My experience with the software has been great so far. I like how open and transparent it is in both recognizing and giving rewards to employees . It's leaderboard feature is something that really motivates employees to work even harder, But the best thing about it is the variety of gift cards available to redeem points.

Pros

It's rewarding system is the best thing about it. Plus the variety of gift cards it offers to employees. Customer support is also good.

Cons

If we don't redeem the reward points on time then the system will spam us with email to redeem the points.

Overall, my experience with Xoxoday was positive. The platform is strong in its core purpose of managing rewards, incentives, and gifting at scale. It helped streamline what can otherwise be a time‑consuming administrative process. That said, there were moments where the platform felt less intuitive, especially when navigating more advanced features or customizing certain workflows. Reporting and configuration sometimes required additional effort or support. Despite this, Xoxoday remains a reliable and effective solution for organizations looking to deliver flexible, impactful reward and incentive programs, especially once users become familiar with the system.

Pros

What I liked most about Xoxoday was its wide variety of reward and incentive options combined with an easy‑to‑use platform. It made managing gifts, incentives, and employee or customer rewards very efficient, especially with its global catalogue and flexible redemption choices. I also appreciated how smoothly it handled distribution and tracking, which reduced administrative effort while still delivering a personalized and engaging reward experience.

Cons

What I liked least about Xoxoday was that some parts of the platform felt less intuitive, particularly when navigating advanced features or managing detailed reporting. At times, the user interface could feel slightly cluttered, and configuring certain reward workflows required a bit more guidance than expected. Additionally, depending on the region or reward type, availability and redemption experiences could be inconsistent, which occasionally limited flexibility.

### "They know how to scam"

When you try to scam people, it's not funny.

Pros

They try to replicate the process of social media by allowing users to post contents, like and share.

Cons

The reward points allocated to you by your company will be stolen by Empuls. The points will magically disappear. When queried, they will point to a hidden Terms and conditions, mentioning that points will expire within a certain amount of days. They won't refund. It's all gone.

### "A Xoxoday Consumer, 365 Days/Year"

Our company's overall experience with them has been a positive one. The relationship has always been good, Xoxoday's customer service and management team are always quick to respond and handle any inquiries.

Pros

Their online platform is relatively simple to use when placing orders, especially when you take into consideration that our systems aren't integrated. Only the tools you need are there -- no endless and useless navigational links or buttons. It's clean, simple and effortless.

Cons

From my point of view there aren't many cons. If anything, just the ability to change customer email addresses on a completed order is the only thing missing. Right now, you can only click a "Resend Voucher: button and it's sent to the same email address.

Pretty good. Helps me to appreciate my friends for all the help. We get some extra cash to look forward too. Leaderboard is also exciting. Definitely recommended to anyone who is looking to try.

Pros

Everyone loves to be rewarded for all the good work they do and empuls helps to make that easy. This is one of the best platforms that allows you to award your employees within different categories and send them a bonus that can be redeemed for hundreds of vouchers. The user interface is great and easy to use and there are hardly any issues with the website. Rewards come pretty quickly as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to start with employee recognitions in their company.

Cons

Only thing I don’t like about empuls is that their platform randomly removes voucher from the store without any warning. This is irritating some times. Also the customer service needs improvement! That’s all.

### "Great service idea but a terrible customer service"

Not great, poor customer service and sloppiness with financial obligations towards customer canceled any positive product features.

Pros

The platform provides an easy way to send rewards to customers and partner networks. It also offers large automation and integration capabilities.

Cons

The customer service is terrible, and if you are maintaining high standards in your bookkeeping, I wouldn't recommend using the service. It took 3-5 tries to issue a proper invoice in euros coming from a European office of the company (vs an invoice in Rupees from an Indian company). The account manager guided me through the process of paying for a cash deposit to refill the XOXO balance via a third-party platform. Once the payment has been through and the balance replenished, it took ages to get proper invoices for the operation. And to my surprise, only a part of a transaction has been invoiced. The third-party payment tool (Payoneer) commission has not been invoiced, although before making a financial transaction I specified that I need a proper invoice for this operation. The XOXO account manager just sent me to the Payoneer customer service (where I cannot get any proper reply) and stopped answering my emails. Now because of XOXO's negligence, we're facing problems with the financial audit. So I wouldn't recommend that any business that wants to keep their financials in order uses the platform.

### "Designed to make money on expired rewards"

Pros

My employer started using this platform and sent me some rewards over past two years. Recently I noticed that $250 worth of rewards were expired few months back. I was never sent any reminder from this platform and customer support says that there is no way to get them back now. Also they did not tell me if the expired rewards were sent back to my employer or were monetized by the platform.

Cons

No customer loyalty, looks like the entire platform is designed to make money on expired rewards
