### "Azuga Fleet Value"

Our relationship with Azuga has been positive from day ONE. When we have had an issue, they are handled it quickly and professionally. A superior company to work with - they make their customers feel valued (unlike others in the industry that require long terms contracts that automatically renew).

Pros

The product from Azuga is the most valuable on the market. Even though it is very reasonably priced, the features offered from Azuga are far more valuable than its price. We have used competitive products, but Azuga - by far - is the best value for the money. Cannot recommend a product of this type any higher.

Cons

nothing - we have had no issues with the product and no complaints. Customer service is outstanding.

Pros

Helps in maintaining my Speed and Braking thus making me a better more careful Driver even in my personal vehicle.

Cons

I feel that the "Aggressive Braking" is a bit too sensitive. A lot of times, especially in my territory, I have wildlife constantly jumping in front of me while driving.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business in my entire life. They take being a PITA to the extreme!

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

Everything! Their customer service was terrible. Their response time to issues was terrible. Their ignorance about their system was terrible.

### "Ease of Use "

Azuga is great for company cars. By having Azuga in the cars I feel more protected and I know my company is also protected by its great camera features.

Pros

I like the ease of using Azuga Fleet. When getting in the car it automatically connects and I don't have to waste time trying to connect manually.

Cons

At times the cameras are more sensitive than they should be. If you put your hand up to your head and arm on the window seal it will think you are talking on the phone.

What I like most about the app is the ability to see my score on a daily basis and use that to monitor my strengths and weaknesses while driving for my company.

Cons

The thing I like least about the app is that there have been some minor bugs within the app where I questioned if it was tracking correctly.

It does the job we want it to do. It’s a big help to know where our vehicles are at all time. I’m happy with the service provides.

Pros

It’s accurate to the times and locations it records. It is easy to use and understand. My favorite feature is the bread crumbs. This help when customers say we never showed up. It’s nice to have that record.

Cons

It can be a little slow at times to download the live feature and show accurate movement. Several times I’ve checked it with a vehicle at the office and it says it hasn’t left an area it was at 30 minutes ago. For the most part it is right on the money.

Videos that I can watch to see what I done. And to watch other drivers that could cause a accident for proof that protect me

### "Driver tracking "

I use it daily to track drivers. I also use it to streamline our deliveries to save money of labor and fuel

Pros

Easy interface and well laid out design. I use this interface everyday to track drivers and to see how they are doing

Cons

I feel that scrolling all the way down can be too time consuming. There are also pings from places that I cannot tell if the driver stopped there or not

There is no doubt that it makes safer drivers and also gives supervisors a better understanding of the fleet drivers strengths and weakness.

Cons

It needs to be able to identify phone use more accurately, and to be a little more patient when drivers look away for a brief few seconds.

Terrible, I do not recommend to anyone!

Pros

Nothing, they have very poor management

Cons

Azuga does not even deserve one star! I regret to say that my experience with them has been deeply disappointing. Not only did they exhibit poor communication throughout our interaction, but there were also blatant discrepancies between what was promised in our contract and what was delivered. Their lack of transparency and failure to uphold their end of the agreement was disheartening. Despite assurances made in the contract, the actual service fell far short of expectations. Attempts to address these issues were met with further miscommunication and a lack of accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend Azuga based on my personal encounter. Potential customers should be cautious and thoroughly investigate any agreements before engaging with this company.

Overall, the tracking units work great and provide needed information for the business.

Pros

The web page is easy to use and navigate. It's also easy to edit vehicle information as needed.

Cons

The mobile phone app has issues when logging in. It seems to take a couple of minuets every time the app is opened to access the vehicle information. It also runs slowly even when connected to wi-fi. I have also noticed that the breadcrumb report sometimes does not match the correct location to the timestamps.

Pretty Good! 5/5⭐️ There are some bugs like speeding dings over minor infractions especially on highway! But still an helpful software! Thanks!

Pros

I love the score I get on different aspects of driving. It really helps me to improve my hard breaking habit.

