I tried to list my properties and it didn't work properly. Then I tried to reach customer support and I think the person wasn't trained enough to use the system either. So, no big help. Their syndication service made my life easier as well. My posting were sent to other rental sites. I like that they do tenant screening. So I received applications of renters as well as their credit reports and background checks. One more great feature that they have is e-signing of rental contract. I just uploaded my lease agreement and then received a signed contract back. They use HelloSign service for lease signing so I didn't worry that something would go wrong.
