Pros

I have actually looking for vouchers to distribute as gift within my team. The support staff was very helpful in guiding us with the process. The website actually hold a lot of options of vouchers. We have explored vouchers for Myntra, Amazon and believe for some retail outlets. The over all experience was good.

Cons

Not with website...during our email interaction...there was a YouTube video link shared with us on the process to redeem vouchers. The video was not accessible and we realized it after we published it to the team.

Its really great association with XOXO we have almost completed 10-15 orders with XOXO till now and we are really happy with experience.

Pros

\- They have wider options available for choice. - Easy to add coupon code. - Better customer support. - Good quality of products.

\- They should allow replacing the voucher if selected by mistakenly. - They should have more discounts.

Pros

\- Very nice product. - Very professional look and classy trophies and certificates - Experience vouchers are also very innovative.

Cons

\- Service is very very poor. - There is no sync in internal teams - Finance and sales. - Products ordered do not reach on time. Even if it reaches, delivery if of half the products ordered. - no customer ease. it becomes very difficult and inconvenient to keep calling vendor again and again for 1 order.

Appreciate the overall experience i had with XOXO team and their exciting gift vouchers/Products.

Pros

Easy to use. Our CG Employees really enjoys shopping with using gift vouchers with given multiple buying product options. Just awesome!!

Cons

No it was easy to use with simple instructions to be followed while using xoxo gift vouchers. I have not seen any difficulties nor i have received any complaints from our employees as well!
