The best part of Xoxo Plum is that the end user can receive the gift card for any of the services listed in his country. This will eliminate the regional currency problem that companies face while running a high scale reward program Cons Customisation options are decent enough but needs improvement. Pros It’s a very accessible way to manage rewards that are ethical which is very important for us to choose and predetermine the retail partners that are aligned with our policies. Cons It seems to be quite confusing to new recipients. Maybe more explanation to new users. Topping up led to some issues due to conversion through the Indian currency but I am told this is being addressed. Reason for choosing Xoxoday Giftpay was again limiting to us on ethical grounds and didn’t allow us to pre-approve the companies and only permitted big corporates and not small retailers. Pros The e-vouchers are readily available and are generated within minutes that make this app a great place to buy any vouchers that we may require. Cons Initially, I did notice that Amazon and Flipkart vouchers used to be in expired state when I tried buying which got resolved later but was inconvenient at that time. Also you get a demo from their team after you sign up for free. - Gift cards can be sent across in multiple currencies to users all over the world. - Dashboard is easily accessible and easy to understand. - Variety of gift cards are available in all currencies. Cons \- Did not find any con as such in Xoxoday, however a suggestion for developing a self service platform for small businesses that want to sell gift cards would be a great addition.
