We never seldom used their product. I would recommend NOT using them. There are better products out there. Cons I tried to cancel my account and was told it automatically renewed. I missed the cutoff date by 2 days. I stayed on another year because they were going to charge me termination fees. The following year I tried to cancel two weeks before end of contract. They never responded until after the renewal date. Now they are trying to charge me termination fees again. Worst customer service ever. Do not use them. We have the ability to keep up with our fleet and have the comfort of knowing where drivers are at all times. Pros The ability to track fleet drivers in real time and see the breadcrumbs of where they go throughout the day. Cons Sometimes there are issues with the programs we have integrated with Azuga. I think the reminder of each time you hard accelerate or brake has made me more aware of safer driving techniques Pros Azuga fleet aids me with tracking my mileage for business trips. It’s nice to be able to look back and verify your daily mileage if you forget to manually log your day. Cons Speed limit scoring isn’t up to date with local speed limit changes. I’m graded down each time I drive the speed limit on a 10 mile stretch of road now that the local county raised the limit from 45 to 55 mph. When getting in the car it automatically connects and I don't have to waste time trying to connect manually. Cons At times the cameras are more sensitive than they should be. If you put your hand up to your head and arm on the window seal it will think you are talking on the phone. It’s a big help to know where our vehicles are at all time. I’m happy with the service provides. Pros It’s accurate to the times and locations it records. It is easy to use and understand. My favorite feature is the bread crumbs. This help when customers say we never showed up. It’s nice to have that record. Cons It can be a little slow at times to download the live feature and show accurate movement. Several times I’ve checked it with a vehicle at the office and it says it hasn’t left an area it was at 30 minutes ago. For the most part it is right on the money.
