regular improvements.

Customer support, ease of use, TOTAL platform for managing employees - Schedule, Time off, Clock in/out, forms, syncs with some payroll systems

Cons

It was a bit of a learning curve, likely due to so many customization options. Some features only available if you purchase the full platform.

Between the AI chat feature that actually helps you learn the platform, the live webinars, the Facebook community, and the Connecteam setup team, we’ve never felt like we were figuring things out on our own. ### "Connecteam - A Platform Worth Investing In"

I have used Connecteam for over a year, and it became one of my favorite platforms that I have worked on so far. When I struggled with something (as a new user) the support team assisted me timely and well. Apart from their Support Team, they also have a YouTube channel that helped me and the team greatly in getting familiar with how everything flows on the platform. I highly recommend this platform for any business and team that make use of a calendar/bookings that needs to be updated daily.

Pros

What I like most about Connecteam is how the sections are all set out and then how they connect with each other as a whole. As I worked with a cleaning company and team, we needed to create jobs, add new team members and book cleanings on a regular basis, which all flowed easy. It was great that the team members could use the app to Check-in with their location (for their safety), complete Forms (plus add photos of work completed) and track their hours with the Timeclock (for keeping track of their weekly payments). If they struggled with something on the platform, we could assist them and sort it out while they continued with the work.

Cons

I struggled at the beginning, when I was new to the platform and all its features, which is normal for a newbie. I honestly do not have anything that I do not like about Connecteam. It is a platform that flow well for me.

It also helped eliminate some of the first-day confusion that usually comes with starting a new job. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The app occasionally lagged when switching between modules, and it wasn’t always clear where to find saved documents. A few sections felt repetitive, especially around company values, and might benefit from being consolidated. Still, overall, it’s an effective and thoughtful tool for onboarding.

Pros