Cons

Speeding instructions are not clear, I think if I do 1 or 2Km over speed limit even on highway it would hit my overall score.

I’d never worked with anything like this before, but I appreciate the reinforcement of good habits and the daily feedback

Pros

The gamification of comparing scores is a great element. Within my first week at my job I was already comparing scores with my coworkers.

Cons

It’s not always clear why your score goes up or down. Some days you’ll think you were absolutely perfect and find you’ve lost a point and vice versa.

Pros

I like that it records while driving and keeps the information stored. The app is pretty neat, too, and very user friendly.

Cons

The wire can get in the way if it isn't secured. When driving, a loose cord can obstruct a clear view.

Terrible customer service, cheap not durable units. Would not recommend to anyone!

Pros

Nothing. Was hell from day one with Azuga!

Cons

Customer service is terrible. Most of the employees don’t know anything about the devices, kept shipping us wrong devices. Also at the last month of the session the units completely stopped working resulting in 10s of thousand of dollars in fines from my subcontractor in no GPS tracking. Ping rate is terrible. Could plow a whole site and it wouldn’t even update. When they first sent the units they didn’t even have the right wiring diagram. STAY AWAY from Azuga!!!!!

After over a year of frustration I finally got a manager to assign me a customer service agent in the US who could fix the spreadsheet of many issues needing corrections after much effort on my part.

Pros

I like the pricing the most for the product. I put up with the problems because of the pricing.

Cons

Dealing with customer service in India has been the most challenging part of my experience. They are nice and say they’ll send a return shipping label & never do without months of multiple follow up emails & calls. I don’t like that we have to pay for 30 extra days after a device is not being used & cancelled.

Reason for choosing Azuga Fleet

The price was lower than competition. That is the only reason. And that is what keeps me staying with Azuga & the issues I have to deal with.

### "Azuga daily use"

How fast people travel, fast starts, hard stops, miles driven. I hope marketing has 100’s of thousands of modules in stock so when Oregon starts up the program they will be available so you don’t get caught with your pants down! Suggest that when you send out the monthly statements you can get a stripped down version as well day to day 5 pager. A one pager with a roll up and include what’s left in the bank as well. Francis

Pros

Easy to use, works in the back ground with no worries. Badges have changed my driving style. No more jack rabbit stares and try to avoid hard braking except when someone cuts you off. Daily run down shows how much the additional use will be approx 30 cents daily less than a soda. Map really shows the intersections to be more careful at. Showing how much gas I waste waiting at very long intersections and RR crossings is a wake up call. Staff answers when I quiz the system are spot on! VERY EASY to add money when the bank is low. I honestly think when Oregon goes to OREGO next year Azuga will get the lions share of the business except those like my older 4Runner that has OB1 outlet and doesn’t report info except for blinking lights. Hope you also come up with a module for OB1 vehicles as well!

Cons

When our daughters car is below 12.3 volts I get a repeated warning. They could tweak that lower. Les Schwab shows it is a good battery and alternator. Never does it in the summer only winter cold days. NOTE the module could be trimmed down a few mm. Our 2016 Focus is 1/8 to big and door keeps popping open. Fixed that by screwing the door closed. Also when the dealer checks the car, disconnecting the module is annoying. Fixed that too. Put a splitter so the module is not disconnected. Also I have State Farm module that pretty much does the sale thing yours does to get reduced insurance, progressive does the same thing. HEY why not combine your program with insurance companies so you can share the same module and same information so you don’t have to to buy a splitter so both can share the info.

it loads quickly when using the mobile app. When away from my office, which is most days, it easy to look at and load

Cons

the mobile apps view are different than the pc views. It harder to go through the screeens I need while on the mobile app

You won't be sorry just be aware if you are in a rural area it is not without disruption.

Pros

It was easy to setup. We are able to update our customers as to the location of the service rep. And it is great for billing time. You know how long your rep was on location and driving time to and from.

Cons

We are in a rural area and there are times that the product has connection issues.
