### "One platform that brings employee engagement together"

We moved from multiple tools handling surveys, gifting, and recognition separately to one platform. That alone reduced a lot of vendor management work. Employee adoption was better than expected, especially after the Slack rollout.

Pros

The biggest win has been removing manual work from our recognition programs. Milestones like birthdays and anniversaries are automated now. No more chasing reminders. The rewards catalogue covers multiple countries, so employees actually find options they care about. Slack and MS Teams integration means people don't need to log into a separate tool. Recognition just happens in their daily workflow. The AI nudges that flag unrecognised employees are genuinely useful.

Cons

There are many configuration options, which are powerful but overwhelming at first. Custom reporting needs more flexibility. You often have to download data separately instead of building views inside the platform. Support is responsive, but the resolution time for non-critical issues could be faster.

My experience with the software has been great so far. I like how open and transparent it is in both recognizing and giving rewards to employees . It's leaderboard feature is something that really motivates employees to work even harder, But the best thing about it is the variety of gift cards available to redeem points.

Pros

It's rewarding system is the best thing about it. Plus the variety of gift cards it offers to employees. Customer support is also good.

Cons

If we don't redeem the reward points on time then the system will spam us with email to redeem the points.

### "They know how to scam"

When you try to scam people, it's not funny.

Pros

They try to replicate the process of social media by allowing users to post contents, like and share.

Cons

The reward points allocated to you by your company will be stolen by Empuls. The points will magically disappear. When queried, they will point to a hidden Terms and conditions, mentioning that points will expire within a certain amount of days. They won't refund. It's all gone.

Pros

Their Plum product, which have massive catalogue, products from around the world, and most are instant delivered, which I like the most.

Cons

What I like the lease about Xoxoday, are the issue their admin panel has, always same payment related issues, which takes days to weeks to solve even a small issue.

What I liked most about Xoxoday was its wide variety of reward and incentive options combined with an easy‑to‑use platform. It made managing gifts, incentives, and employee or customer rewards very efficient, especially with its global catalogue and flexible redemption choices. I also appreciated how smoothly it handled distribution and tracking, which reduced administrative effort while still delivering a personalized and engaging reward experience.

Cons

What I liked least about Xoxoday was that some parts of the platform felt less intuitive, particularly when navigating advanced features or managing detailed reporting. At times, the user interface could feel slightly cluttered, and configuring certain reward workflows required a bit more guidance than expected. \- With our teams spread across different geographies, it cuts down on the hassle of deciding what to give them as gifts as they can choose on their own - The automated email triggers are the best for reoccurring events like work anniversaries, birthday's, etc - It is also great that we can allocate certain budget to specific events - I am also really happy with the engagement ideas that are present in the help section - Love how we can create and give badges - small motivations which can be easily given even on a daily basis

Cons

I think Empuls is a great platform to have, especially for a remote company like ours. Just one thing that I do not like much is the wait time for gift vouchers if I am ordering for any other country. For instance, I had to order form Nike gift vouchers for our CEO from Sweden, it took a good 8 days for the voucher codes to arrive. I believe this is an area for improvement.

Fast, easy and efficient. Wide range of denomination.

Cons

Whenever number of vouchers are less we receive vouchers within the emails. We would recommend to send the vouchers within the excel format only. It would be great to have a voucher final status report. We would like to know how many of our users are actually redeeming ther vouchers before it gets expired.

Reason for choosing Xoxoday

We were using paytm and still using the same. Xoxoday is an additional alternative for amazon vouchers. We wanted to have amazon vouchers in our reward list as paytm and amazon are the two market leaders. Moreover we took this decision based on the results from a quick survey administered within our panelists.

It has been good. The product has improved over the period of time and it is still capable of doing more!

Pros

The most impactful feature is the peer-to-peer recognition. It happens on a click of a button! And the whole organization knows about it!

Cons

I believe that the survey part of it can be improved. It is not easy to set up and launch a survey. There should also be an option to conduct quizzes.

Employee engagement has skyrocketed. Instead of we having to decide the rewards, the employees now choose their own rewards which make it more meaningful for them.

Pros

This tool made it extremely easy for us to implement the employee recognition and engagement program. You create a budget, encourage the people to appreciate others, employees then redeem the points. This makes it setting up the rewards and driving engagement a breeze. The team also provides ideas in the form of a monthly engagement calendar which is a handy resource if you are falling short of ideas.

Cons

The UI could be a bit better which I think they have already taken care of in the new release to come.
