### "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EVERT"

I have a gift voucher that I need replaced, as that store brand only has 5 branches where you can use the voucher. Unfortunately, only one of those branches is near my area. I went there and discovered that that branch is actually closed already. I first reached out to Giftaway, who was nice enough to attempt to assist me, and advised they can assist me if I still want to try to use that voucher on a branch they can locate. They also gave me the option to reach out to Xoxoday - which has been the WORST experience I have received. Their excuses: a) I cannot open the voucher (even though I gave them the link, a screenshot containing the code) b) They want me to reach out to my company's support team instead BECAUSE they cannot do anything for me (which is such an amateurish response). c) When I asked why EXACTLY do I need to reach out to my company's support team, and what INFO they NEED to finally assist me - THEY DONT RESPOND d) They then spammed me with multiple automated emails, saying "Here is your ticket link for the concern" - which I CANNOT ACCESS. Seriously, DONT USE THIS COMPANY, very unprofessional customer service

Pros

They respond FAST (even on weekends) - but their responses are scripted and does not help me resolve my concern AT ALL

Cons

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT I have ever dealt with. Gives me automated responses for a turnaround, and does not attempt to assist me AT ALL

\- With our teams spread across different geographies, it cuts down on the hassle of deciding what to give them as gifts as they can choose on their own - The automated email triggers are the best for reoccurring events like work anniversaries, birthday's, etc - It is also great that we can allocate certain budget to specific events - I am also really happy with the engagement ideas that are present in the help section - Love how we can create and give badges - small motivations which can be easily given even on a daily basis

Cons

I think Empuls is a great platform to have, especially for a remote company like ours. Just one thing that I do not like much is the wait time for gift vouchers if I am ordering for any other country. For instance, I had to order form Nike gift vouchers for our CEO from Sweden, it took a good 8 days for the voucher codes to arrive. I believe this is an area for improvement.

It is a DIY tool. Changes can be made whenever needed.

Not easy. Most of it is already there. May be the design can improve.

One 9f the best things about Empuls is there vast reward options. They have rewards for every category so that a person will definitely find something if their desire to redeem their points for.

Cons

One thing I couldnt find was the option to redeem your points for cash which was available on our previous platform - bonus.ly.

Our company's overall experience with them has been a positive one. The relationship has always been good, Xoxoday's customer service and management team are always quick to respond and handle any inquiries.

Pros

Their online platform is relatively simple to use when placing orders, especially when you take into consideration that our systems aren't integrated. Only the tools you need are there -- no endless and useless navigational links or buttons. It's clean, simple and effortless.

Cons

From my point of view there aren't many cons. If anything, just the ability to change customer email addresses on a completed order is the only thing missing. Right now, you can only click a "Resend Voucher: button and it's sent to the same email address.

Pretty good. Helps me to appreciate my friends for all the help. We get some extra cash to look forward too. Leaderboard is also exciting. Definitely recommended to anyone who is looking to try.

Pros

Everyone loves to be rewarded for all the good work they do and empuls helps to make that easy. This is one of the best platforms that allows you to award your employees within different categories and send them a bonus that can be redeemed for hundreds of vouchers. The user interface is great and easy to use and there are hardly any issues with the website. Rewards come pretty quickly as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to start with employee recognitions in their company.

Cons

Only thing I don’t like about empuls is that their platform randomly removes voucher from the store without any warning. This is irritating some times. Also the customer service needs improvement! That’s all.

### "Great service idea but a terrible customer service"

Not great, poor customer service and sloppiness with financial obligations towards customer canceled any positive product features.

Pros

The platform provides an easy way to send rewards to customers and partner networks. It also offers large automation and integration capabilities.

Cons

The customer service is terrible, and if you are maintaining high standards in your bookkeeping, I wouldn't recommend using the service. It took 3-5 tries to issue a proper invoice in euros coming from a European office of the company (vs an invoice in Rupees from an Indian company). The account manager guided me through the process of paying for a cash deposit to refill the XOXO balance via a third-party platform. Once the payment has been through and the balance replenished, it took ages to get proper invoices for the operation. And to my surprise, only a part of a transaction has been invoiced. The third-party payment tool (Payoneer) commission has not been invoiced, although before making a financial transaction I specified that I need a proper invoice for this operation. The XOXO account manager just sent me to the Payoneer customer service (where I cannot get any proper reply) and stopped answering my emails. Now because of XOXO's negligence, we're facing problems with the financial audit. So I wouldn't recommend that any business that wants to keep their financials in order uses the platform.
