When we have had an issue, they are handled it quickly and professionally. A superior company to work with - they make their customers feel valued (unlike others in the industry that require long terms contracts that automatically renew). Pros The product from Azuga is the most valuable on the market. Even though it is very reasonably priced, the features offered from Azuga are far more valuable than its price. We have used competitive products, but Azuga - by far - is the best value for the money. Cannot recommend a product of this type any higher. Cons I feel that the "Aggressive Braking" is a bit too sensitive. A lot of times, especially in my territory, I have wildlife constantly jumping in front of me while driving. By having Azuga in the cars I feel more protected and I know my company is also protected by its great camera features. Pros I like the ease of using Azuga Fleet. When getting in the car it automatically connects and I don't have to waste time trying to connect manually. Cons At times the cameras are more sensitive than they should be. It’s a big help to know where our vehicles are at all time. I’m happy with the service provides. Pros It’s accurate to the times and locations it records. It is easy to use and understand. My favorite feature is the bread crumbs. This help when customers say we never showed up. It’s nice to have that record. Cons It can be a little slow at times to download the live feature and show accurate movement. Several times I’ve checked it with a vehicle at the office and it says it hasn’t left an area it was at 30 minutes ago. For the most part it is right on the money. Pros Nothing, they have very poor management Cons Azuga does not even deserve one star! I regret to say that my experience with them has been deeply disappointing. Not only did they exhibit poor communication throughout our interaction, but there were also blatant discrepancies between what was promised in our contract and what was delivered. Their lack of transparency and failure to uphold their end of the agreement was disheartening. Despite assurances made in the contract, the actual service fell far short of expectations. Attempts to address these issues were met with further miscommunication and a lack of accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend Azuga based on my personal encounter. Within my first week at my job I was already comparing scores with my coworkers. Cons It’s not always clear why your score goes up or down. But I do experience those issues. So I don't recommend it. Pros Overall it is simple to use and provides a lot of information I can use on a daily basis Cons Mileage readings are consistently wrong despite making sure devices are plugged in and syncronized. Speeding report consistently is unavailable/not working. I used this report on a weekly basis. I get real time responses if the Azuga device is removed or gets loose and this allows me to reach out to the site Mangers to have them correct this issue right away. Pros I like having a visual representation of my fleet on the map in my area of responsibility. I also like being notified of an alert as soon as they occur in the field. Cons I would like to have a mobile app to monitor my fleet. Having to monitor it via email or solely on a PC is difficult. Logging in on a mobile devices browser is not ideal. Breadcrumb view allows us to track where our vehicles are currently, where they have been, and what turns were made in transit. We get lots of alerts on speeding and other activities which allow us to follow up with drivers. We also get alerts on check engine light and maintenance reminders. Cons I wish there were more options with geofences. For example, our fleet will regularly leave its branch office and return within an hour, and that's pretty normal. I would like to be able to send a geofence alert to admins when a vehicle is gone for more than 1 hour, but not send an alert every time it leaves the office during business hours. You can set an alert for vehicles that have been gone for too long, but in that case you are required turn on alerting every time it leaves. This results in a lot of alert noise which we don't need. Also, it would be nice to create time based custom alerts (e.g. vehicle ignition is turned on or leaves a geofence after hours). I also think the jobs interface could be improved more, for better dispatch and route optimization for drivers. e.g. Address Book and route plotting options through the web gui.
