Pros

\- With our teams spread across different geographies, it cuts down on the hassle of deciding what to give them as gifts as they can choose on their own - The automated email triggers are the best for reoccurring events like work anniversaries, birthday's, etc - It is also great that we can allocate certain budget to specific events - I am also really happy with the engagement ideas that are present in the help section - Love how we can create and give badges - small motivations which can be easily given even on a daily basis

Cons

I think Empuls is a great platform to have, especially for a remote company like ours. Just one thing that I do not like much is the wait time for gift vouchers if I am ordering for any other country. For instance, I had to order form Nike gift vouchers for our CEO from Sweden, it took a good 8 days for the voucher codes to arrive. I believe this is an area for improvement.

### "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EVERT"

I have a gift voucher that I need replaced, as that store brand only has 5 branches where you can use the voucher. Unfortunately, only one of those branches is near my area. I went there and discovered that that branch is actually closed already. I first reached out to Giftaway, who was nice enough to attempt to assist me, and advised they can assist me if I still want to try to use that voucher on a branch they can locate. They also gave me the option to reach out to Xoxoday - which has been the WORST experience I have received. Their excuses: a) I cannot open the voucher (even though I gave them the link, a screenshot containing the code) b) They want me to reach out to my company's support team instead BECAUSE they cannot do anything for me (which is such an amateurish response). c) When I asked why EXACTLY do I need to reach out to my company's support team, and what INFO they NEED to finally assist me - THEY DONT RESPOND d) They then spammed me with multiple automated emails, saying "Here is your ticket link for the concern" - which I CANNOT ACCESS. Seriously, DONT USE THIS COMPANY, very unprofessional customer service

Pros

They respond FAST (even on weekends) - but their responses are scripted and does not help me resolve my concern AT ALL

Cons

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT I have ever dealt with. Gives me automated responses for a turnaround, and does not attempt to assist me AT ALL

It is a DIY tool. Changes can be made whenever needed.

Cons

Not easy. Most of it is already there. May be the design can improve.

Overall this is a solid product and I would recommend it to other organizations.

Pros

This platform is well designed and is an great tool for employee engagement. The analytics portion of the platform is very useful to track and engage with our organization.

Cons

We wish that we could filter posts on the main page and then to be able to give points to employees that is not always posted publicly. Managers would like the option for public and private appreciation.

Pros

Great way to easily implement engagement practices. If you are someone who is interested in focusing on data-driven engagement insights, this is the way to go!

Cons

Great for large teams who already ave some type of engagement practices. Not great for small teams with no engagement foundation.

It has definitely helped in creating a good atmosphere amongst colleague where they can appreciate & encourage each other in ways that means more than just words & hence one actually feels rewarded for their hard work.

Pros

One 9f the best things about Empuls is there vast reward options. They have rewards for every category so that a person will definitely find something if their desire to redeem their points for.

Cons

One thing I couldnt find was the option to redeem your points for cash which was available on our previous platform - bonus.ly.

Pros

Fast, easy and efficient. Wide range of denomination.

Cons

Whenever number of vouchers are less we receive vouchers within the emails. We would recommend to send the vouchers within the excel format only. It would be great to have a voucher final status report. We would like to know how many of our users are actually redeeming ther vouchers before it gets expired.

Reason for choosing Xoxoday

We were using paytm and still using the same. Xoxoday is an additional alternative for amazon vouchers. We wanted to have amazon vouchers in our reward list as paytm and amazon are the two market leaders. Moreover we took this decision based on the results from a quick survey administered within our panelists.

The most impactful feature is the peer-to-peer recognition. It happens on a click of a button! And the whole organization knows about it!

Cons

I believe that the survey part of it can be improved. It is not easy to set up and launch a survey. There should also be an option to conduct quizzes.

### "A wonderful tool for employee recognition and engagement"

Employee engagement has skyrocketed. Instead of we having to decide the rewards, the employees now choose their own rewards which make it more meaningful for them.

Pros

This tool made it extremely easy for us to implement the employee recognition and engagement program. You create a budget, encourage the people to appreciate others, employees then redeem the points. This makes it setting up the rewards and driving engagement a breeze. The team also provides ideas in the form of a monthly engagement calendar which is a handy resource if you are falling short of ideas.

Cons

The UI could be a bit better which I think they have already taken care of in the new release to come.
