We never seldom used their product. I would recommend NOT using them. There are better products out there. Cons I tried to cancel my account and was told it automatically renewed. I missed the cutoff date by 2 days. I stayed on another year because they were going to charge me termination fees. The following year I tried to cancel two weeks before end of contract. They never responded until after the renewal date. Now they are trying to charge me termination fees again. Worst customer service ever. Do not use them. I think the reminder of each time you hard accelerate or brake has made me more aware of safer driving techniques Pros Azuga fleet aids me with tracking my mileage for business trips. It’s nice to be able to look back and verify your daily mileage if you forget to manually log your day. Cons Speed limit scoring isn’t up to date with local speed limit changes. I’m graded down each time I drive the speed limit on a 10 mile stretch of road now that the local county raised the limit from 45 to 55 mph. By having Azuga in the cars I feel more protected and I know my company is also protected by its great camera features. Pros I like the ease of using Azuga Fleet. When getting in the car it automatically connects and I don't have to waste time trying to connect manually. Cons At times the cameras are more sensitive than they should be. If you put your hand up to your head and arm on the window seal it will think you are talking on the phone. Cons The thing I like least about the app is that there have been some minor bugs within the app where I questioned if it was tracking correctly.
