### "A really good program to keep track of your fleet."

It has helped us realize how many of our staff speed. Some of them are extreme. When we activated the alarm for drivers to hear when they speed it has cut down the incidents greatly.

Pros

I use the maintenance part of the program the most. It has taken the burden of physically checking the mileage on each vehicle we use. Now that I have all of them entered into the service section. It will send me reminders when scheduled maintenance is due.

Cons

I would like it to be able to give an alert if someone is in an accident. Our staff don't always report fender benders as they occur. So real time alerts would be beneficial.

Working with AZUGA has been very helpfull for me and the company to protect our assets and control operation costs.

Pros

AZUGA Fleet is a great solution if you want to keep your oprations costs down and make your business more profitable. The platform is friendly and easy to use, also allows you to build the right hierarchy based on the structure of your company, meaning that you can build your reports based on gtoups, regions, buisness division and keep full visibility in a high level or granular. The reporting gives you the opportunity to measure performance and tendencies, so you can see how your business is improving with the time.

Cons

Everything looks goot to me at this point

### "Fleet tracking made easy and extendable"

We have seen an increase in safe driving across the board, though to be fair it took some time to get a decent level of buy-in from our field employees. Culture isn’t something that tech can change but with enough effort and explaining the benefits that affect everyone (I.e. lower driving and maintenance costs mean more money to put towards raises, improving equipment, and other fun stuff, etc.) people will get on board eventually.

Pros

Azuga Fleet makes it easy to track vehicles and keep tabs on the operators driving as well. It is easy to see if particular individuals are speeding, hard braking or accelerating, etc. While we don’t use it, they also have the ability to implement a rewards program to incentivize your drivers. One of the aspects that really sets Azuga apart however is the ability to access your data through an API. This means that we can pull all our safety related data into one reporting program. Super great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Cons

I guess if I was to nitpick, I would say that I would like a little more flexibility with the reporting/notification structure. It’s serviceable but does feel a bit clunky.

### "You will be trapped by "legal red tape" and you will pay for it"

The relationship is a set up. You will have to pay stiff fees even if they failed to deliver

Pros

We can't outline anything positive as we cannot endorse the company, their customer service or their practices

Cons

Buyers be aware. AZUGA hides this information from you and does not discuss it upfront. "Each Subscription Term will automatically renew for the original term of the period of upon its expiration unless either party provides notice of intent not to renew in writing prior to 60 days before the end of the then current Subscription Term. For example, a customer that signs up on Jan 1 2018 for a 3 year period will be automatically renewed for a further 3 years on Jan 1 2021. Except as otherwise stated in the applicable order form, subscription fees are non-refundable and may change at the end of a Subscription Term." Any company that has to force you to stay or with them or pay and auto renews your accounts for multiple years without alerting your organization shows with their actions that they don't have your best interest in mind. They are playing the "legal" game to entrap you. Pay thousands to leave or stay bc of an auto renewal that was never brought up. In summary, their business practices are not designed to keep the organization accountable to the quality of their services. They are designed to entrap you. The cards are stacked against you. You will not receive a copy of this agreement even after signing the proposal. You will receive a copy of the proposal but never of the terms or auto renewal and financial penalties for cancelling even after you completed your original commitment. Switched to OneStep and we've not had one issue with data or connections. Company is very responsive and we are actually paying almost the same except this time we have cameras facing forward and inside the vehicle as well as the data is always available and working properly. Our experience with AZUGA was not a positive one and it never worked 100%. From their site " a customer paying a monthly fee of $40 for a software and hardware lease bundle who terminates 6 months after the contract effective date would be required to pay $40 x 30 months remaining = $1200 per vehicle/unit." You could pay as much as $1,200 per vehicle to cancel even on an autorenewal which you did not sign up for.

Because of the assurances that it was better... because it was supposed to integrate with our gas cards but we never were able to do that.

Only 4 months in I sent an email completely disappointed with service stating that I felt lied to by the sales team and that I would not recommend their services. We have left Azuga at the end of the 2 Year term due to non functioning software and now they are trying to stick us with a $900 cancellation bill for camera devices that we later added to try out. Keep in mind that the cameras had many issues as well. We will more than likely have to seek legal advice. They are not sending the shipping label, I feel that they are delaying this part of the cancelation process to charge us more money for unreturned devices, so we will return them ourselves with proof of receipt. Also they do not attach Terms of Service to the actual Contract that you sign, they have a web address on the "contract" to view the terms online... This could be EDITED at any time online, so be weary of this company.

Pros

I initially chose this software for the reports that were available, although reports that did not function properly. Watch out for the overpromising Sales Associates.

Cons

I do not recommend this company due to lack of daily functionality, inability to evaluate software issues and make corrections, and customer service or the lack of, and the stone age rationale of trapping customers in Long Term Contracts. If their software actually worked, they would not need a contract. Things did not start off well, as they messed up our start / billing dates, this was a kick off to many hours of dealing with inept customer service. Some of the many issues are Landmarks not showing on reports, inaccurate time readings between the Trips report and the Breadcrumb report, communication issues with customer service reps, excessive emails, failure of GPS network connection to devices (which they had no failsafe or idea).

I would recommend it to everyone if I didn't experience issues like odometer readings being inaccurate and not being able to generate a speeding report. But I do experience those issues. So I don't recommend it.

Pros

Overall it is simple to use and provides a lot of information I can use on a daily basis

Cons

Mileage readings are consistently wrong despite making sure devices are plugged in and syncronized. Speeding report consistently is unavailable/not working. I used this report on a weekly basis. Doesn't help when I can't get the info from Azuga for a situation I know for a fact is happening (drivers speeding)

All sales, no service. I'm confident that the positive reviews for this company are fake or first time tracking device users and simply don't know any better. Make your own decision about using their service, but I urge everyone to simply hang up on them when you get the cold call sales pitch.

