It's easy and free and they are always adding to the product. I get compliments on my email signature all the time. Pros I can't stress how much I love wisestamp. We have been looking for an easy way to have a signature on emails and WiseStamp is the answer. It's super easy to setup and there is an option for free or a paid version. December 7, 2021 5.0 I am able to get my creativity and business info out there even in just replying to a client. It is customizable. So I have different signatures for the different areas I work in. Brilliant and simple. Pros My emails and correspondence with clients and others get me noticed. Cons I don't have any yet. I did have trouble with my School email address. The administration had to add this on to the safe software list in order for me to use it. Some opted for the paid version, and some did not. It a great tool that is easy to set up, and keep uniform throughout your business. Once you set it up, you can forget about it! July 26, 2018 4.0 Pros I love the templates, and the ease of drag and drop to set up the signature. It also integrates well with my Gmail account and the stand-alone profile page is priceless. Cons For my current needs, the price to remove the ad-logo at bottom of the page is a little out of reach, however, I don't mind giving credit to such an awesome product. Pros It's a good product. It makes a nice pretty signature. Looks great and is easy to use. But while I like the product itself the support ruined it for me. Cons The customer support is terrible. It took them 10 days to contact me after I tried multiple times to email them. There is no support number and no one really cares if you are having an issue. I love using it and I look forward to upgrading to the paid version when I get a job. Pros I like the signature line a lot. It looks very professional and it draws the reader to the more important details, such as my contact details and occupation. Cons They don’t have a Wix blog icon. Pros The central administration is key for a unified corporate brand. And it's great that we can include apps to help our customers view our freshest content. Pros A signature with dynamic content and live hooks into social media tools or website offers has increased traffic and click-through rates. The pro version is worth it as it allows you to create multiple signatures if you want your signature to be tailored to the address used for sending. Being able to include banners and add custom HTML code,or products on offer, stands out visually and we can see that through better engagement with emails. Cons The free plan suppors a range of email providers, but it doesn't support Mac based mail, otherwise it'd be a decent fit for many. I'm new to my company, in a position that was solely created for me, so I was extremely embarrassed that this was a flop. The free trial had everything we were looking for, and ended up being nothing we expected. We were then harassed via email proceeding the canceling, addressed as "John Smith". Pros What did I like most? The free trial. But that was absolutely not what I received once my trial was over. Cons The free trial was amazing, but nothing was transferable. The output of the email signature was nothing like I created, it was not mobile friendly, and formatting was not consistent. When I had set up a call with the Support Team, nothing was resolved, and she had to check on every question + "get back to me". Nothing was resolved. March 28, 2019 3.0 If this was a free or $9.99 annual fee I would say it was worth the money. But it's way more than that and it's just nt worth it. I have not tried other sig services but there MUST be better out there. We will find another company for sigs once our subscription runs out. Pros I like the dashbooard for creating the signatures. It's well layed out and easy to make and edit as many signatures as you need. I like the sample layout "templates" they have created too. Cons Customer support is AWFUL. The agent avoided answering my questions because he did not want to admit that wisestamp does not work well on all platforms. It's not iPad friendly - if you are working on an iPad pro, don't bother using WiseStamp. You will just get frustrated, you will have no signature and the tech support will avoid your questions like a bad case of ebola. And.. IT's BUGGY. This is not a stable system and the resulting signature files it produces are not WYSIWYG and in fact they are difficult to get installed then working into your mail app correctly. I cancelled the account last year, but they've just helped themselves to another payment this week and after querying and requesting a refund I'm told they can't find any trace and I should take it up with my bank!
