However, I have two apartments to let, so now and then I am forced to deal with tenant screening, credit checks and etc. I learned about Rentberry from Vanity Fair and decided to find out how it works. I have to admit that it is great. It saved me hours because I did not have to post my offer on each and every real estate listing site out there. They did it for me. My offer was posted on 10 or 12 sites, I do not remember exactly. Plus, I uploaded my own lease agreement and my tenant signed it online.