Pros

The sales pitch was spot on. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] said everything he needed to say to get us to leave GPS Insight after 3 years of great service. He offered everything we were already getting but also added in a maintenance tracking package, plus came in $8 per device cheaper. That money adds up quickly when you run a large fleet.

Cons

You cannot create hierarchies for different types of vehicles throughout different markets or regions. If you want to filter for all of the vehicles in one market, you can't do it. If you want to filter for one type of vehicle across multiple markets, you can't do it. We were offered a 30 ping rate at standard pricing, it wasn't written in the contract so I assumed that was their standard ping rate; it is for Fleet Complete and many others. While installing and initializing the device, I found out that their standard ping rate is 2 minutes and it is an additional $2 per device, per month charge for 30 seconds. It took over 30 days and multiple emails and phone calls to get the 30 second ping rate and that was only after I told them I was canceling the service. I had the original sales call recorded and it's good I did because they tried the, "it's not in writing, so we don't know what was offered to you". It was only after I emailed them that I was canceling the service that they seemed to actually care and escalated my concern, prior to that it was always, "I let the propper team know and they are working on it". The contract stated that I had a 60 day trial period and could cancel during that time if I notified them of an issue and they failed to fix the problem within 14 days. As stated before, it was a month of them not fixing the problem and now they want to charge a $100 per device early termination fee. I will continue to fight this and will not be paying that fee.

I bought into the hype of the sales pitch. I've removed all of their devices and we're now using Fleet Complete. It's only $2 more but the service is actually what they said it was and so far we are completely satisfied. We're still in our first month of using the platform but I have over a decade of experience with these services and I'm confident we made the right choice.

It is easy to use the picture is clear.

Cons

The software is not what it seems. They say they have live streaming but when you need a video you must request it and you have to pay for it. The customer service really sucks, if you have a problem, they give you the run around or tell you other departments handle it. The other departments never contact you to handle anything and when you call them for help, they never answer the phone. One of our vehicles got into an accident and our dashcam did not record the accident, it took this company an entire month to tell me that the dash cam was not recording anything and they did not have anything on their server. So now we have a lawsuit and no video evidence to prove that our driver was innocent. It also took them two months to send us a replacement camera for one of our vehicles, one sales person claimed they did not have the camera in stock but the other sales person said they do have it in stock, he sells cameras every day so he knows what they have. Overall, this is the worst company to use for your fleet tracking and dash cam service. They have poor customer service and they are not responsive what so ever.

Overall I like Azuga. Customer service is always willing to assist and I haven't had any serious issues so far.

Pros

I like that Azuga tracks vehicle in real time. I like that mileage is tracked as well. I get real time responses if the Azuga device is removed or gets loose and this allows me to reach out to the site Mangers to have them correct this issue right away.

Cons

The turn around reply is sometimes a little slow. I've had an instance where I needed an attachment and it was forgotten to be sent along with the tracking device.

Overall, we had a good experience with Azuga. Of course, I would like for the service to be cheaper, but it does a fantastic job of monitoring our fleet.

Pros

I like having a visual representation of my fleet on the map in my area of responsibility. I also like being notified of an alert as soon as they occur in the field.

Cons

I would like to have a mobile app to monitor my fleet. Having to monitor it via email or solely on a PC is difficult. Logging in on a mobile devices browser is not ideal. Product implementation and monthly fee could be cheaper.

Pros

the location tracking is great and has helped us stay on top of the location of our vehicles and allowed us to adjust our schedule as needed.

Sometimes there is a delay not sure if it is weather related but those times make it hard to know where the vehicles are.

The ability to track and maintain vehicle records is important for many businesses. Azuga allows this to happen with little training of office teams nor drivers. Encouraging safe driving behaviors has kept vehicle incidents to a minimum.

Cons

The mobile access can be clunky by not updating to our geography and keeps vehicles "nested" on top of each other when they are close to each other.

Pros

I like Azuga Fleet Management because it enables me to track my fleet, monitor driver performance, and identify areas for improvement. Their tracking’s solutions help my division to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance safety. GPS tracking, real time diagnostics and driver monitoring help keep my drivers aware of their performance.

Cons

Not really a negative, but Azuga has an extensive range of features, and can sometimes be a bit overwhelming to navigate their portal and fully utilize all of them.

### "Good inexpensive tool to track fleet"

Pros

Azuga is an inexpensive solution that is easy to implement. Breadcrumb view allows us to track where our vehicles are currently, where they have been, and what turns were made in transit. We get lots of alerts on speeding and other activities which allow us to follow up with drivers. We also get alerts on check engine light and maintenance reminders.

Cons

I wish there were more options with geofences. For example, our fleet will regularly leave its branch office and return within an hour, and that's pretty normal. I would like to be able to send a geofence alert to admins when a vehicle is gone for more than 1 hour, but not send an alert every time it leaves the office during business hours. You can set an alert for vehicles that have been gone for too long, but in that case you are required turn on alerting every time it leaves. This results in a lot of alert noise which we don't need. Also, it would be nice to create time based custom alerts (e.g. vehicle ignition is turned on or leaves a geofence after hours). I also think the jobs interface could be improved more, for better dispatch and route optimization for drivers. e.g. Address Book and route plotting options through the web gui.

I've used several GPS platforms in the past. This is by far the most user friendly and I'm lucky to have a great support crew at Azuga to help me with any issues/questions I have.

Cons

The experience using this app has been amazing since the beginning. I've used it countless times to coordinate multiple vehicle and client transfers or pick-ups and it's been great for managing driver safety.

Pros

Ease of use. The ability to instantly locate any vehicle in my fleet where it is going and how safely they are driving.

Cons

I have no dislikes of the product at all!
