### "Online Editable CMS for projects and collaborate Team works!"

February 19, 2021

4.0

It's an amazing productive modern headless CMS, The experience of working with Prismic.io CMS feels good because we have a lot of freedom in website design and development, also teamwork is very easy. It does not matter how many people work on the project from several different locations at the same time, everyone does their job. It's SUPER FAST!

Pros

The ability to edit code online in a team makes good sense for a developer. There are no restrictions on the choice of website development tools and everything is available to you. I use my favorite Framework and Technology and deploy my final project on our organization web-hosting server. I am free to make any changes and our content development and developers team are happy to work with PRISMIC.IO, Things are done faster and with more coordination.

Cons

The number of samples of pre-built themes is nt enough and if must be more, the work can be easier. ‌ Because some projects do not need to be designed and built from scratch , and more demo and pre-built themes will save time.

### "Good website content management "

February 19, 2024

4.0

Pros

It’s easy to understand and use, even if you don’t have a tech background. Looks professional and you can add SEO tags per page

Cons

Content doesn’t always fit easily, sometimes it’s doesn’t align. It doesn’t always publish content immediately. It doesn’t allow for different desktop sizes, so content isn’t the same on different size screens.

### "A fully customisable and flexible CMS"

February 9, 2023

4.0

Overall, its been an excellent product, plenty of scope to create even more components and increase the options we have for creating pages. Prismic staff provided a great tutorial in the early stages to.

Pros

The software is generally very intuitive, its clearly laid out and simple to publish and revert changes. Adding less experienced members of the team as editors is an option because of how simple the UI is. While in other CMS software's, the interface was so confusing we couldn't really do this.

Cons

The initial set up of components is time consuming and required some tutoring from Prismic staff, while this is understandable because of the flexibility of the software, we couldn't hit the ground running as fast as we would have liked.

### "The future of content management"

January 31, 2021

5.0

Integrating Prismic was a great experience, from the content type definition to the development experience.

Pros

With Prismic it's not just easy to set up and manage your content, it's almost fun. You have extreme flexibility and a great user experience.

Cons

The way API and bandwidth quotas are managed is not ideal. For high traffic usage, it might get very expensive to the point where you need to build a bespoke caching / optimisation layer.

Switched from

[WordPress](https://www.capterra.com/p/131687/WordPress/)

The amount of effort that is required to customise something in Prismic is on a completely different level than Wordpress, both from a code and configuration point of view. Plus, for Prismic, you don't need to care about securing and scaling the hosting side of things as it's a Saas solution.

### "Integrating prismic.io in our new health startup was one of the best technical decisions we've made!"

July 26, 2017

5.0

Pros

The fact that the platform is self explanatory because of its superior user experience is fantastic. From content editors to developers, everyone understands and accepts it instantly. The prismic.io team is incredibly reactive and helpful. They develop the platform with an incredible pace and involve the community in new features and improvements.

Cons

The API could be extended and grown with topics like writing documents, authentication, user management and more. This could allow the community to create integrations and make the prismic.io platform even more powerful.

### "Very affordable"

December 5, 2019

5.0

The software looks good, is relatively easy to use and very affordable.

Pros

Headless CMSses are still quite new to me, and Prismic was the first to try. So far it feels good and robust.

Cons

Hard to say because we've just started using it and so far it seems to do the job well and we'll continue to implement. The videos on youtube could be better if they dig a bit deeper with hand-on examples.
