Buyapowa has been a strong partner for us. The team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond when we need support, even on tight timelines. When we use the program actively, it performs well, and we can see clear potential for growth. Their hands-on approach makes a real difference, and we appreciate how closely they collaborate with us. We feel ethically and professionally aligned: when a partner invests in us, we invest back. It’s been a very positive experience. Overall, Buyapowa has been a fantastic partner to work with. They are responsive, agile, and willing to go above and beyond, even on very short timelines. In telco, timing is everything, and they understand that better than most vendors. When I ask for help, they act fast. When something is unclear, they walk me through it. They’ve supported us in ways that genuinely make a difference. The team is close-knit, thoughtful, and invested in our success.

The platform works well for us and has real potential when used consistently. The Buyapowa team is small, responsive, and able to move quickly. When we ask for support, they act fast and collaborate closely end-to-end. The company feels close-knit and hands-on, even at senior levels. The leadership is hands-on in the best possible way. They move quickly when we need urgency , and they open doors internally to ensure our program gets attention. It says a lot about the company culture. They don’t hide behind processes or layers, they act. That urgency and ownership is rare, and it benefits us directly.

Cons

Most of our challenges weren’t about Buyapowa at all, they were internal. The program has huge potential, but we weren’t dedicating enough time or resources to it. Once we shifted our focus and worked closely with their team, things started to move quickly and effectively. We needed more internal ownership and consistency to see the full value of the platform. No major product cons at this stage, especially now that we are dedicating more time to the program.

Pros

The Buyapowa team goes above and beyond. Product, Content, and Engineering are quick to support us and always find solutions. It feels like a group that genuinely cares about client success. We appreciate how collaborative the broader Buyapowa team is. Product and Engineering respond fast when we raise questions, and the Content team helps us refine our customer-facing material with minimal lift on our side. The platform is backed by a team that works hard to keep things smooth. Any time we have needed help, the right people across Product, Tech, and CS jumped in and turned things around quickly. The cross-functional support is excellent. Product works with us on improvements. Engineering steps in to solve issues fast. The Content team makes it easy for us to launch and promote campaigns. Buyapowa has been a reliable and supportive partner. They help us drive engagement and they act quickly when we need something. Buyapowa gives us a reliable and structured way to run our referral program. It helps us drive more customer engagement and makes it easy for people to share and participate.

Cons

Nothing major. Any small issues we raised were actioned fast. We wanted the ability to make minor edits ourselves. Buyapowa responded right away and gave us controlled access that keeps the program safe but flexible. The speed and care of the implementation stood out.

Pros

I'm a Senior Enterprise Developer and worked on integrating Buyapowa for our company's referral program. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with how straightforward the platform is to work with, especially from a developer’s perspective. The portal UI/UX is clean, simple, and thoughtfully designed. Most things are easy to find, and I was able to figure out the majority of the setup and configuration on my own without constantly needing documentation or support. From an integration standpoint, the APIs are solid and well documented. We used both the webhooks and the reporting APIs, and everything behaved as expected. After a few email exchanges to clarify some edge cases, the integration went smoothly end to end. What really stood out is how flexible the platform is. Buyapowa supports everything from basic referral reward distribution to fairly complex referral workflows and routing logic. We actually used both extremes for two different use cases, and the platform handled them without any issues. Kudos to the consultants! They were always available and accountable. We got all the support we needed from the day 1 to till the go live.

Cons

I don't really have anything I can point out. May be name "Buyapowa" doesn't ring well. Or maybe it's just me. I am not aware of the pricing since our company's Marketing team took care of it all. So, I can't really comment on it.

The flexibility of the programme and the endless technical support has also been brilliant and meant that the set up was smooth. Overwhelmingly positive. I don't think I have another external partner that does as much as BuyaPowa does, and at the speed they deliver.

Pros

BuyaPowa has a team full of powerhouses. They take their time to come visit us in person and talk things through with whoever we want. They are willing to help us come up with new ideas and innovate to make our relationship stronger. The client success manager I am paired with, \[sensitive content hidden\], is probably the best external partner I have. He is always at the ready to respond to my questions and relay information to the appropriate teams.

Cons

With the company that I work with, there is a lot of politics that come to decision, but sometimes there are things that I can't change but I am asked to pitch it to someone multiple times.

Overall my experience with Buyapowa is very positive, after almost a year we are still finding new ways to push the platform and get the most out of the service. Each step of the way is supported by a great team. Very impressed.

Pros

From the beginning the account team at Buyapowa were fantastic at helping us integrate the system into our current processes. We have used the system as initially intended, but have also adapted the journey slightly to provide incentives for our users. Buyapowa have been very supportive and creative in this process. My favourite aspects of the software itself are its tracking facilities and its templates.

Cons

The implementation of the platform into our processes at first can be overwhelming in its setup, however this is why Buyapowa have such a strong customer team.

Overall, Buyapowa allows us to enable a referral program for multiple types of customers at our organization. They seamlessly manage the leads and the reward distribution, creating more efficiency for the program and less of a strain on our resources.

Pros

What I like most about Buyapowa is the easy-to-use portal that allows visibility into the number of signups, shares and referrals. Generating reporting from this platform is also simple to use! The Buyapowa platform also allows visibility for our referral customers to see how successful they have been and when they can expect their reward. Additionally, my experience with our Client Success Manager has been excellent. \[sensitive content hidden\] is attentive, responsive and dedicated to the customer experience. He ensures that our problems are solved quickly and ensures that our program is running to expected levels.

Cons

What I like least about Buyapowa is the marketing campaign (email) template - it is not very flexible so it doesn't allow for adjustments to make it feel more on brand. Additionally, we use the email journey to market to our customers but there is no user-friendly way to look at the email metrics and see where customers are falling out of the lead funnel. Having this information would be helpful for users and allow us to make impactful changes to our campaigns.

Overall my experience has been positive and offers us a robust solution to deliver referral programme. Partnership has been in place for over a year and still finding new ways to maximise the platform and service. Good team set up and Client Success Manager pulls in other Buyapowa team members with specific expertise when needed to discuss content, technical or other ideas.

Pros

Easy to use portal that allows visibility into the number of signups, referrals and more. Generating reports from the platform is made simple and easy to review top level data. Client Success Manager is great to work with, engaged in any new developments and dedicated to the customer experience. Simple integration and management of new rewards.

Cons

My only challenge is the system's inflexibility to deliver new campaign email templates or ad hoc campaign capability, which would be an added bonus as the reporting offers actionable insights and interesting trends.
