Overall, I found some rental listings to be out of date, and some properties to be poorly promoted, but my overall experience with Rentberry was positive. I was able to find my properties very easily and quickly due to how easy it is to navigate the interface. When I needed help, I received fast responses from customer service as well as an overall feeling of comfort in my selections due to the verification of the listing. The only negative comment I have is some of the listings did not have current or usable photos for viewing on the internet; however, this did not impact how I used the site at all. Pros The interface is easy to use, great customer service, a verified listing, and a fast and smooth process to use. Cons Overall my experience is Good but A few of the listings were in need of updated photos, or had out-dated information. I saved so much time during this process as well as eliminated some of the stress that I normally experience when looking for an apartment, and I felt secure and confident that the person/people I dealt with on the rental agreement were legitimate, trustworthy individuals who owned that property. It makes my life much easier by allowing me to eliminate the hassle of going back and forth with tenants and successfully locate able tenants, and it is especially useful for landlords who may have multiple properties to manage or who live out of town.
