" April 28, 2026 5.0 Overall I had a really great experience with Rentberry. I was able to find the perfect rental property within a short period of time. I was able to do the entire transaction online with no issues and the transparency of the online transactions, along with all of the parties involved in my transaction, gave me confidence in my decision. I believe that even though some of the postings may need to be updated, all other aspects were very seamless and I did not experience any problems, which made the rental experience for me very hassle-free. Pros This system is very easy to use and makes finding your next rental easier. I like that the listings have been verified, therefore I know that they are what they say they are, and the property owners usually respond to my requests for information quickly. Because everything is done online, from searching and searching through properties to signing with the owners, greatly increases my feelings of easiness and speed of finding a new place to live. Cons Some of the postings would benefit from better pictures and more recent pictures. Also, on some postings the posting information was not exactly as described in the actual rented property, which caused confusion to me while looking for a place to rent. I tried to list my properties and it didn't work properly. Then I tried to reach customer support and I think the person wasn't trained enough to use the system either. So, no big help. Their syndication service made my life easier as well. My posting were sent to other rental sites. I like that they do tenant screening. So I received applications of renters as well as their credit reports and background checks. One more great feature that they have is e-signing of rental contract. I just uploaded my lease agreement and then received a signed contract back. They use HelloSign service for lease signing so I didn't worry that something would go wrong. The e-signing saved me a lot of time. The platform is absolutely free and very convenient in use. Pros They offer to sign a rental agreement online. Cons There are no such.
